How to get Southampton v Derby County tickets
This is the clearest example of how Southampton sell a home match, because every step now has a date:
- 11 August: Saints Members' exclusive window opened. Adult membership costs £35 and junior £20 for 2026/27.
- 22 October: season ticket holders could buy up to two additional tickets.
- 23 October: general sale to all fans, for the remaining seats.
As a Category B game, Derby is priced below the A* and A bands: adult tickets start at £30 in the Chapel Stand goal and corner areas, outside the Kids Zone, which needs a child. Adult Membership Plus (£95) includes two free tickets for category A, B or C matches, valid here.
Tickets are bought on the club's e-ticketing site, tickets.southamptonfc.com, and land in the Saints Tickets App. When a match nears a sell-out, the club opens its Ticket Exchange for season ticket holders to resell their seats.
With the general sale running, the club is the first place to look and usually the lower-priced one. Hellotickets lists resale seats and hospitality from sellers who set their own prices; the final price is shown before you pay. Our Southampton tickets page lists the other home games, including Southampton v Burnley in December.

Where to sit at St Mary's Stadium
The Chapel Stand, behind the south goal, is where both the club's lowest Category B prices and the lowest resale listings for this match sit. Next to it, in the south-west corner between the Chapel and Kingsland Stands, is the away end, where Derby's fans will be; they enter at Turnstile E.
Home fans who want noise head for the Northam Stand at the north end, home supporters only, with safe standing for over 7,000. The Itchen Stand (east) is the main stand, with the hospitality suites and boxes, and the Kingsland Stand (west) faces it. Hellotickets uses Shortside for behind a goal and Longside for the touchlines. See the St Mary's Stadium seating plan.
