For Liverpool the list starts with the Shortside Upper Tier, at £181.
Most behind-the-goal zones and the upper touchline zones start close together. Lower touchline seats and the listing named “Holte End Stand” cost more, and away-corner listings are aimed at Liverpool fans. Hospitality is listed apart, and “seller's choice” lets the seller allocate the block.

Aston Villa v Liverpool: date, kick-off and how to watch
Liverpool travel to Villa Park on Wednesday 30 December 2026 for an 8.15pm Premier League kick-off, squeezed between Christmas and New Year. The match is not on sale yet at the official seller. Members have had one way in since 3 August: Bundle 4, which paired it with Ipswich Town's visit on 30 January.
Hellotickets lists resale seats from £181 in the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026).
Single tickets go on sale to Adult and Junior Members from 9.30am on Monday 7 December, and there is little chance of a public sale: Villa Park is without its North Stand this season, and the club expects members to buy out its home games.

Villa Park hosts the game on Wednesday 30 December 2026, with an 8.15pm start, in Aston, Birmingham. As a midweek evening game it is untouched by the Saturday 3pm blackout, and which UK broadcaster shows it is for the broadcasters to confirm, so check their schedules over Christmas.
A late kick-off in holiday week also means a late return, so book trains or parking with the final whistle in mind rather than the start.

How to get Aston Villa v Liverpool tickets
The sale for Liverpool runs in a set order, and only the last step would be open to the public.
- Since 3 August: members could buy Members' Match Bundle 4, which joined this match with Ipswich Town at Villa Park on 30 January; 1,000 bundles were offered.
- From 9.30am on Monday 7 December: match-by-match tickets for Adult and Junior Members, released after season ticket holders. Villa say their on-sale dates are subject to change, and they expect this one to sell out to members. The First Timer Ballot and the Loyalty Ballot, for 120 or more waiting-list points, sit within this sale.
- Only if seats remain: a general sale. Villa expect members to take everything; an exception was Fulham on 31 October, put on general sale on 14 October.
An Adult Membership is a £50 outlay for the season. Adult face values in Zone 4 begin at £49.50 for Category 3 games and £61 for Category 4. A member who cannot go can put the seat up for resale through Villa, with the money back after the match if someone buys it.
Outside that system, resale is the way in. Seats listed on Hellotickets carry prices set by their sellers, sometimes over face value, and the final figure appears before you commit. For Liverpool's other fixtures, see our Liverpool tickets page.

- Nearest station to the away endWitton station is the closest to the away section, about 5 minutes on foot, and trains from Birmingham New Street take around 9 minutes.
- Leave the rucksack at homeA rucksack will not pass: the bag limit is 20 x 15 x 5 cm, for home and away fans alike, so travel light on a midweek evening.
Where to sit at Villa Park
The away section sits at the northern end of the Doug Ellis Stand, in the north-east corner of the ground. Block Q, in the lower tier, has about 1,600 seats and is the only part of it where alcohol is sold; Block P, upstairs, has about 1,300 seats, 64 steps up from ground level.
Home supporters have three stands to choose from. The Holte End, two tiers behind the south goal, is the heart of the home support. The three-tier main stand, the Trinity Road Stand, runs down the west side, and the rest of the Doug Ellis Stand gives two tiers along the east touchline. The North Stand is closed for 2026/27.
Hellotickets' “Shortside” zones are behind the goal, so the Holte End while the North Stand is shut, and “Longside” zones are along the touchlines; seats in the away corner are for Liverpool supporters. Check any block on the Villa Park seating plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much are Aston Villa v Liverpool tickets?
Resale on Hellotickets begins at £181, for the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026), with lower touchline seats and the Holte End higher. At the club, a Zone 4 adult seat costs from £49.50 or £61, according to the match category, but those seats go to members first, and the single-match sale opens to members at 9.30am on 7 December.
Can I buy Aston Villa v Liverpool tickets without being a member?
From Villa, only through a general sale, and those are rare while the North Stand is out of action. The members' sale comes first, and members could also buy this match in a bundle with Ipswich Town from 3 August. Adult members pay £50 to join for 2026/27; otherwise, the alternative is the resale market.
Is Aston Villa v Liverpool sold out?
As of 5 Nov 2026, the game was not on sale yet at the official seller. Single tickets go on sale to Adult and Junior Members at 9.30am on Monday 7 December, and the club anticipates members buying every seat, so a public sale is unlikely. Resale listings exist independently of the club's sale.
Is it hard to get Aston Villa tickets?
For a fixture like Liverpool, yes. Capacity is down to 36,887 while the North Stand is rebuilt, season ticket holders and members buy first, and some seats for this game were offered in members' bundles from 3 August. General sales are rare, so fans without a membership are mostly left with resale, where sellers set the prices.
What time is kick-off for Aston Villa v Liverpool?
Kick-off is at 8.15pm on Wednesday 30 December 2026 at Villa Park. The AV82 shuttle from Dudley Street, by Birmingham New Street, starts three hours earlier, from 5.15pm, every 15 minutes. Entry is possible until half-time, when the turnstiles shut.
