How to get Wrexham v Sheffield United tickets

Before the ballot

Get an Official Membership for 2026/27 if you do not have one: Digital Dragon at £25 for adults, Red Dragon at £35 or Gold Dragon at £50. It is required for the ballot and for the Ticket Exchange, and Wrexham hold no general sale.

The ballot

Ballots this season have opened 29 to 39 days before kick-off; Portsmouth's ran from 20 October to 29 October for a game on 28 November. For 23 January, the Sheffield United ballot should open in mid-to-late December, so check the club's tickets page before the holidays. You can make one entry, the request is granted in full or not at all, and the draw takes place on the closing day, with payment taken from successful members.

If the draw goes against you

Members who were unsuccessful and have not been to a game yet this season are entered for a second ballot of 100 tickets. After that, the members-only Ticket Exchange is where season ticket holders put their unused seats, and the club says many are available until matchday.

Price and hospitality

Adults pay from £28 in the University End, more in the Macron and Wrexham Lager stands, with no booking fees and no premium for bigger opponents. Hospitality is released after the ballot closes.

For non-members, the remaining route is resale: seats listed on Hellotickets come with prices set by sellers, which can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay. Sheffield United's own fixtures are on Sheffield United tickets; Wrexham's on Wrexham tickets.

Where to sit at Wrexham Racecourse Ground

Resale for this match starts in "Shortside Upper", a behind-the-goal listing. At the Racecourse this season, the only end open is the Tech End, a home stand with Jonesy's Bar, also listed separately as "Stok Cold Brew Cofee Stand"; the Kop at the Crispin Lane End is being rebuilt for 2027/28. Confirm with the seller which stand a Shortside listing refers to.

"Longside" listings are along the touchlines. One side is the Macron Stand, on Mold Road, with private boxes; the other is the two-tier Wrexham Lager Stand, home of the away section. Sheffield United's supporters enter its upper and lower tiers through Gates 1-4, so home fans should check that a Longside seat is in the Macron Stand or in a home part of the Wrexham Lager Stand.
