What is Liverpool hospitality?

Liverpool hospitality is a match ticket that comes with a lounge, food and drink, sold by the club for one game or a whole season. Hospitality simply means a premium matchday package. A lounge is a private room or bar in the stadium, kept for people with that package.

Liverpool is a Premier League football club. Its home is Anfield, a 61,276-capacity stadium about two miles from Liverpool Lime Street station. Normal tickets at Anfield are hard to get. The club sells them through All Red membership, a paid fan plan, and match credits, a record of games you have bought. Hospitality skips both.

All hospitality areas are for home supporters only, so this route is for Liverpool fans and neutral visitors, not away fans.

What do the Anfield hospitality packages include?

Anfield hospitality packages run from street food in a busy sports bar to a three-course meal with free drinks, and each one comes with a match ticket. This table uses Liverpool v Sunderland on Wednesday 2 December 2026, as listed by the club on 31 October 2026.

Package What the club says you get From, per person
Japan Airlines Lounge A three-course menu and matchday service £522
Founders Lounge A lounge inside the Anfield Road Stand £483
The Beautiful Game A three-course menu, free beer, house wine and soft drinks, a matchday gift, and a seat in Block M4 of the Main Stand £430
Carlsberg Dugout (Kop End) Free street food until kick-off, one half-time drink, a pay bar, and a seat in Block M9 of the Main Stand £253, sold out
Carlsberg Dugout (Anfield Road End) Street food, drinks and a match ticket in a sports-bar setting £253, sold out
Forever Reds Lounge A sports-bar-style lounge about the club’s history £253
Brodies Sports Bar Street food, drinks and a match ticket £253, sold out
Boot Room Restaurant Dining, museum entry and a match ticket £252
The Isla Gladstone A restored conservatory in Stanley Park, the park next to Anfield £190

The Beautiful Game and the Carlsberg Dugout both open three hours before kick-off and stay open for up to one hour after the game. Both include a matchday programme and a visit from a former Liverpool player.

The club also lists two packages at city hotels. The Hilton offers a three-course meal and the Crowne Plaza a buffet, each with drinks, a match ticket and coach transfers to Anfield.

Wondering where you will sit? The Main Stand runs along one side of the pitch, and Blocks M4 and M9 are in its Middle Tier. Block M9 is the far wing section. To picture it, open the Anfield seating plan.

How do you buy Liverpool hospitality tickets?

You buy Liverpool hospitality tickets on the club’s hospitality website, or by calling +44 151 264 2222, option 2, from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Follow these steps in order:

  1. Pick your match on the Hospitality Matches list.
  2. Compare the packages. Each shows a price, and some show Sold out.
  3. Log in or create a MyLFC account. It is free. Your booking sits under a Supporter ID, your customer number at the club, and it cannot be moved to another ID afterwards.
  4. Pay, then send tickets to your guests from your account.
  5. Tell the club about any dietary needs at least 72 hours before the game.
  6. Read your matchday itinerary, the schedule for your day, which arrives about 7 days before the game.
  7. Load your NFC pass. This is a digital ticket on your phone, kept in Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

What is the dress code for Liverpool hospitality?

The dress code for Liverpool hospitality depends on the lounge. The club’s hospitality FAQ says each code appears on your matchday itinerary, about 7 days before the game, so wait for that before you plan your outfit. Do not wear the away team’s colours, because these areas are for home supporters.

Can you cancel a Liverpool hospitality booking?

You can cancel a Liverpool hospitality booking, but the club keeps part of what you paid. The charge in its hospitality terms depends on how much notice you give. It is a share of the total price, including any administration charges.

When the club gets your notice What the club can charge
More than 60 days before the match 10%
Between 31 and 60 days before 50%
Between 15 and 30 days before 75%
Less than 14 days before 100%

If you simply do not turn up, the club does not have to refund you. If a game moves to a new date, your ticket works for the rearranged match. Dates can move for television, police advice, weather or cup games.

How does a Liverpool hospitality season ticket work?

A Liverpool hospitality season ticket is a package covering a whole season, and the club’s FAQ works out its value across 23 games. The seasonal options on the club’s site are the Executive Lounge, Brodies Sports Bar, the Carlsberg Dugout at either end and the Centenary Club.

The Executive Lounge seasonal package starts with champagne on arrival, then a four-course menu with drinks. It adds food and drink at half-time and full-time, and a seat in Block M5 of the Main Stand Middle Tier.

The club’s package pages show no seasonal price. To find out what a hospitality season ticket costs, register your interest on the club’s site or call the sales team.

If you cannot go to a game, the club’s hospitality Ticket Exchange lets you offer your seat to other fans. It is only for season packages, and it opens at the club’s choice, so not for every game. If your seat sells, you get back its full match value. You can take that as Ticket Cash for future purchases, or by bank transfer within 10 working days of the match. The exchange closes 4 hours before kick-off. For a normal season seat, see the Liverpool season ticket guide.

Can children and disabled fans use Liverpool hospitality?

Children aged two and over are welcome in all Liverpool hospitality lounges. Each child must come with someone aged 18 or over, and both must hold a hospitality ticket for that area.

  • Bringing children? A child’s seat must be next to the adult’s, and the adult must be a parent, legal guardian or chaperone. A child without a phone can use yours: both tickets can be scanned from one handset.
  • Disabled fans: some packages include access to wheelchair bays. Call +44 151 264 2222, option 2, to find the right one.
  • Groups: at The Beautiful Game, parties of 8 and under may share a table. Tell the club if you want to sit together.
  • Coming from abroad? You need a phone that can hold the NFC pass. The club says most Android phones and iPhone 6 and above work.

What happens on matchday at Anfield?

On matchday at Anfield, lounges such as The Beautiful Game open three hours before kick-off, so plan to arrive early and enjoy the food. The club’s Ticket Office, under the Kop, handles questions in person from 5 hours before kick-off.

  • Entrance: The Beautiful Game and the Carlsberg Dugout both use the Main Stand Reception on Level 2.
  • From Liverpool Lime Street: the 917 Express bus runs from Commutation Row to Anfield in about 15 minutes. From Sandhills station, the Soccerbus starts 2 hours before kick-off and stops 90 minutes after full-time.
  • Driving: some packages include a space in Utting Avenue car park, depending on the package and the number of tickets. Walton Breck Road closes 90 minutes before kick-off.
  • Bags: only small bags up to A5 size, 148.5mm x 210mm, or a club store clear carrier bag. All bags are searched.
  • The bar: bar service stops during the game. The Dugout is cashless, so bring a card or phone.

Is Liverpool hospitality worth it?

Liverpool hospitality is worth the money for one big day at Anfield, without years of building up credits. It suits visitors, birthdays and client days. If you just want to see a game and can wait, an All Red membership and a normal ticket cost far less.

  • Best for: first-timers, families on a special trip and fans travelling from far away.
  • Not worth it if: you want to sing on the Kop. The seats named for The Beautiful Game and the Dugout are in the Main Stand.
  • Good value check: compare the same package across games. The Sunderland and Porto prices are far lower than Manchester United’s.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Expecting league credits. Premier League hospitality earns none.
  • Bringing a large bag. Anything over A5 will not get through.
  • Booking under the wrong Supporter ID. It cannot be changed later.
  • Expecting a table in the Dugout. The club says it gets very busy and seats are not certain at peak times.
  • Leaving a change of plan too late. Inside the last 30 days, at least 75% of the price is gone.

What to do now (as of 31 October 2026)

As of 31 October 2026, Liverpool’s hospitality page says Premier League matchday hospitality and Champions League league-phase hospitality are both on sale. Do this first: pick your game from the table above, then check which packages still show Buy now.

For Liverpool v Manchester United on Sunday 22 November, hospitality starts at £599. Normal tickets for that game sold out at the All Red stage in July. To compare, see the guide to Liverpool ticket prices. The club also lists a Forever Reds Christmas Lunch on Friday 4 December from £279.

Prefer a normal ticket? Registration for the All Red Members Ticket Sale for games from January closed at 10am on Monday 2 November. After that, the next chance is an Additional Members’ Sale, game by game. Hospitality gone for your game? The Liverpool tickets page shows resale listings with live prices.

What is the dress code for Liverpool hospitality?

Liverpool FC does not publish one dress code for all lounges. Its hospitality FAQ says each lounge's code is on your matchday itinerary, which the club shares about 7 days before the game. Whatever you wear, avoid the away team's colours, because every hospitality area at Anfield is for home supporters only.

Hospitality tickets for Champions League, FA Cup or League Cup home games do count towards your right to buy or register for general admission tickets in future.

Yes, but only for Hospitality Season Tickets. Liverpool FC says its Ticket Exchange is not available for match-by-match bookings, and it may not open for every game. If a seasonal seat sells, the holder gets back 100% of its match value. Seats returned this way are offered to all supporters, and the exchange closes 4 hours before kick-off.

Where are the hospitality seats at Anfield?

Many Liverpool hospitality seats are in the Main Stand Middle Tier. The club lists Block M4 for The Beautiful Game, Block M5 for the Executive Lounge and Block M9, a far wing section, for the Carlsberg Dugout. The Founders Lounge is in the Anfield Road Stand.
