Liverpool v Manchester United: date, kick-off and how to watch
Liverpool v Manchester United is a Premier League fixture at Anfield on Sunday 22 November 2026, kick-off 4.30pm. Liverpool sold its non-season-ticket seats through the All Red sales in July, and the next release is the Additional Members' Sale at 11am on Monday 16 November, for All Red members with four or more Premier League home credits who register on 6 or 7 November. Until then the game is not on sale yet at the official seller, apart from matchday hospitality.
Resale seats listed on Hellotickets start at £431 in the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026). United are on Liverpool's high-demand list, so the July ballot was closed to members with fewer than four Premier League home credits: loyalty decides who sees one of English football's fiercest rivalries.

- Credit-holders' sale. After the accessible seating sale on 27 July, members with 13 or more credits, who are entitled to a seat, bought between 8.15am on 28 July and 10am on 29 July.

- Local and Young Adult ballots. Registration runs from 10am on Friday 6 November to 9am on Saturday 7 November, with the ballots on 11 November. The 500-ticket local ballot is for L-postcode addresses, with All Red membership bought by 5 November, and the Young Adult ballot is for All Red members aged 17 to 24.

Where to sit at Anfield Stadium
Anfield's home end is the Kop, a single tier behind the goal at the Walton Breck Road end, with large rail-seating sections. Behind the other goal, the two-tier Anfield Road Stand houses the away section and the Family Zone. Along the touchlines, the three-tier Main Stand, home to the hospitality lounges, faces the two-tier Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.
Manchester United's allocation is in the Anfield Road Stand, in blocks confirmed by the visiting club's notice. On Hellotickets, "Shortside" listings are behind a goal, "Longside" listings sit along the Main Stand or the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand, and "Central" marks the seats nearest halfway. "Kop Grandstand" places you among the home support, while The Boot Room Restaurant and Brodies are hospitality areas. Our Anfield Stadium seating plan maps every stand.
Frequently asked questions
How much are Liverpool v Manchester United tickets?
Through the club, adult prices for 2026/27 start at £9 in the Main Stand Upper and £40.25 on the Kop, but the game is not on sale yet at the official seller. On the resale market, seats listed on Hellotickets start at £431 in the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026), and touchline seats are priced higher.
Can I buy Liverpool v Manchester United tickets without being a member?
Not as a standard seat from Liverpool. The club has no general sale for men's home games, and the seats not held by season ticket holders went to All Red members in July, with the ballot limited to those holding four or more credits. Matchday hospitality is sold separately by the club, and resale seats are listed on Hellotickets from £431.
Is Liverpool v Manchester United sold out?
Not for good. The All Red sales in July are over, and the match is not on sale yet at the official seller until the Additional Members' Sale at 11am on Monday 16 November, when returned seats go on sale at face value to registered members with four or more credits. Hospitality from £599 is on sale now, and resale seats on Hellotickets start at £431.
How can I buy a Liverpool ticket?
Hold a season ticket or join All Red (Light £26.99, Full £42.99 or Junior £20.99 a season), then build Premier League home credits. Liverpool sell most seats in two All Red sales, in July and November, and resell returned seats at face value in Additional Members' Sales about two weeks before each match. There is no general sale.
Where do Manchester United fans sit at Anfield?
Visiting supporters are housed in the Anfield Road Stand, behind the goal opposite the Kop, and enter from Anfield Road via 97 Avenue rather than Arkles Lane. Turnstiles for visiting fans open two hours before kick-off, and the exact blocks appear in Manchester United's own notice for the match.
What time is kick-off for Liverpool v Manchester United?
Kick-off is at 4.30pm UK time on Sunday 22 November 2026 at Anfield. The Sunday afternoon slot is outside the 3pm Saturday blackout, and broadcasters can still move Premier League kick-offs, so recheck the time with the club before travelling.
