Membership: Super Blues, £40.99 adult (£35.99 for season ticket holders), 2026/27, plus £4 UK delivery.
How to get Ipswich v Brentford tickets
The first step is to check your Super Blues account: the opening home ballot is for 2026/27 members who belonged in 2025/26 too, and who have no season ticket. Brentford's ballot is not yet dated or open. Joining for the current season does not by itself satisfy the returning-member requirement.
- Ballot winners receive the first opportunity to purchase.
- Other members without season tickets follow, ahead of members who also hold a season ticket.
- Season ticket holders then have their own phase. Each eligible membership or season ticket allows one ticket.
Super Blues adult membership costs £40.99; the season ticket holder rate is £35.99, plus £4 for UK delivery. If tickets remain after the priority phases, Ipswich may announce general sale. Their official resale service also makes unused season ticket seats available to eligible buyers when the first purchase window opens.
Neither a confirmed match grade nor a Brentford-specific club price is given. Wait for the announcement before using the season tariff to budget. The Ipswich tickets hub explains the club route; the Brentford tickets page covers the visitors. Hellotickets resale is another option if you lack access, with seller-set prices and a final total to review before paying.
Good to know before you go

- Choose family blocks preciselyA general West Stand listing need not be in its family area; use the stated block to judge suitability for your group.
- Avoid bulky gifts and bagsFor this Boxing Day visit, remember that the ground's A4 bag limit applies and there is nowhere to store larger bags.
- Find the correct entranceRead the turnstile on your digital ticket before joining a queue; home and visiting sections share the Cobbold Stand.
Where to sit at Portman Road Stadium
If you are taking family to the Boxing Day game, begin with the West Stand's family blocks; the Sir Alf Ramsey Stand has overflow family seating in blocks 1–3. The latter is behind the south goal, while the Sir Bobby Robson Stand faces it from the north. A Shortside listing places you at a goal end but does not establish family-area access.
The east touchline belongs to the Cobbold Stand, facing the West Stand across the pitch. These sides account for Longside labels, with Central indicating nearer halfway. Brentford's visiting section is in Cobbold, including upper safe-standing blocks VU1–VU3. Home supporters standing in the Singing Section use Cobbold Block A, a different area from the visiting allocation.
