How to get Newcastle v Chelsea tickets
Seats for Chelsea's visit will be sold the way Newcastle sell every home game: to members, with no general sale. The timetable for this midweek game has not been published yet.
First, the ballot. It opens at midday on a Monday and closes 24 hours later, and all membership tiers have the same chance. Successful lead bookers then get 48 hours to pick seats in their chosen area and pay.
Then the second chances. Season ticket holders can forward or resell the seats they cannot use, and the online Mags Member Sale, with a randomised queue, follows for members who still need a ticket. Once the match is sold out, the Mags Member Ticket Exchange stays open, first come, first served, until three hours before kick-off. The Newcastle Membership guide explains the tiers.
Without membership. The resale market is the only option. On Hellotickets, sellers set their prices, which may be above face value, and the full cost is shown before you pay.
