What is Manchester United hospitality?

Manchester United hospitality is a match ticket sold with a premium extra, such as a meal, a free bar or a seat in a private box. Every package includes a ticket for the game, so you do not need to buy one separately. Most lounges open 3 hours before kick-off.

Manchester United plays in the Premier League, and its ground, Old Trafford in Greater Manchester, holds 74,158 fans. A normal league seat is for members only, who pay for a yearly plan first. Hospitality is how you get in without one.

A few words you will see on the booking site:

  • Suite: a large shared lounge inside the stadium, not a private room.
  • Executive Box: a private room with its own balcony seats.
  • VVIP: the top packages, with extras such as a meet-and-greet or seats behind the dugouts, the team benches.
  • Post-match package: your lounge time starts at full-time, not before the game.

What do the Old Trafford hospitality packages include?

How can you pay less for hospitality?

  • Be a member. Anyone on the Official, Premium or Under 16 plan gets 15% off selected packages.
  • Book three games at once. Elevate’s Hat-Trick Offer gives 15% off when you buy eligible packages for three different matchdays in one order. It runs for a limited time, and Padded Seat, Victoria Warehouse, Executive Box and most VVIP packages are left out.
  • Take a post-match package. The Trinity Club and International Suite cost less when your lounge time starts after the game.
  • Pick a less popular game. Compare the Coventry and Liverpool prices above.

The club’s FAQ says there are no concession prices, which means no lower price for children, seniors or students.

How is hospitality different from a normal Old Trafford ticket?

A Manchester United hospitality ticket differs from a normal Old Trafford ticket because anyone can buy it, and food and drink usually come with it. A normal ticket needs a membership and a sale or ballot, a free prize draw for the biggest games.

Question Normal ticket Hospitality ticket
Who can buy? Premium, Official and Under 16 members Anyone
What do you pay first? A yearly membership Nothing
What does the ticket cost? A price band set by the opponent From £120 for Coventry City and £545 for Liverpool
How many can you buy? One per member Up to 6 in one order

Can you use the museum on matchday? No Yes. On matchdays the museum and tour are for hospitality guests only

A normal seat is far lower in price, so compare the routes first. See how to get Manchester United tickets and what Manchester United tickets cost.

How do you buy Manchester United hospitality tickets?

You buy Manchester United hospitality tickets at hospitality.manutd.com, the Elevate site linked from the club. You can also call +44 (0)161 564 8377, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Follow these steps in order:

  1. Pick your match. The site lists every home game with its date, or Date not confirmed.
  2. Filter the packages by stand, tier or position, and read what each one includes.
  3. Check the date. Elevate says Premier League games are confirmed about 6 weeks before they are played. Do not book trains or hotels until then.
  4. Buy your tickets. Most packages allow 6 per order, and some VVIP packages must be bought in pairs.
  5. Email any dietary needs, such as halal, kosher, vegan or allergies, to matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk at least 5 days before the game.
  6. Wait for the email. Elevate sends step-by-step instructions closer to the game, to the address you used to buy.
  7. Open the Manchester United app. Elevate says tickets appear there 48 hours before the match.

What is the dress code for Manchester United hospitality?

The dress code for Manchester United hospitality is casual for most packages, and smart casual for the No.7 Suite. Elevate’s FAQ says smart jeans and tailored shorts are fine in the No.7 Suite, but sportswear, trainers and football shirts are not. That stricter rule does not apply to children under 16.

Across all packages, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, away team colours and clothes with offensive words or images are not allowed. The club can refuse entry to anyone wearing clothes it finds unsuitable.

Can children and disabled fans use Old Trafford hospitality?

Children can use Old Trafford hospitality, and the club’s FAQ publishes no minimum age, but under-18s must come with someone aged 18 or over. Babies need their own ticket, and no child prices apply.

  • Bringing children? Each child pays the full package price, even if they eat little.
  • Disabled fans: the club says all hospitality packages are available with accessible seating bays, first come, first served. Lifts reach all hospitality areas.
  • Carers: a carer or personal assistant needs their own ticket for hospitality areas.
  • Visually impaired fans: ask for radio commentary at matchday.hospitality@manutd.co.uk.
  • Not drinking? The price stays the same, but the club can note that you do not want alcohol.
  • Away fan in your group? The club’s FAQ allows guests who support the away team, but the package listings say no away fans, so ask first. All hospitality seats are in the home end, and away colours are banned, including scarves.

Can you cancel or change a Manchester United hospitality booking?

You cannot normally cancel a Manchester United hospitality booking, because Elevate’s purchase policy, last updated on 12 June 2026, says all sales are final. Date changes are common, so read this table before you book.

What happens What the rules say
Your plans change No refund. Elevate says some tickets may be transferable, so contact it
The game moves to a new date Your ticket stays valid. Elevate’s policy gives no refund unless it was promised when you bought. The club’s FAQ makes an exception if a game moves by two calendar days or more, so ask which applies
The game is cancelled and not rearranged Elevate refunds your purchase
You lose money on travel or hotels Not covered

Is there a Manchester United hospitality season ticket?

The Manchester United hospitality season ticket is called the Executive Club, a seasonal package for every home competitive men’s first team match at Old Trafford. It includes cup games. The club’s article on the 2026/27 waiting list describes suites with three to five-course menus, private eight-seat boxes and the 16-seat Centennial Suite.

The club publishes no single seasonal price there. It says you can join the waiting list from £1,000 per seat, including VAT, and that this is fully redeemable against any full-price facility. That article was written before this season, so ask for the current figure. Members can also apply in domestic away game ballots. To ask about prices, call 0161 676 7770 or email hospitality.enquiries@manutd.co.uk.

If you only want a normal seat every week, see the Manchester United season ticket guide.

What happens on matchday at Old Trafford?

On matchday at Old Trafford, most hospitality lounges open 3 hours before kick-off, and many stay open until 1 hour after the final whistle. Old Trafford is on Sir Matt Busby Way, within a five-minute walk of the Old Trafford Metrolink tram stop.

  • Coming by train? Get off at Manchester Piccadilly, the main station, and continue by tram, or take a 15-minute taxi.
  • Driving? Car parks open 4 hours before kick-off. No.7 Suite and Executive Box guests can request free parking. Everyone else books at manutd.com/carparking.
  • Bags: yours must fit within 20cm x 15cm x 5cm, which is smaller than A4 paper. Bag drops charge £5.
  • Your ticket: hold your phone to the reader at the entry gate, known as the turnstile. Screenshots are not valid.
  • Former players: they visit the lounges, but the club cannot say who until the day.
  • The club shop: the Megastore closes during the game and reopens 1 hour after the final whistle.

Is Manchester United hospitality worth it?

Manchester United hospitality makes sense when you have a fixed date, no membership and want a seat you can count on, with food and drink. Visitors, family treats and client days are the usual reasons. Skip it if you can be flexible, because a membership and a normal seat for a lower-priced game cost far less.

  • Best for: first-timers on a one-off trip, and anyone who wants a big game without a ballot.
  • Value tip: the Padded Seat at £95 for Coventry City is a way in with no membership, if you do not need food.
  • Not worth it if: you want the noise of the Stretford End, the home end. Check where your package sits first.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Booking travel too early. Wait for the confirmed date.
  • Wearing a tracksuit. It is banned in every package.
  • Bringing a large bag. The limit is much smaller than A4 paper.
  • Forgetting the baby. Babies need a full ticket.
  • Waiting for a ticket too soon. It appears in the app 48 hours before the match.

What to do now (as of 31 October 2026)

As of 31 October 2026, Elevate’s site lists hospitality for every home game shown. The next ones are AS Roma on Tuesday 3 November, Aston Villa on Sunday 8 November and Brentford on Saturday 28 November. Do this first: pick your game, then filter by stand.

The biggest league games still have no fixed date. Liverpool is due between Friday 22 and Monday 25 January 2027. Chelsea is due between Friday 5 and Monday 8 February, and Arsenal between Friday 26 February and Monday 1 March. Some packages for Liverpool already show Sold Out, including the Treble Suite.

Most Manchester United hospitality packages are casual. The No.7 Suite is smart casual: smart jeans and tailored shorts are fine, but sportswear, trainers and football shirts are not, except for children under 16. Across all packages, tracksuits, jogging bottoms, away colours and offensive clothing are banned, and the club can refuse entry.

Can children go to hospitality at Old Trafford?

Yes. Children can use Old Trafford hospitality, but anyone under 18 needs an adult aged 18 or over with them. Babies need their own ticket. The club's FAQ says there are no concession prices, so a child pays the same package price as an adult, and that price cannot be reduced.

What is included in Manchester United hospitality?

Every Manchester United hospitality package includes a match ticket. Most add food, drink, a programme and 10% off at the Megastore. The Red Café has a three-course menu and a free bar, the Treble Suite has five courses, and the International Suite has grab-and-go food. The Padded Seat is seat only.

How much is a Manchester United hospitality season ticket?

Call 0161 676 7770 or email hospitality.enquiries@manutd.co.uk for a price for your suite.

Can I get a refund on Manchester United hospitality?

If it moves date, your ticket stays valid, and the club's FAQ mentions an exception for a move of two calendar days or more.

Can away fans use Old Trafford hospitality?

The club's FAQ allows guests who support the away team, but the package listings say no away fans, so ask before you book. All hospitality seating at Old Trafford is in the home end. The dress code bans away colours, including scarves, and the club can remove anyone visibly supporting the opposition.

When do I get my Manchester United hospitality tickets?

Do Manchester United members get a discount on hospitality?
