Liverpool v Newcastle: date, kick-off and how to watch

Newcastle's visit to Anfield is a Premier League fixture provisionally dated Saturday 10 April 2027, with kick-off TBC. Right now it is not on sale yet at the official seller; the All Red ballot for standard seats stopped taking entries at 10am on Monday 2 November, and the club's hospitality, from £465, is taking enquiries.

The resale market on Hellotickets starts at £258, for a seat in the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026). Newcastle are not on Liverpool's restricted list, so that ballot was open to every eligible All Red member, and the resale market also carries several Brodies hospitality packages for this game.

How to get Liverpool v Newcastle tickets

Do I need membership?

Yes, for a standard seat. Liverpool never hold a general sale; you need a season ticket or a 2026/27 All Red membership, at £26.99 (Light), £42.99 (Full) or £20.99 (Junior) a season.

When is the sale?

It is part of the All Red sale for matches from 1 January. Ballot registration ran from 2pm on Monday 26 October to 10am on Monday 2 November and is now closed; the draw is made and successful entrants are charged on 12 and 13 November. Members with 13 or more Premier League home credits are entitled to a ticket and have their own window, from 8.15am on Tuesday 10 November to 10am on Wednesday 11 November.

What if the ballot fails?

About two weeks before the game, register for the Additional Members' Sale, which resells Ticket Exchange returns at face value; the local ballot of 500 tickets for L-postcode addresses and the Young Adult ballot run then too.

Is there another way?

The club's hospitality, from £465, shows an Enquire now button rather than direct booking. Resale seats are listed on Hellotickets, where sellers set prices that can be above face value and the final price is shown before you pay. Our How To Get Liverpool Tickets guide has the full picture.

Good to know before you go

  • Compare hospitality optionsLiverpool's own hospitality for this match, from £465, is taken by enquiry, and resale Brodies packages are also listed, so compare what each includes before you book.
  • Standing on the KopLarge parts of the Kop are rail seating for safe standing, so supporters who would rather sit for the whole game may prefer a touchline stand.
  • Bringing childrenUnder-16s must come with an adult aged 18 or over. The Family Zone in the Anfield Road Stand offers activities such as quizzes and chant lessons.
  • From Lime StreetThe 917 express leaves Commutation Row, close to Lime Street station, and reaches the ground in about 15 minutes; on the way back, catch it on Walton Lane.

Where to sit at Anfield Stadium

Standard seats first. The Kop is the single-tier home end at the Walton Breck Road end, with large rail-seating sections. Opposite, the two-tier Anfield Road Stand takes the away section, where Newcastle's fans will be in blocks named in their club's notice, plus the Family Zone. The Main Stand (three tiers) and the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand (two tiers) line the touchlines. On Hellotickets, Shortside is behind a goal, Longside along a touchline and Central near halfway, and Kop Grandstand puts you on the Kop.

Hospitality is a separate category. Brodies is the sports bar in the Anfield Road Stand, and listings such as Central Front Rows Brodies or Brodies Sports Bar are packages linked to it; The Boot Room Restaurant is another. The club's own lounges include The Beautiful Game and the Chemistry Lounge in the Main Stand. The Anfield Stadium seating plan shows where each sits.

Frequently asked questions

How much are Liverpool v Newcastle tickets?

Liverpool's 2026/27 match prices start at £9 in Tier 12 of the Main Stand Upper, with the Kop's tiers from £40.25, but standard seats go only to All Red members, through the ballot and the 13+ credit sale, and hospitality from £465 is taken by enquiry. On Hellotickets, a resale seat in the Shortside Upper Tier starts at £258 (checked 5 Nov 2026).

Can I buy Liverpool v Newcastle tickets without being a member?

Liverpool do not sell standard seats to non-members. This fixture's ballot, open to every eligible All Red member, shut at 10am on 2 November, so the next members' route is the Additional Members' Sale about two weeks before the game, which needs All Red (Light is £26.99 a season). Otherwise, there is the club's hospitality, by enquiry, or resale seats on Hellotickets.

Is Liverpool v Newcastle sold out?

Not at this stage. The match is not on sale yet at the official seller; entries for the All Red ballot closed on 2 November, and the 13+ credit sale on 10 and 11 November is still to come, followed by the Additional Members' Sale of returned seats about two weeks before the game. Resale seats on Hellotickets start at £258 (checked 5 Nov 2026).

How to watch Liverpool tonight?

Liverpool v Newcastle is provisionally set for Saturday 10 April 2027, with kick-off TBC. If it is played at 3pm on the Saturday, it will not be broadcast live in the UK; if it moves to another slot, the broadcasters announce it in their UK TV picks and the Premier League's listings show the channel.

When do Liverpool v Newcastle tickets go on sale?

Members with 13 or more Premier League home credits buy from 8.15am on 10 November to 10am on 11 November. The rest of the seats go to a ballot for every eligible All Red member, whose registration window, from 2pm on Monday 26 October to 10am on Monday 2 November, has closed; the draw follows on 12 and 13 November. Hospitality, from £465, is open for enquiries.

Where do Newcastle fans sit at Anfield?

Newcastle's supporters are placed in the Anfield Road Stand, at the opposite end to the Kop, in blocks confirmed in their club's away notice. Visiting fans come in from Anfield Road, via 97 Avenue rather than Arkles Lane, and the wheelchair bays sit in front of the visiting section in blocks AL8 and AL9.
