How to get F1 tickets
How F1 tickets are sold
Every Grand Prix is sold by its own circuit or promoter, and for the British round that means Silverstone, through its own website: race tickets on its British Grand Prix booking site and hospitality on a separate hospitality site.
Priority windows, then the general sale
Silverstone Racing Club members get the first chance. Full Circuit members had a 48-hour priority sale from 16 September and Grid members a 24-hour window from 17 September. An American Express Card Members presale followed from 21 September, then a presale on 23 September for fans who had booked Official Camping or Glamping, before the general sale opened on 24 September. Hospitality started earlier, with an American Express presale from 8 September and a sale to all fans from 10 September.
What you can buy
General Admission is sold for each day from Thursday to Sunday and as passes: the 3-day pass, Friday to Sunday, from £349 and the 4-day pass, Thursday to Sunday, from £379 for an adult. There is no 2-day General Admission ticket for Saturday and Sunday; the Inside Nine enclosure sells a 2-day ticket with food included, from £759. Reserved seats are on offer in more than 20 grandstands, from £129 on Friday, alongside enclosures and hospitality from £419.
Under-11s go free on Friday and pay half price on Saturday, Sunday and weekend General Admission tickets, which makes a family Friday the most affordable way into the circuit.
Finals and big matches
Formula 1 has no final, but Sunday's race is the session everyone wants, and it is where Silverstone's sold-out areas cluster: five Prime View grandstands are already gone for race day. On Saturday the Hamilton Straight A Prime View grandstand is sold out, and the Thursday evening ticket has sold out too.
If you can be flexible, Friday is the most affordable day, with General Admission from £109, grandstand seats from £129 and free entry for under-11s. Saturday General Admission starts at £179, and the 3-day pass from £349 covers Friday to Sunday for less than buying the three days separately.
Away from Silverstone, the 2027 Chinese Grand Prix at the Shanghai International Circuit is listed from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 April 2027. No official sale details or resale prices are attached to it yet, and its rows will show a price once listings appear.
Resale prices by match
For the British Grand Prix, resale listings on Hellotickets fall into General Admission, Grandstand, Straight A and Straight B, and Exclusive enclosure zones, so compare each zone with Silverstone's own ticket names before choosing. The table shows the lowest listing for each day or pass at the last check.
Across the Silverstone dates, listings start at £166.
While Silverstone's general sale is open, buying direct is usually the cheaper choice.
On resale, sellers set their own prices, which can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay. Hellotickets says it works "with official channels and a network of secure, fully verified partners".
