At a glance

  • The My Bees Adult membership is £45.45 for 2026/27. Ages 18 to 24 and Bees Overseas pay £30.30, The Swarm and Bee Team £20.20, and Babees £10.10.
  • Brentford says membership is the only way to buy Premier League tickets, apart from a season ticket. Joining does not secure a seat.
  • New members can buy Category B games. Category A needs 30+ Ticket Access Points, and Category A* needs 100+.
  • You can buy match tickets from 11am on the day after you join.
  • At Friends & Family games, Adult and 18-24 members can buy a second ticket for a guest. The next is Brentford v Everton on Monday 23 November.

A Brentford membership costs £45.45 for an adult in 2026/27, or £30.30 if you are 18 to 24. It is called My Bees, and it is the only way to buy a Brentford Premier League ticket without a season ticket. New members can buy Category B games straight away, but the biggest games need points.

What is a Brentford membership?

A Brentford membership is a paid plan, renewed each season, that lets you buy home, away and cup tickets. Brentford is a west London club in its sixth season in a row in the Premier League.

The club plays at the Gtech Community Stadium, next to Kew Bridge station. The Premier League Handbook for 2026/27 gives the stadium 17,250 seats, so demand is high for a small ground.

A membership is not a ticket, and the club makes clear that it does not promise you one. You still pay for each game.

Membership is also your only way to a season ticket, which gives you a seat at all 19 home league games. The Brentford season ticket guide sets out how members qualify.

How much is a Brentford membership?

A Brentford membership costs £45.45 for an adult, £30.30 for ages 18 to 24 and from £10.10 for children in 2026/27. There are six types, called tiers, and your age on 1 August 2026 decides which one you need.

Tier Who it is for Price What stands out
Adult Adults £45.45 Priority ticket access, offers, member events and a guest ticket at Friends & Family games
18-24 Ages 18 to 24 £30.30 The same ticket access and the same guest ticket
Bees Overseas Fans with an overseas address £30.30 An overseas ticket ballot, the ticket exchange, 10% off selected hospitality and a free digital programme
The Swarm Ages 11 to 17 £20.20 Ticket access and a welcome pack
Bee Team Ages 3 to 10 £20.20 Ticket access and a welcome pack
Babees Under 3 £10.10 Ticket access and a welcome pack

The club froze membership and match prices for 2026/27. A lower renewal price for existing members ended on 30 August 2026. Age-related tiers need photo ID or a birth certificate.

Welcome packs are for under-18s only, and they are posted monthly from August 2026. Adult members do not get one. Offers from club partners sit under My Account, then Your Offers, though Babees is left out.

Which Brentford games can a new member buy?

A new Brentford member can buy Category B games, but Category A games need 30+ Ticket Access Points and Category A* games need 100+. A category is the club’s label for each home game, based on expected demand, stadium size, security advice and rivalries.

Category Who can buy Next home games Adult, Family band Adult, Band B
B and Friends & Family All members Everton, Crystal Palace £30.35 £40.40
A 30+ TAPs, and 300+ buy first Manchester City, Newcastle £35.35 £45.45
A* 100+ TAPs, and 300+ buy first Arsenal, Manchester United £40.40 £50.50

Bands are the club’s price areas in the ground. They climb from Family through B, A and A+ to the Dugout, and these prices include the club’s 1% transaction fee.

A junior pays £10.10 in the Family band at every category. Seniors aged 65 or over and ages 18 to 24 pay £20.20 there for a Category B game.

How do Brentford ticket sales work?

Brentford ticket sales usually open about six weeks before each game, where possible, and tickets are released in order of highest to lowest points. For a Category A* game, members on 300+ points share half the seats in the first window. Members on 100+ points follow in the second.

Category A works the same way, with a 30+ bar for the second window. Most games are one ticket per member, while Category B and Friends & Family games allow two per account.

What are Brentford Ticket Access Points (TAPs)?

Brentford Ticket Access Points, or TAPs, reward you for turning up, and the club uses them to decide who buys first when seats are scarce. You cannot spend them. No scan at the turnstile, the entry gate, means no points.

Each game has a set value. Home games earn 10 or 15 TAPs, and away tickets earn more for longer trips:

Opponent TAPs at home TAPs away
Arsenal, Chelsea, Fulham, Tottenham 10 15
Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United 10 40
Newcastle 10 50
Sunderland 15 50
Hull City 15 45
Coventry, Everton, Leeds 15 40
Aston Villa, Ipswich, Nottingham Forest 15 30
Bournemouth, Brighton, Crystal Palace 15 20

The club says these values can change with security advice or a new date. Your balance covers this season and the four before it, so old points drop away.

How fast can you reach 30 and 100 TAPs?

Two Category B home games at 15 TAPs each take a new member to 30, which opens Category A. A hundred takes steady attendance or some long away days. So anyone joining this autumn should not count on Arsenal or Manchester United this season.

Can you buy Brentford tickets without a membership?

You cannot usually buy Brentford Premier League tickets without a membership, because the club says it is the only way to buy them. Brentford rarely holds a general sale, which is a sale open to all. The main exception is a guest ticket at a Friends & Family game.

How do Brentford Friends & Family games work?

Brentford Friends & Family games let Adult and 18-24 members buy two tickets on one account at selected Category B fixtures. You then forward the second ticket through the Brentford FC app. The club names these games when each one goes on sale.

Your guest needs a Brentford FC ticketing account, not a membership, and starts earning TAPs from that game. The next one is Brentford v Everton on Monday 23 November at 8pm, worth 15 TAPs, with adult seats from £30.35.

How does the Brentford ticket exchange work for members?

The Brentford ticket exchange is the club’s own resale service, where season ticket and premium seat holders list seats they cannot use and members can buy them. All six membership tiers can use it, but the rules are strict:

  • You can buy one ticket per game, and only if you have not already bought for that game.
  • The points bar is 100+ TAPs for Category A* and 30+ for Category A. Category B and Friends & Family games are open to all members.
  • Holders have until 2pm the day before to list without a penalty, and later listings still appear.
  • At Category B and Friends & Family games, season ticket holders can also buy from 72 to 48 hours before kick-off. So look before that window opens, then again after the 2pm deadline.

The club’s pages differ on timing. Its exchange page says seats open as soon as a game goes on sale, while its FAQ says buying starts once the ground has sold out. Check the ticket page for your game.

To buy, open the match in the normal way and select the ticket exchange toggle. Listed seats appear in pink, and you pay as you would for any other ticket.

How do Brentford away and cup tickets work for members?

Brentford away tickets are sold by category, and season ticket holders come first at most games. They cover the visiting fans’ section at other grounds, and each one earns TAPs.

Away category How seats are sold
A Five per cent of seats go to members by ballot, a free draw. Winners buy in the first member window
B Season ticket holders first, then all members on a first-come, first-served basis
C Members and season ticket holders share one window. Each account can buy for themselves and two others

A membership also gives you access to FA Cup and Carabao Cup tickets, both home and away.

How do you join Brentford as a member?

You join Brentford as a member online, through the club’s ticketing site. It takes a few minutes, and you can buy match tickets from 11am the next day.

  1. Register. On brentfordfc.com, click SIGN IN, then REGISTER HERE. The same login works for tickets, video, the Bees store and the app.
  2. Choose your tier. Click Memberships, pick the right one and click ADD TO BASKET.
  3. Buying for someone else? Click ASSIGN after adding it to your basket, then pick them from your Friends & Family network, the list of fans linked to your account.
  4. Get the app. Tickets are digital, and they appear in the Ticketing Hub of the Brentford FC Official App.
  5. Add friends. Search for each one by Fan Number and surname, so you can forward tickets.
  6. Buy a Category B game, then scan in to earn your first TAPs.

Memberships renew automatically for 2027/28 with the same payment details. The club contacts you before taking payment, and you can opt out at any time in your ticketing account.

Is a Brentford membership worth it?

A Brentford membership is worth it if you want a few Category B games a season, want to bring a guest, or hope to get a season ticket one day. Nearly 300 members became season ticket holders last season, and points and attendance decide who qualifies.

How many games can you see? You can try for every Category B game this season, and Category A once you reach 30 TAPs. Seats are never promised, and home tickets cannot be refunded unless a game is postponed or abandoned.

  • Not worth it if: the only game you want is a Category A* visit this season. Without 100 TAPs you cannot buy it, however early you join.
  • Bringing children? A junior tier costs £10.10 or £20.20. Under-14s must come with a responsible adult, and the family area is in the North Stand.
  • Under-18 lucky dip: at least 50 seats in block N127 are kept back at each home game. Winners get one ticket for themselves and one for a parent or guardian.
  • Disabled fans? Fill in the club’s disability access form, so you can book the right seats. The Box Office is on 0333 005 8521.
  • Coming from abroad? Bees Overseas is for fans with an overseas address. Keep that address on your ticketing account, and bring photo ID to collect your tickets.

What mistakes should you avoid with a Brentford membership?

The main Brentford membership mistakes are joining on the day of a sale, missing the scan at the turnstile and buying friends’ tickets in your own name.

  • Joining on sale day. You can only buy from 11am the day after you join.
  • Missing the scan. No scan means no TAPs for that game.
  • Keeping every ticket in your name. Assign each ticket to the person going, or the TAPs reach the wrong account.
  • Bringing the wrong bag. Bags over the size limit go to paid storage, not the turnstile.
  • Forgetting auto-renewal. Opt out in your account if you do not want next season’s membership.

What is matchday like at the Gtech Community Stadium?

Matchday at the Gtech Community Stadium is simple by train, because Kew Bridge station, with trains from London Waterloo, is right next to the ground. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off, and kick-offs here are UK times.

  • Step-free travel: Kew Bridge is not step-free. Brentford station, a mile away, is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
  • On the Tube? Gunnersbury is closest, but its small platform means long queues at busy times.
  • Bags: no bigger than 34cm x 24cm x 11cm. Larger bags cost £5 or £10 each to store at the Bees Superstore.
  • Paying: the stadium is fully cashless.
  • Where to sit: the West Stand has rail seats for standing, so the club says it may not suit young children.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a Brentford membership for 2026/27?

The My Bees Adult membership is £45.45 and the 18-24 tier is £30.30. Bees Overseas also costs £30.30, The Swarm and Bee Team cost £20.20 each, and Babees costs £10.10. Match tickets are paid on top, from £30.35 for an adult in the Family band at a Category B game.

Can you buy Brentford tickets without a membership?

Generally not for Premier League home games, because Brentford says membership is the only way to buy them, apart from a season ticket. The exception is a Friends & Family game, where an Adult or 18-24 member can buy a second ticket and forward it to you. You just need a ticketing account.

How to get a Brentford season ticket?

Join My Bees first, because membership is the only way to reach a season ticket. New seats are offered to members who meet a bar based on TAPs and attendance, once holders have renewed. Nearly 300 members became holders last season. Scan in at every game, because that record is what counts.

How soon can I buy tickets after joining Brentford?

You can buy match tickets from 11am on the day after you buy your membership. So do not join on the morning of a sale and expect to buy straight away. Tickets usually go on sale around six weeks before each game, where possible, starting with members on the most TAPs.

Do Brentford TAPs carry over to the next season?

Yes, for a time. Your balance counts the current season and the four before it, so the oldest season drops out when a new one starts. TAPs only arrive if your ticket is scanned at the turnstile, and the ticket must be allocated to you, not to the friend who bought it.

Does a Brentford membership include cup tickets?

A Brentford membership gives you access to buy tickets for FA Cup and Carabao Cup games, both home and away, but they are not free. You pay for each ticket as normal. Sale details are set for each game, so check the club's ticket page after each draw.

Is there a Brentford membership for children?

Yes. The Swarm is for ages 11 to 17 and Bee Team is for ages 3 to 10, both at £20.20. Babees is for under-3s at £10.10. All three include ticket access and a welcome pack. Under-14s must come with a responsible adult, and a child's tickets appear in the parent's app.

Does a Brentford membership renew automatically?

Yes. Brentford memberships renew automatically for 2027/28 using the same payment details. The club says it will contact you before taking payment, to confirm the timing and amount. You can opt out at any time in your ticketing account, so check this if you do not plan to go next season.

How do I log in to my Brentford membership?

Click SIGN IN at the top right of brentfordfc.com and use the email and password you registered with. The same login works for tickets, video, the Bees store and the Brentford FC app. Your partner offers are under My Account, then Your Offers. The Box Office on 0333 005 8521 can help if you are stuck.

Can I buy more than one ticket on the Brentford ticket exchange?

No. Members can buy one ticket per game on the exchange, and only if they have not already bought for that game. You also need the TAPs bar for the game: 100+ for Category A* and 30+ for Category A. Category B and Friends & Family games are open to all members.
