At a glance
- Adult members pay from £28 for a clear view in Category G and from £52 in Category AA. Restricted-view seats start at £14 and £27.
- You need a membership as well. True Blue costs £60 a season and CFC Blue £45, and booking fees are added if you win.
- In categories C to G, every normal seat costs the same. In AA, A and B, the price depends on your stand.
- Under-20s pay about half. Under-23s pay a lower rate too, and over-66s get a concession. Your age on 31 July 2026 sets your price.
- Adult season tickets cost from £700 in the family area and £880 behind the goals. New seats go through a waitlist ranked by loyalty points.
How much are Chelsea tickets? In 2026/27, adult members pay from £28 for a clear view in Category G, the lowest of eight price bands, and from £52 in Category AA, the highest. Restricted-view seats start at £14, and home tickets are sold to members, so you also need a membership, from £45 a season.
Each game’s sale status is on the Chelsea tickets page. The prices below are the club’s own.
How much are Chelsea tickets in 2026/27?
Chelsea tickets for 2026/27 start at £28 for an adult member with a clear view and depend on the category, the price band Chelsea gives each game. Chelsea is a Premier League football club from west London. Its home is Stamford Bridge in Fulham, which holds 40,044 people, according to the Premier League Handbook for 2026/27.
This table shows the lowest adult price in each category. A restricted-view seat is one where part of your view is blocked, so it costs less.
| Category | Clear view from | Restricted view from | Games so far |
|---|---|---|---|
| AA | £52 | £27 | Liverpool |
| A | £48 | £27 | Leeds and Crystal Palace |
| B | £43 | £27 | Set game by game |
| C | £52 | £26 | Set game by game |
| D | £47 | £24 | Set game by game |
| E | £42 | £21 | Set game by game |
| F | £35 | £18 | Set game by game |
| G | £28 | £14 | Set game by game |
One thing looks odd at first. Category C seems dearer than A and B, because the lowest clear-view prices in AA, A and B are in the family area, which has booking rules. Without a junior ticket in your booking, the lowest clear-view price is £66 in AA, £60 in A and £55 in B.
Chelsea gives each game its category in the ticket news for that match, so check there when a sale is announced.
How do Chelsea ticket prices work?
Chelsea ticket prices work as a fixed list, set for each category and each area of the ground. These are member prices, for fans who hold a membership, a paid plan for one season that lets you apply for tickets.
Home tickets are sold through an application window, a ballot held for each match. A ballot is a free draw: you apply, and tickets are given out at random after the window closes. Applying early does not help, and there is no fee to enter.
You pick up to two preferred areas when you apply. A £0.01 check confirms your card, but no money is taken at that stage. If you win, the club charges you for the tickets and booking fees.
If you lose, you get priority on the ticket exchange, Chelsea’s own resale service, where seats sell at the member price. The Chelsea ticket exchange guide explains how it works.
What does a general sale cost?
A Chelsea general sale, a sale open beyond the application window, costs £5 more than the member price in every category. General sales are rare, so do not plan around one.
How much does each stand at Stamford Bridge cost?
Each stand at Stamford Bridge has its own price in categories AA, A and B, and the East Upper and West Lower cost the most. A stand is one side of the ground, and lower or upper tells you the level. These are adult member prices:
| Area | AA | A | B |
|---|---|---|---|
| East Upper, West Lower | £78 | £67 | £61 |
| East Lower South, Matthew Harding Upper, Shed Upper | £71 | £66 | £60 |
| Matthew Harding Lower, Shed Lower | £66 | £60 | £55 |
| East Lower North Family Centre | £52 | £48 | £43 |
| Restricted view, East Upper | £52 | £52 | £52 |
| Restricted view, Matthew Harding Lower | £27 | £27 | £27 |
From Category C down, every normal area costs the same, and only restricted-view seats are lower. So a seat in the Shed Upper costs the same as one in the West Lower.
| Category | All normal areas | Restricted view, East Upper | Restricted view, Matthew Harding Lower |
|---|---|---|---|
| C | £52 | £45 | £26 |
| D | £47 | £41 | £24 |
| E | £42 | £35 | £21 |
| F | £35 | £29 | £18 |
| G | £28 | £23 | £14 |
What do you get for the extra money?
The extra money in the top categories buys a side-on view or a higher seat, not more comfort. The Matthew Harding Stand and the Shed End are behind the goals, and the East and West Stands run along the sides of the pitch.
- East Upper and West Lower: side-on views, and the dearest normal seats.
- Matthew Harding Lower: home to many of the most vocal fans, with rail seats, which have a barrier so that fans can stand safely.
- Shed Lower: behind the other goal. The Shed End is shared with away fans.
- Family Stand: the lowest clear-view price in AA, A and B, with rules on who can book.
The Stamford Bridge seating plan shows where each area is.
How much are Chelsea tickets for children and seniors?
Chelsea tickets for under-20s cost about half the adult price, and under-23s and over-66s also pay less in many areas. Your price class, the ticket type for your age, depends on your age on 31 July 2026 and lasts all season.
- Junior price: under 20 on that date.
- Youth price: under 23 on that date.
- Senior price: 66 or over on that date.
In categories C to G, concessions, the lower prices for certain ages, apply across the ground:
| Category | Adult | Under 20 | Under 23 or 66 and over |
|---|---|---|---|
| C | £52 | £26 | £39 |
| D | £47 | £23 | £35 |
| E | £42 | £21 | £31 |
| F | £35 | £17 | £27 |
| G | £28 | £14 | £21 |
In AA, A and B, concessions apply only in some areas. Under-20s and over-66s get the half-price rate in the East Upper and East Lower. Elsewhere you pay the adult price, as the blanks below show:
| Category and area | Adult | Under 20 or 66 and over | Under 23 |
|---|---|---|---|
| AA, East Upper | £78 | £39 | £59 |
| AA, East Lower South | £71 | £36 | £53 |
| AA, Family Centre | £52 | £26 | £39 |
| AA, Matthew Harding Lower or Shed Lower | £66 | None | £49.50 |
| A, East Upper | £67 | £33 | £50 |
| A, East Lower South | £66 | £33 | £50 |
| A, Family Centre | £48 | £24 | £36 |
| A, Matthew Harding Lower or Shed Lower | £60 | None | £45 |
| B, East Upper | £61 | £31 | £46 |
| B, East Lower South | £60 | £30 | £45 |
| B, Family Centre | £43 | £21 | £30 |
| B, Matthew Harding Lower or Shed Lower | £55 | None | £41.25 |
- Bringing children? Anyone under 16 must attend with, and sit next to, someone aged 18 or over.
- The family area: Chelsea calls it the East Lower North Family Stand. Any adult or under-23 ticket there must be booked with at least one junior ticket, with two at most per junior.
- Disabled fans: an accessible application window runs on the same dates. The Access Team is on 0371 811 2012.
- Check your date of birth: it sets your price class. Email tickets@chelseafc.com with proof if it is wrong.
What makes a Chelsea ticket dearer?
A Chelsea ticket gets dearer with a higher category, a side-on stand in the top categories and an adult price rather than a concession. The category matters most, because it can change the price of the same seat.
- The category. A Matthew Harding Lower seat costs £66 in Category AA and £28 in Category G.
- The stand. In AA, the East Upper is £78 and the Shed Lower is £66. In C to G, the stand makes no difference.
- The view. Restricted-view seats are the lowest-priced, from £14 in Category G.
- Your age. Under-20s pay £14 in Category G, against £28 for an adult.
- How you buy. A general sale adds £5, and booking fees come on top of every price here.
Which Chelsea ticket suits your budget?
- Lowest price: a restricted-view seat in the Matthew Harding Lower.
- Lowest clear view on your own: a Category G game, from £28.
- Lowest clear view in the biggest games: the Matthew Harding Lower or Shed Lower, from £66 in AA.
- Family day out: the Family Stand, with at least one junior ticket.
- Best side-on view: the East Upper or West Lower, the dearest normal seats in AA, A and B.
How do Chelsea prices compare with other clubs?
Chelsea’s lowest clear-view adult price is £28 in Category G, and each big club uses its own price bands. These published 2026/27 figures show the lowest adult price at two other clubs:
| Club | Lowest adult match price | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Chelsea | £28, or £14 with a restricted view | Category G, the lowest of eight bands |
| Arsenal | £31.80 | Category C, the lowest of its regular bands |
| Liverpool | £9 | Price tier 12, far ends of the upper Main Stand |
How much does Chelsea membership add to the cost?
Chelsea membership adds from £45 a season for an adult who wants to buy tickets, on top of the ticket price. True Blue, at £60, is the main adult tier. It is a yearly fee, so you pay it once however many games you win.
| Tier | Price a season | Can it apply for home tickets? | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| True Blue+ | £80 | Yes, first allocation, then the CFC Blue window | Fans who also want the club’s CFC+ video service |
| True Blue | £60 | Yes, first allocation, then the CFC Blue window | Most adults who want to go several times |
| CFC Blue | £45 | Yes, one window, with some tickets set aside | Fans who want a game now and then |
| Junior Blue, under 16 on 31 July 2026 | £35 | Yes, with an adult | Children |
| Ticket Forwarding | £15 | No. You can only receive a ticket from a member | Friends of a member or season ticket holder |
Watch one trap. A junior ticket means under 20, but Junior Blue membership stops at under 16. So a 17-year-old pays the junior ticket price but needs an adult tier.
Is True Blue worth the extra £15 over CFC Blue? It is if you want to go more than once, because it gives two chances per game and a place on the season ticket waitlist. It is not worth buying for one big game, because the most wanted matches need loyalty points, a record of games you have attended.
Membership gives a little back. True Blue includes a digital matchday programme, a £15 online store voucher and two-for-one stadium tours. The Chelsea membership guide compares every tier.
Going as a group? An application covers four people at most, and each person needs their own membership. The group wins together or loses together.
How much does a first visit to Stamford Bridge cost?
A first visit to Stamford Bridge costs a membership and a ticket for each person, before travel and food. Here is every published figure for one adult and one child under 16 at a Category A game, in the Family Stand:
- True Blue membership for the adult: £60 a season.
- Junior Blue membership for the child: £35 a season.
- Adult ticket: £48.
- Junior ticket: £24.
- Booking fees: charged with the tickets if you win.
At a Category G game, those two seats cost £28 and £14 anywhere in the ground. An application is never certain, so you could pay for a membership and lose the draw.
Going on your own? True Blue at £60 plus a Category A seat in the Matthew Harding Lower at £60 are the two figures to plan for, before booking fees. A £0.01 card check at the application stage is only a hold, and no money is taken.
What should you know on the day?
On the day, you enter with a digital ticket on the Chelsea Official App. Turnstiles, the entry gates, usually open two hours before weekend games and 90 minutes before evening games, and the club asks you to be inside 30 minutes before kick-off. All times here are UK time.
- By Tube: Fulham Broadway, on the District line, is the nearest station and has lift access. If you change at Earl’s Court, take a Wimbledon-bound train.
- By Overground: West Brompton and Imperial Wharf are about a 15-minute walk away.
- By bus: routes 14, 211 and 414 stop on Fulham Road. The road closes to traffic before the game, so do not plan on a drop-off.
- Driving: Chelsea advises against it, because parking is very limited.
- Bags: nothing larger than A4, and there is no bag storage at the stadium. An independent bag drop is at Fulham Broadway Shopping Centre.
- Paying: the stadium is cashless, so bring a card for food and drink.
- Late arrivals: there is no entry after the 60th minute, and no re-admittance.
How much are Chelsea season tickets?
Chelsea season tickets cost an adult from £700 in the family area, or from £880 behind the goals, in 2026/27. A season ticket is one payment for your own seat at every Premier League home game. These are the club’s prices by area:
| Area | Adult | Senior | Junior | Youth |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| East Upper | £1,095 | £545 | £545 | £820 |
| West Lower | £1,055 | £525 | £525 | £790 |
| East Lower South | £1,030 | £510 | £510 | £770 |
| Matthew Harding Upper | £1,030 | £510 | £510 | £770 |
| Shed Upper | £1,030 | £510 | £510 | £770 |
| Matthew Harding Lower | £880 | £440 | £440 | £660 |
| Shed Lower | £880 | £440 | £440 | £660 |
| East Lower North Family Centre | £700 | £350 | £350 | £525 |
You cannot simply buy one, because new seats go to True Blue, True Blue+ and Junior Blue members at the top of a waitlist, ranked by loyalty points. Chelsea publishes no average wait. The Chelsea season ticket guide explains the waitlist.
You can spread the cost of a season ticket over ten monthly payments through the club’s finance provider. Holders do not need to buy a membership as well, because they get all of True Blue’s benefits.
How does Chelsea compare? Its £880 behind the goals is above Liverpool’s lowest adult price of £734.50 and Manchester United’s £646. It is below Arsenal’s £978 for 19 games.
How much are Chelsea away and cup tickets?
Chelsea away tickets cost £30 for an adult in the Premier League, because clubs agreed on 19 March 2026 to keep that cap for two more seasons. Concessions vary by ground. These were the prices for Sunderland v Chelsea on Sunday 8 November 2026:
| Ticket | Price |
|---|---|
| Adult | £30 |
| Over 65 | £29 |
| Under 18 | £22 |
| Under 14 | £20 |
| Personal assistant | Free |
The club’s coach to that game cost £51 a person. Season ticket holders buy away tickets first, then members, and away tickets cannot be refunded.
Home cup games get their own ticket news. As of 31 October 2026, the club’s list of loyalty points so far this season shows Premier League, Carabao Cup and pre-season games, and no European game.
How much are Chelsea Women tickets?
Chelsea Women season tickets start at £10 a game for all 13 Women’s Super League home games at Stamford Bridge, according to the club’s season tickets page. That product is separate from the men’s prices here.
How much is Club Chelsea hospitality?
Club Chelsea hospitality prices depend on the game and the package, so check the club’s hospitality website for your match. Club Chelsea is the club’s hospitality service, which sells seats with food and drink. It costs more than a member ticket, but it has no application window.
Westview, the upper level of the West Stand, is open to members and season ticket holders, who can buy up to four tickets each. Only the buyer needs a membership.
Other Club Chelsea packages need no membership at all, which makes them the main route for non-members. Club Chelsea tickets cannot be refunded unless the match is cancelled, postponed or moved by more than 48 hours.
How much are Chelsea tickets for non-members?
Chelsea tickets for non-members usually mean hospitality, because normal home seats are sold to members. A £15 Ticket Forwarding Membership also lets a member send you their ticket, and you pay that member yourself. The guide to how to get Chelsea tickets ranks every route.
What if you buy a ticket and cannot go?
If you buy a Chelsea ticket and cannot go, you can forward it to an eligible member or list it on the ticket exchange until three hours before kick-off. You cannot do both, because a forwarded ticket can no longer be listed. If a listed ticket does not sell, the club does not refund you.
Sold tickets become account credit, which you can use for away tickets, exchange purchases or a season ticket renewal. The club also offers set times to withdraw it as cash.
What mistakes make Chelsea tickets cost more?
The main mistakes that cost Chelsea fans money are accepting any area without checking the price, leaving a wrong date of birth on your account and buying the wrong tier.
- Accepting other areas without checking. This improves your chances, but your seat may be in a different price class from your first choice.
- Leaving your date of birth wrong. You could pay the wrong price for the whole season.
- Buying Ticket Forwarding to apply. That tier cannot enter application windows.
- Expecting account credit to pay. Account credit, money held on your ticket account, does not work in application windows.
- Buying on the exchange before your plans are fixed. Exchange tickets cannot be refunded. For a normal ticket, your refund request must reach the ticket office seven working days before the game.
- Booking the Family Stand on your own. Without a junior ticket, your application is rejected.
What to do now (as of 31 October 2026)
As of 31 October 2026, no Chelsea home application window is open, and the next ones have not been announced. Do this first: buy your membership, then check the club’s on-sale dates page each week.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a Chelsea game ticket?
For 2026/27, an adult Chelsea member pays from £28 in Category G and from £52 in Category AA for a clear-view seat. Restricted-view seats in the Matthew Harding Lower start at £14 and £27. In AA, A and B the stand changes the price. General sale tickets, when available, cost £5 more than member prices.
How much does it cost to go to Chelsea?
Budget for a membership and a ticket. True Blue costs £60 a season and CFC Blue £45. A clear-view adult ticket then costs from £28 in Category G, plus booking fees, before your travel and food. Club Chelsea hospitality, the main route with no membership, is priced separately and costs more.
Is it hard to get Chelsea tickets?
For big games, yes. Home tickets go to members through a random draw in each match's application window, and the most wanted games add a loyalty points limit: Liverpool at home needed 11 points. Applicants who lose get priority on the ticket exchange, and a general sale is rare.
Can non-members buy Chelsea tickets?
Rarely for normal seats. Chelsea sells home tickets to members through application windows and a members' ticket exchange, and a general sale, at £5 above member prices, is the exception. Non-members can buy Club Chelsea packages other than Westview, or receive a ticket from a member with the £15 Ticket Forwarding Membership.
How much are Chelsea season tickets?
A Chelsea season ticket for 2026/27 costs an adult £700 in the East Lower North Family Centre and £880 in the Matthew Harding Lower or Shed Lower. Other areas cost £1,030, £1,055 and £1,095. Seniors and juniors pay about half, and new seats go through a waitlist ranked by loyalty points.
How much are Chelsea tickets with membership?
Chelsea tickets are not included in membership, so you pay for both. A True Blue member pays £60 for the season, then the member price for each game they win, from £28 in Category G. Applying is free, and your card is charged for tickets and booking fees only if you win.
What is a restricted-view seat at Stamford Bridge?
A restricted-view seat is one where part of your view is limited, sold at a lower price. Chelsea lists them in the East Upper and the Matthew Harding Lower. In Category AA they cost £52 and £27 for an adult member, against £78 and £66 for clear-view seats there. You can choose to accept them when you apply.
How much are Chelsea away tickets?
Chelsea away tickets in the Premier League cost £30 for an adult, under a cap the clubs extended on 19 March 2026. Concessions vary by ground. For Sunderland v Chelsea, over-65s paid £29, under-18s £22 and under-14s £20. Season ticket holders buy first, then members, and away tickets cannot be refunded.
How can I find the best prices for Chelsea FC match tickets?
Start with the club, because member prices are fixed. Pick a lower-category game, accept restricted-view seats if you do not mind a partly blocked view, and check your concession price class. If you lose the application window, use your priority on the ticket exchange, where seats sell at the member price.
Are Chelsea v Arsenal tickets dearer than other games?
Chelsea v Arsenal is scheduled for Saturday 13 March 2027, and the club has not yet announced its category or window. The top band, Category AA, was used for Liverpool, from £52 for an adult. The biggest games can also need loyalty points, so check the ticket news for that match.
