Club position: not on sale yet at the official seller (checked 5 Nov 2026).

Benfica's calendar gives Saturday 1 May 2027 at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica, with the time still to be defined. The resale listing we follow is dated Sunday 2 May, so the weekend looks right but the day is not settled.

Lisbon and London are both on summer time in May and share the same clock. Whether the match is shown in the UK will be confirmed by the broadcasters once the round's schedule is published.

Official ticketing

Not on sale yet at the club (no sale dates announced); official date Sat 1 May, time still to be set.

  • Sale not announced (shop lists only fixtures to 5 Nov); usual order: Red Pass, members, then registered fans and public · to come

Membership: Sócio (member with dues paid) and Red Pass season ticket; registered-fan account for public sales.

How to get Benfica v Rio Ave tickets

There is no sale yet, and none has been dated. The shape of it is predictable, though, because Benfica uses the same steps for every home league game.

Season ticket holders, the Red Pass, are first in line for extra seats. Members (sócios) with paid-up dues follow at the member price. Then come registered fans, Casa Benfica members and the general public, at the public price, for whatever is left.

The club has been opening league sales about three weeks before kick-off, which for a 1 May date would mean early April. For Alverca on 2 November, the member window opened on 14 October and the public window on 15 October; members paid from €20 and the public from €30.

Benfica sells on slbenfica.pt and its app, at the Bilheteira Centenário at the stadium, in Benfica Official Stores and through Casas do Benfica. Each purchase is limited to five tickets, issued in the holder's name, and the club offers no refunds or exchanges. Red Pass holders can pass on their seats via the official Mercado Secundário when the board activates it.

If you want to secure seats for the bank holiday before the club's window, resale listings on Hellotickets are open: sellers set the price, and the final total appears before you pay. A fortnight later Arouca visit; see Benfica v Arouca tickets; every date is on Benfica tickets.

Where to sit at Estadio Da Luz

The stadium is organised into Floors 0 to 3. On Hellotickets, "Middle Tier" covers the in-between levels, Floors 1 and 2, where the presidential box and the business and members' boxes also sit; for this match that is where prices begin. "Upper Tier" is Floor 3, the large top ring with a view over the whole pitch. "Shortside" seats are behind a goal.

Floor 0 is the pitch-level ring. Sectors 28 and 5-6 there are special-access areas for organised Benfica supporters, and Benfica recommends a height of at least 1.70 m in the first two rows. No away section is published by the club, so we leave it out.
