- Adult 2026/27 season cards start at £575 in Zone 4, the lowest of the four price zones. Children pay from £190 and seniors from £415.
- New cards go to fans on the Official Season Card Waiting List, which costs £10 once. It is not a queue, so nobody has a position to check.
- Offers go first to MyForest Pro members with significant booking history, then Plus members by the date they joined the list, then other members.
- Adult and Young Adult holders must make use of at least 14 Premier League home games, by going, listing the seat or forwarding it.
- Forest says an adult card saves about 33% against buying each match. V12 Finance spreads the cost over 10 months, with a fee.
A Nottingham Forest season ticket, which the club calls a season card, costs from £575 for an adult in 2026/27. You have to wait for an offer. New cards go to fans on the club’s £10 waiting list after renewals close, and members with a strong buying record come first.
For a single game, start with the Nottingham Forest tickets page, which shows each fixture and how it is being sold.
What is a Nottingham Forest season ticket?
A Nottingham Forest season ticket covers one reserved seat, for a single price, at all 19 Premier League home games. Nottingham Forest plays at the City Ground in West Bridgford, beside the River Trent, about a mile from Nottingham city centre. The ground holds 31,212 people, according to the Premier League Handbook 2026/27.
A season card is not a membership. MyForest is the club’s paid membership, and it only opens the sales for single games. See the Nottingham Forest membership guide for each level.
How much is a Nottingham Forest season ticket?
A Nottingham Forest season ticket costs from £575 for an adult in 2026/27, according to the club’s season card price map. The ground has four price zones, and your age band sets your price in each one. The club kept prices the same as in 2025/26.
| Zone | Adult (22-65) | Senior (66+) | Young Adult (18-21) | Youth (14-17) | Child (4-13) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zone 1 | £915 | £700 | £575 | £300 | £215 |
| Zone 2 | £760 | £560 | £485 | £295 | £205 |
| Zone 3 | £625 | £455 | £425 | £290 | £195 |
| Zone 4 | £575 | £415 | £415 | £285 | £190 |
On the club’s map, Zone 1 is the centre of the two long stands beside the pitch, and Zone 2 sits either side of it. Zones 3 and 4 are mostly behind the goals and in the corners. Hospitality seats, which come with food and drink, are priced on request.
Your age band depends on your age on 1 August 2026. The club asks for a copy of your passport or birth certificate if it has no record of your date of birth. The City Ground seating plan shows what each stand is like.
Is a Forest season card cheaper than buying single games?
Yes, Nottingham Forest says adult season cards save about 33% compared with buying every match. Single adult tickets start at £50 for a Category A game and £45 for a Category B game. A category is a game’s price band, set by the kick-off time, demand and the opponent.

Can you pay for a Forest season card monthly?
Yes, Forest offers V12 Finance, a loan that spreads the cost over 10 months. The club describes it as interest-free, but an arrangement fee goes on your first payment. You must be 18 or over, you face a credit check, and you get 14 days to change your mind after signing.
Is there a Nottingham Forest season ticket waiting list?
Yes, Nottingham Forest runs an Official Season Card Waiting List, and joining costs £10 per person, once. It is not a queue. The club says nobody holds a set position, so there is nothing to check, and it asks fans not to ring about it.
When season cards come free, the club offers them in this order:
- MyForest Pro members with significant booking history. Booking history is your record of past ticket purchases. Anyone who held Pro in 2023/24 is already on the list.
- MyForest Plus members, in the order they joined the list.
- Other MyForest members, and so on down.
The £10 never has to be paid again. It is not refunded, and it does not come off the price of a card. You can pay it without being a member, but the club strongly advises holding a membership too, because membership and booking history may count.
The list also helps the club plan. If the City Ground is expanded, the club says fans on the list get the first chance at any new season cards.
How long is the Nottingham Forest season ticket waiting list?
The length of the Nottingham Forest season ticket waiting list is not published, and the club says it is impossible to predict when anyone will get an offer. Offers depend on how many holders do not renew, so numbers quoted on fan sites prove nothing. The list’s system expiry date of 2030 is a technical setting, not a hint about timing.
How do you get a Nottingham Forest season ticket?
You get a Nottingham Forest season ticket by joining the waiting list, building a record of ticket purchases and buying when the club emails you an offer. Do these steps in order:
- Join MyForest. Core is £45 for adults, and younger fans pay less.
- Buy match tickets, so you build booking history.
- Join the waiting list. Sign in at eticketing.co.uk/nottinghamforest, the club’s ticket site, and add the Season Card Waiting List to your basket. Disabled supporters can also phone 0115 982 4388.
- Adding other people? Press the plus button for the number you want, then assign each place to that person’s customer number. One person holds one place.
- Move up if you can. Only Core members who renew can apply for Plus at £75, and Pro at £99 is reached by upgrading from Plus.
- Keep your email address current. Offers come by email after renewals close, and the email says how long you have to decide.
When do Nottingham Forest season tickets go on sale?
Nottingham Forest season tickets go on sale to current holders first. For 2026/27, renewals ran from 10am on Friday 13 March to 5pm on Friday 24 April 2026. After that, new cards go to eligible fans on the waiting list, subject to availability, so do not wait for a general sale.
If the club has not emailed you by July, you are not yet eligible that year. Three more rules matter:
- Missing the deadline: a holder who does not renew loses the seat, with no exceptions. They get first refusal on a membership, subject to availability.
- Moving seats: renew first, then move during the relocation window after the deadline, first come, first served.
- Passing a card on: this works only during renewals, and the new holder must be a MyForest member on the waiting list.
What do you get with a Nottingham Forest season card?
A Nottingham Forest season card gives you your own seat at every home league game, first access to home cup tickets and credit for games you miss. Cup games are not included in the price.
- Home cup tickets first. Holders get a 72-hour window from midday on a Friday. Members follow at 2pm on the Monday, then a general sale on the Thursday, a sale open to anyone.
- Away tickets. Holders could opt in to the £40 Away Ticket Scheme until Friday 14 August 2026. It uses Away Points, earned by going to away games, to decide who buys first.
- Extras. A welcome pack, 10% off merchandise, monthly competitions and early access to the new kit.
- A digital card. All cards are digital in 2026/27, sent by email from Ticketmaster, with one QR code for the whole season. A paper reprint on matchday costs £5 and needs ID.
What is the 14-game rule for Forest season card holders?
The 14-game rule means Forest’s adult and young adult holders have to put their seat to use at 14 or more Premier League home games. The club calls this its Every Supporter Counts policy. It began in 2026/27, after about 1,000 season card seats per match went unused in 2025/26.
| What you do | Does the game count? |
|---|---|
| Scan in at the entry gate, called a turnstile | Yes |
| List your seat on the Ticket Exchange | Yes, whether or not it sells |
| Forward it to a MyForest member | Yes, once they accept it, whether or not they go |
| Do nothing | No |
Three unused games bring a reminder email, four a warning and five a review of whether you keep your card. The club takes serious illness, bereavement, military deployment, work relocation and parental leave into account.
Child, Youth and Senior holders are exempt, and so are registered disabled supporters. Cups and friendlies do not count.
What can a Forest season card holder do if they cannot go?
A Forest season card holder who cannot go can list the seat on the Ticket Exchange, or forward the ticket online to a MyForest member. The Ticket Exchange is the club’s own system for reselling season card seats to members. It goes live at midday on the Friday of sale week, once general admission has sold out.
- Log in to your ticket account and click the person icon at the top right.
- List your seat. There is no charge.
- Wait for the email that says your seat has sold.
If it sells, you get the match value of your card as credit towards next season’s renewal. The club’s example is a £760 adult card in block C4 of the Peter Taylor Stand, which is worth £40 a game.
You can withdraw a seat that has not sold, but once it sells you cannot go. Listing closes when the turnstiles open, 90 minutes before kick-off, and an early listing is more likely to sell.
Who should get a Nottingham Forest season card, and who should not?
A Nottingham Forest season card suits fans who can use at least 14 home games a year and are happy to wait for an offer. For the odd game, MyForest Core at £45 is a better fit.
- Bringing children? Child cards start at £190 and are exempt from the 14-game rule. Junior Reds aged 4 to 13 must go with an adult member.
- Disabled fans? You pay the £10 for yourself only, and your companion is part of your application. You need proof of disability dated within the last 12 months. Email accessibility@nottinghamforest.co.uk with questions.
- Older fans? Disabled supporters and over-66s can ask for an exemption from the digital card, and they can renew by phone or in person.
- Living far away or abroad? Using 14 games is hard from far away. International Reds at £45 gives access to a small, capped set of tickets, which helps you plan flights.
What are the easy mistakes with a Forest season card?
The most common Forest season card mistake is joining the waiting list with no membership, because membership and booking history may decide who gets an offer.
- Expecting the £10 back. It is non-refundable, even if you turn down an offer.
- Turning down an offer lightly. You stay on the list, but the club cannot promise another offer, and you cannot pass this one to anyone else.
- Expecting your first choice of seat. Where you sit depends on what is free.
- Listing a game you might use. Once a seat sells, your ticket is gone.
- Not checking your scans. A scanning error can leave a game uncounted. Email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk to check your total.
How do you get to the City Ground on matchday?
The City Ground is on Pavilion Road, West Bridgford, postcode NG2 5FJ, and Nottingham station is the closest railway station, a 20 to 25 minute walk. All kick-off times are UK time.
- Bus: look for services 5 to 11, which stop nearest.
- Car: the M1 junctions are 24 and 26. Use the postcode, then watch for Trent Bridge cricket ground signs.
- Arrival: everyone is searched on entry, so allow time. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off.
- Bags: nothing larger than A4, and the club recommends bringing no bag at all.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a Nottingham Forest season ticket?
An adult Nottingham Forest season card starts at £575 for 2026/27, in Zone 4. Seniors pay from £415, Young Adults aged 18 to 21 from £415, Youths aged 14 to 17 from £285 and Children aged 4 to 13 from £190. Prices are unchanged from 2025/26.
How long is the Nottingham Forest season ticket waiting list?
Forest publishes no length or position, because the list is not ranked. Cards go first to Pro members with significant booking history, then to Plus members by the date they joined, then to others, and only when holders give seats up. The club says it is impossible to predict when anyone will be offered a card.
How do you get a Nottingham Forest season ticket?
Become a MyForest member, build booking history by buying match tickets, then pay £10 to join the Official Season Card Waiting List. Offers are emailed after the renewal deadline. If you have heard nothing by July, you are not yet eligible that year, so keep buying single games in the meantime.
When do Nottingham Forest season tickets go on sale?
Current holders renew first. For 2026/27, the window ran from 10am on Friday 13 March to 5pm on Friday 24 April 2026. New cards then go to eligible fans on the waiting list, subject to availability. The next offers follow the 2027/28 renewals, so join the list before then.
How many season ticket holders do Nottingham Forest have?
Nottingham Forest's season card pages give no total number of holders. The club does say that about 1,000 season card seats per match went unused in 2025/26, and that around 1,300 fans benefit from the Young Adult price. Any total on another website is a guess.
Is it hard to get Nottingham Forest tickets?
It can be hard, but a membership makes it possible. Home league tickets are sold only to MyForest members, and the club says over half of its home games reached the Core sale window in recent seasons. If a game sells out first, members still have the ballot and the Ticket Exchange.
Does a Nottingham Forest season card include cup games?
No. The season card covers Premier League home games. Holders get first access to home domestic cup tickets through a 72-hour window from midday on a Friday, and they pay for those tickets on top. Members follow at 2pm on the Monday, and a general sale comes on the Thursday.
Can I spread the cost of a Forest season card?
Yes. V12 Finance spreads the cost over 10 months, and an arrangement fee is added to your first payment. It is available for renewals and if you are offered a new card. You must be 18 or over and pass a credit check, and you can change your mind within 14 days.
What if I can't use my Forest season card for a game?
List the seat on the Ticket Exchange once the game has sold out, or forward it to a MyForest member through your account. An exchange sale credits you the match value of your card towards next season's renewal. Either option, or attending, counts towards the 14 home league games adult holders must use.
Is the £10 waiting list fee refunded if I get a season card?
No. The £10 is a one-off charge that stays separate from the price of your card. It is not taken off the cost if you are offered a season card, and it is not refunded if you turn the offer down. You stay on the list once you have paid it.
