The Premier League lists the fixture for Saturday 23 January 2027 at Old Trafford, Manchester, but the date is provisional and the kick-off is TBC. Both are fixed once the broadcasters have announced their selections. If the game stayed in a Saturday 3pm slot, the UK blackout would keep it off live television; any other slot would open it to a live broadcast, with the channel confirmed by the broadcaster.
Until then, avoid non-refundable travel and check the Manchester United App for updates.

Where to sit at Old Trafford
On derby day, where you sit decides whose company you keep. The Stretford End, behind the west goal, is the home end, with a 6,000-place safe standing section in its second tier. Liverpool's supporters are at the opposite end of the ground, in the south-east corner by the East Stand (blocks E230 to E233 and STH229); that two-tier stand also has the disabled supporters' section. Along the north touchline, the three-tier Sir Alex Ferguson Stand is the largest stand, and the single-tier Sir Bobby Charlton Stand faces it, with the dugouts and most executive suites.
In Hellotickets' zones, Shortside sits behind a goal, Longside along a touchline and Central near halfway. An "East Stand Tier 2" listing is in the same stand as the visitors, so check its block. The Old Trafford seating plan shows the layout.
