Aston Villa tickets 2026/27

Members first, a North Stand closed all season: how Aston Villa sell Villa Park tickets in 2026/27 and what resale costs.

Updated 28 Oct 2026

Aston Villa sell home tickets to season ticket holders first and then to Adult and Junior Members, usually three to four weeks before each game. With the North Stand closed for the whole of 2026/27, capacity is down and the club expects matches to sell out to members, so a general sale is rare.

Below are 15 upcoming home fixtures at Villa Park, in the Premier League and the Champions League, with resale listings on Hellotickets from £92 across them (checked 5 Nov 2026).

The next home game is Aston Villa v Sunderland on Saturday 21 November.

The two Champions League nights already have sale dates: season ticket holders can buy for PSG from 16 November and for Borussia Dortmund from 21 December, with members following a few days later.

How to get Aston Villa tickets

How to buy Aston Villa tickets (official route)

Season ticket holders, then members

Season ticket holders have first claim on every home game. Premier League tickets then go on sale to Adult and Junior Members, usually three to four weeks before kick-off. Adult Membership costs £50 for 2026/27, and a Junior Membership is also available: our Aston Villa membership guide is worth reading before you join.

Ballots and bundles

Alongside match-by-match sales, members can enter a First Timer Ballot, and those with 120 or more waiting-list points a Loyalty Ballot. Two-match bundles went on sale to members from 3 August, each pairing one Category 3 game with one Category 4 game.

Prices

Adult prices start at £49.50 for a Category 3 Premier League game, such as Brentford, Fulham or Nottingham Forest, and at £61 for Category 4, the price list used for Arsenal and Manchester City; both figures are for Zone 4. Champions League league-phase games are Category 2, from £89.50 for adults in Zones 3-4 (£73.50 for season ticket holders), and domestic cup tickets are frozen at £25 for adults.

Champions League

European tickets go to season ticket holders first, then to members in windows based on their 2025/26 Europa League home attendance. For PSG on 8 December, season ticket holders buy from 16 November and members from 19 to 20 November; for Borussia Dortmund on 19 January, the dates are 21 December, then 23 to 24 December.

General sale, club resale and hospitality

Because the club expects games to sell out to members, a general sale is the exception: the Fulham game on 31 October went to general sale on 14 October. Members who cannot attend can list their tickets on the official resale in the Aston Villa app or website, and are refunded after the match if the ticket resells; season ticket holders can share or exchange their seat. Sales run through tickets.avfc.co.uk, and the club also offers hospitality and General Admission Plus (GA+) areas.

Aston Villa resale tickets: what to expect, stand by stand

Resale prices at Villa Park fall into three groups. The Champions League nights against PSG and Borussia Dortmund sit at the top, followed by the visits of Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea. Newcastle and Tottenham in May come next, while most of the league programme, from Bournemouth and Sunderland to Leeds, Ipswich, Hull City and Coventry, sits close together at the lower end. Put Aston Villa v Liverpool tickets next to the Ipswich game in January and the difference is clear.

Inside a match, the first listings are usually in an upper tier, behind the goal or along the touchline. Lower-tier seats come next, and listings named for the Holte End sit among the dearest standard seats. Some sellers do not specify the section at all, so check what the listing promises, and hospitality is listed apart.

Sellers set their own prices and the final price is shown before you pay. If you are a member, look at the club's own resale in the Aston Villa app first.

Villa Park: stands, seating and getting there

Villa Park, in Aston, opened in 1897. With the North Stand closed for redevelopment all season, its 2026/27 capacity is 36,887 according to the Premier League Handbook; the new North Stand, due for 2027/28, is set to add over 5,500 seats.

  • Holte End, behind the south goal: two tiers, the traditional home end and the base of Villa's most vocal support, with the Holte Suite inside.
  • Trinity Road Stand, the main stand on the west touchline: three tiers, executive boxes, players' tunnel and directors' box.
  • Doug Ellis Stand, along the east touchline: two tiers with boxes between them, and the away section in its north-east corner.
  • North Stand, behind the north goal: closed for the whole of 2026/27.

Witton station, about nine minutes by train from Birmingham New Street, is the closest, around five minutes on foot; Aston station is about 15 minutes' walk. The AV82 shuttle bus leaves Dudley Street, outside New Street, every 15 minutes from three hours before kick-off. Tickets are issued only in the Official Aston Villa App and scanned by NFC from Apple or Google Wallet, bags larger than 20 x 15 x 5 cm are refused, with a bag drop at Witton Lane and Station Road, and turnstiles close at half-time. The Villa Park seating plan shows the blocks.

Aston Villa away tickets

Visiting supporters sit in the north-east corner of the Doug Ellis Stand: Block Q in the lower tier, about 1,600 seats, and Block P in the upper tier, about 1,300 seats, 64 steps up from ground level. Alcohol is sold in Block Q only, and the visitors' ticket office is on Witton Lane, opposite the away coach park.

The club says visiting clubs keep the same allocation while the North Stand is closed, and cup allocations may include other areas. Witton is the nearest station to the away seating.
