The rescheduled date is Tuesday 5 January 2027, with kick-off at 7.30pm at the City Ground in West Bridgford, across Trent Bridge from Nottingham city centre. If you have seen a different date or time for this fixture elsewhere, go by this one and by your ticket.
A midweek evening game sits outside the 3pm Saturday blackout, so it can be shown live in the UK if a broadcaster selects it. Those selections are confirmed by the broadcasters themselves, not by the club's ticket office.

How to get Nottingham Forest v Hull City tickets
The shape of the sale is already known even without dates: Premier League tickets at the City Ground go only to MyForest members, and there is no general sale. Which membership you hold decides the day you can buy, each from 10am:
- MyForest Pro (£99, by renewal or upgrade only): first access, on the Monday of the on-sale week.
- MyForest Plus (£75, also by renewal or upgrade): the Tuesday.
- MyForest Core (£45 for an adult in 2026/27), with Junior Reds and International Reds: the Wednesday, before a members' ballot opens at 2pm.
That week usually comes about four weeks before the match. Ballot results and a purchase window follow on the Thursday, then a second sale on the Friday morning. If general admission sells out, the Ticket Exchange opens at 12pm that Friday, reselling season-card seats at the full adult price. Adult (22-65) tickets start at £45 in Category B and £50 in Category A, and the club sells hospitality from £199.
Without membership, resale is the remaining route. Sellers on Hellotickets choose their prices, which can be above face value. The Nottingham Forest Membership guide explains each tier.

- Getting there on a weeknightNottingham station is the closest, about a mile away: allow 20-25 minutes on foot, or around ten minutes by bus, for a 7.30pm kick-off on a Tuesday.
- A phone, not a printoutDigital tickets are compulsory for every supporter in 2026/27, Season Card holders included; save yours to your smartphone wallet before you leave for the ground.
- Missed out as a member? If general admission sells out, the Ticket Exchange opens at 12pm on the Friday of the on-sale week and closes when the turnstiles open on matchday.
- Away wheelchair baysThe club's accessibility guide places the away wheelchair bays in blocks W2 and X2 of the John Robertson Stand, next to the away turnstiles.
Where to sit at City Ground
Hellotickets sorts the City Ground into two families of zones. Shortside covers the ends: the Trent End by the river, which holds the Trentside Lounge in its mezzanine, and the John Robertson Stand opposite, formerly the Bridgford Stand, whose lower tier is the away section. Longside covers the touchlines: the Peter Taylor Stand, the main stand, and the Brian Clough Stand, opened in 1980 as the Executive Stand with an upper tier and executive boxes.
Hull City's supporters go in that away section, so Forest fans buying resale should avoid the lower John Robertson Stand. Around 500 more seats sit in a corner stand built from shipping containers. The City Ground seating plan shows where each zone falls.
