Etihad Stadium tickets

Manchester City's home after the Pep Guardiola Stand expansion: members' sales, Champions League nights, stands, trams and hospitality.

Updated 5 Nov 2026

The Etihad Stadium, on the Etihad Campus off Ashton New Road in east Manchester, opened in 2002 and is the home of Manchester City. Its expanded North Stand opened at the end of 2025/26 and was renamed the Pep Guardiola Stand in May 2026, taking the capacity to 61,038 for 2026/27.

The fixtures listed here are City's home Premier League games and two Champions League nights, against SSC Napoli on Tuesday 24 November and Sporting CP on Wednesday 27 January 2027, both at 8pm. Match tickets go to City's Official Members. On 20 October, members' sales were open for games such as Fulham, Hull City and Arsenal, while the derby with Manchester United and the visit of Liverpool had no members' tickets on sale.

The lowest resale listing on Hellotickets across these fixtures is £68 (checked 5 Nov 2026).

First on the list: Man City v Fulham on Saturday 21 November.

Our Manchester City tickets 2026/27 page tracks every sale as it opens, and the Manchester City v Arsenal tickets page covers the visit of Arsenal on Saturday 30 January 2027.

Etihad Stadium guide: stands, transport and lounges

Seating plan and stands

The Etihad is a continuous bowl, and the club numbers its tiers as Levels 0 to 3 in its price bands and access guide. Going round the ground:

  • South Stand, behind the south goal: three tiers since the third was added in 2015, with 4,995 rail seats in the lower tier. Most of City's vocal home support is here, and so is the away section.
  • Pep Guardiola Stand (North Stand), behind the north goal, next to the Etihad Campus tram stop: expanded by about 7,900 seats in its second tier, topped by a Skybar and fitted with a rail-seating area. Long known as the Family Stand, it still gives its name to the club's Family Stand price bands.
  • Colin Bell Stand (West Stand), along the west touchline: the players' and match officials' facilities are below it, the Tunnel Club is inside, and the Blue Carpet team arrival takes place outside its entrance.
  • East Stand, along the east touchline: fans still call it the Kippax, an unofficial name.

Visiting supporters enter the South Stand through entrances L1, L2 and L3, and their turnstiles open two hours before kick-off. Because they share that stand with home fans, a resale seat behind the south goal needs a quick check of the block before you buy.

Hellotickets uses its own wording. "Shortside" means behind a goal, so either the South Stand or the Pep Guardiola Stand, and "Longside" means the Colin Bell or East Stand, with Lower, Middle and Upper Tier in place of the club's level numbers. The Etihad Stadium seating plan puts the blocks in order.

At the last check, resale prices put the visits of Manchester United and Liverpool well clear of the rest, with Arsenal and Aston Villa next. Most of the other league games, and both Champions League nights, started at a much lower level.

Getting there

A tram stop sits right outside the ground, and there are several other routes into east Manchester (postcode M11 3FF):

  • Tram: the Etihad Campus stop is just outside the Pep Guardiola Stand, 8-10 minutes from Piccadilly station. From Holt Town stop, a signposted Citylink walking route takes 15 minutes.
  • Bus: Bee Network buses run from the city centre every 4-8 minutes and stop outside on Ashton New Road, a ride of about 20 minutes. The club's Matchday Bus network has 91 stops for 2026/27.
  • On foot: about 35 minutes from the city centre on a step-free, lit and signposted route, or about 45 minutes from Piccadilly or Victoria.
  • Rail: Ashburys is 20 minutes' walk away but has no step-free access to its platforms.
  • Car: matchday parking must be booked in advance, and for 2026/27 there is park and ride from Co-op Academy Belle Vue.

After the final whistle, roads and buses around Ashton New Road are held: the city-centre shuttles leave once the road reopens, about 25 minutes after full time, and away fans may be kept in briefly.

Entry is by NFC mobile ticket: hold the back of your phone against the TAP reader at the turnstile. Bring nothing bigger than a small handheld bag of A4 size (12 x 8 x 3 in); the bag drop in the Grey Car Park, by the away turnstiles, costs £12 per item. The stadium is cashless, applies a strict Challenge 25 policy and bans smoking and e-cigarettes, and under-14s must sit next to an adult aged 18 or over.

Hospitality

City's lounges include the Tunnel Club in the Colin Bell Stand and the Skybar, with premium seating, on top of the expanded Pep Guardiola Stand. Hospitality entrances open three hours before kick-off.

Prices are set match by match. For Fulham, Leeds United and Hull City the club lists bars from £130 and hospitality from £240; for Nottingham Forest, £180 and £320; for Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur, £220 and £499; and for Arsenal, £290 and £625. The Champions League packages, open to previous customers and Cityzens registered before 27 August 2026, start at £115 for bars and £210 for hospitality against Napoli, and £90 and £160 against Sporting CP.

For the games with no members' tickets on sale at present, including Manchester United, Liverpool and Aston Villa, hospitality was the one club route open at the last check. The Manchester City v Chelsea tickets page has the details for that December fixture, whose members' allocation was sold out for now.

Frequently asked questions

How much do football tickets cost in the UK?

Club prices vary widely. At the Etihad, Manchester City's adult member prices this season start at £20 for Hull City, £30 for games such as Fulham, Leeds United and Nottingham Forest, and £40 for Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, but only Official Members can buy them. Resale seats listed on Hellotickets start from £68, and the final price is shown before you pay.

Is there a park and ride to Etihad Stadium?

Yes. For 2026/27 there is park and ride from Co-op Academy Belle Vue, and all matchday parking has to be booked in advance. The tram is the simplest alternative: the Etihad Campus Metrolink stop sits just outside the Pep Guardiola Stand, 8-10 minutes from Piccadilly, and Bee Network buses run along Ashton New Road every 4-8 minutes.

Is it difficult to get Man City tickets?

For the biggest games, yes. Tickets go to Official Members, and some sales are limited to members who bought three or more home Premier League matches across 2024/25 and 2025/26, or to one ticket per member. On 20 October there were no members' tickets on sale for Manchester United or Liverpool; the club releases more, including Ticket Exchange seats, several weeks before each match.

Where do away fans sit at the Etihad Stadium?

In the South Stand, which they share with City's most vocal home supporters. Visiting fans use entrances L1, L2 and L3, the turnstiles open two hours before kick-off, coaches park on the Grey Car Park opposite, and small flags can be hung at the rear of Level 0. Away supporters may be held in briefly after the match.

Can I buy tickets for Manchester City's Champions League games?

Not yet from the club. Sale details for SSC Napoli on Tuesday 24 November and Sporting CP on Wednesday 27 January 2027 had not been published as of 20 October. Hospitality is already on sale to previous customers and Cityzens registered before 27 August 2026, from £210 against Napoli and £160 against Sporting CP.
