How to get West Ham tickets
How to buy West Ham tickets (official route)
1. Bondholders
London Stadium Bondholders have first call on their own seats for each home game, then on guest seats.
2. Claret & Blue Members' window
Claret & Blue Membership for 2026/27 costs £35 for an adult and £15 for under-18s, and is valid from 23 July 2026 to 31 May 2027. It opens a 24-hour priority window for every match, with £5 off eligible tickets, and one membership covers one ticket. Our West Ham Membership guide has the detail.
3. Extra tickets for season ticket holders
After the members' window, season ticket holders can add extra tickets before the sale opens to everyone.
4. General sale
The general sale opens at 3pm on the day after the members' window: from 7 October for Preston and Stoke, and from 21 October for Middlesbrough. The club announces further sales dates and levels subject to availability, so check its home matches page for each game.
5. Categories and prices
Adult prices start at £35 in Category A, £30 in Category B and £25 in Category C, in Band 5-6 seats, plus a £1 booking fee, and Claret & Blue Members pay £5 less during their window. Preston, Stoke and Middlesbrough are all Category B.
6. Restricted games
Not every match is open to all. The club has said that membership is no promise of a seat for the Millwall game, which is sold to supporters with a booking history going back to 2024.
7. The Ticket Exchange
Season ticket holders who cannot attend list their seats on the official Ticket Exchange and are paid in Club Cash. For home matches it opens to the public only once 85% of general match tickets have been sold; our West Ham Ticket Exchange guide explains when to look.
West Ham resale tickets: what to expect, stand by stand
The three autumn games on the list are all Category B, and on resale they start at the same level: West Ham v Stoke City tickets are listed from the same point as Preston North End, and so are West Ham v Middlesbrough tickets for the Tuesday night game in December.
Within each match, the lowest listings are upstairs behind a goal ("Shortside Upper"), with the upper tier along the touchline ("Longside Upper") close behind. Lower-tier seats cost more, and "Central Longside" seats near halfway, in the lower tier above all, are at the top of the range; hospitality is listed apart. A behind-the-goal listing at the south end can sit near the away section, so check the block.
Compare with the club before you buy: while the general sale is open from £30 for an adult in Category B, resale listings start well above face value. Sellers choose their own prices and you see the final price at checkout, before paying.
London Stadium: stands, seating and getting there
The London Stadium, in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park at Stratford, was the London 2012 Olympic Stadium and holds 62,500 in football mode. It still has an athletics track, so seats sit further from the pitch than at a purpose-built football ground, although the lower tier was moved forward over the track. All four stands have a lower and an upper tier:
- Bobby Moore Stand (North Stand), behind the north goal, with a big screen between the tiers and wheelchair spaces at the back of the lower tier.
- Sir Trevor Brooking Stand (South Stand), behind the south goal: home supporters in the lower tier, the away section in its south-west part.
- Billy Bonds Stand (East Stand), along the east touchline: the largest, holding over 20,000.
- West Stand, along the west touchline, reconfigured for 2022/23 to bring its tiers closer together, with Club London hospitality.
Stratford, on the Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines, the DLR, London Overground, Greater Anglia and c2c, is 15 to 20 minutes' walk, best via Bridge 1 or Bridge 5. Pudding Mill Lane on the DLR is about 10 minutes away via Bridge 4, and Hackney Wick, on the Overground, lies to the north-west. There is no public car parking, and roads close from three hours before kick-off.
Bags are searched on the bridges and must be A4 or smaller, with no left luggage. General admission turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off, and you must use the turnstile shown on your ticket. The ground is cashless.
West Ham away tickets
Visiting supporters are sent to Turnstile D, nearest Bridge 4, which has lift access from Marshgate Lane on the route from Pudding Mill Lane, with an information point for them opposite. Their section is in the south-west part of the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand, in both tiers, with just under 3,000 seats for league games. After the match, the area outside Turnstile D is kept for away fans, who are walked a separate route back towards Stratford.
If you follow West Ham and buy on the resale market, that corner of the South Stand is the one to avoid.
