Atletico Madrid v Valencia: date, kick-off and how to watch

Valencia visit the Riyadh Air Metropolitano in La Liga round 16, on the weekend of 12-13 December 2026, a week after Real Betis come to Madrid. The club shows "Saturday or Sunday", so Sunday 13 December is provisional and kick-off is TBC.

The match is on sale at the official seller (checked 5 Nov 2026).

Hellotickets has resale seats from £63 in Category 2, checked 5 Nov 2026.

Atlético put this game on general sale at 10am on 26 August 2026, after two days of priority for socios, so the simplest route is to buy straight from the club.

Atlético's ticket list shows "Jornada 16 - Sábado 12 o domingo 13 de diciembre, Sin confirmar". LaLiga will set the day and the time; until it does, buy with both days of that mid-December weekend in mind.

The venue is the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, on Madrid's north-east edge beside the M-40. Madrid is an hour ahead of London. No UK channel has been confirmed; La Liga rights holders name their games once the schedule is fixed.

How to get Atletico Madrid v Valencia tickets

Atlético de Madrid sell their own tickets online at atleticodemadrid.com, and this match is already through both phases.

Members (closed)

Socios had priority from 24 August until 10am on 26 August 2026, the 48-hour pre-sale the club gives its members. Membership also brings discounts on tickets: the adult Socio card (25 and over) costs €78 for 2027, and new members get the rest of 2026 at no charge.

General public (open)

Since 10am on 26 August 2026 anyone can buy, with no membership needed. The match page leads into the club's ticket shop, which runs a security check before you enter.

Hospitality (open)

VIP seats are sold separately through Neptuno-Atlético de Madrid Premium.

Atlético's site does not mark games as sold out, so open the shop to see which areas remain. Valencia's travelling fans should go through their own club; see Valencia tickets.

Resale is an alternative if the club has nothing in the area you want. Seats listed on Hellotickets are priced by their sellers, can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay. With the club sale open, buying direct is usually cheaper. January brings more home games already on sale, such as Atletico Madrid v Racing Santander tickets.

Where to sit at Riyadh Air Metropolitano

The Metropolitano, Atlético's home since 2017, holds 70,813. The touchline stands are the Lateral Oeste, on the west, with the VIP lounges reached from its middle tier, and the Lateral Este; the Fondo Norte and Fondo Sur are behind the goals. All four have a lower, middle and upper tier (grada baja, media, alta), and about 96% of spectators sit under the roof, useful in December.

For Valencia, resale starts in Category 2, a price band rather than a stand; the same goes for Category 1, 3 and 4, Silver and Gold, so check the block. The named zones are Lateral Grada Alta and Baja (upper and lower side tiers) and Fondo Grada Alta and Baja (upper and lower ends). Palcos are boxes, Bench Experience a premium package. The club does not publish where away fans sit.
