Eintracht Frankfurt v Borussia Dortmund: date, kick-off and how to watch
Borussia Dortmund visit Deutsche Bank Park, the ground many fans still call the Waldstadion, on Wednesday 3 March 2027, a midweek Bundesliga date that is still provisional, with kick-off to be confirmed.
Nothing can be bought from Eintracht yet. The club only creates a ticket page for a home game when its sale is near, and there was none for Dortmund at the last check. Eintracht's sale: not on sale yet at the official seller, as of 5 Nov 2026.
Resale listings on Hellotickets open at £281 in the Kurve OST (checked 5 Nov 2026).

Both the ticket listings and the Bundesliga calendar point to Wednesday 3 March 2027, a midweek round of league football, but the time has not been set. Until the league publishes the slot, treat the evening as provisional.
German time is an hour ahead of the UK. Midweek Bundesliga rounds are usually played in the evening, and UK broadcasters announce their choice once the schedule is out. The full round is on Bundesliga tickets.
Official ticketing
No sale announced yet (Eintracht open each game's page shortly before). Bundesliga: Wed 3 Mar, TBC.
Membership: Eintracht membership linked to the Eintracht account (mainaqila wallet).
How to get Eintracht Frankfurt v Borussia Dortmund tickets
When the Dortmund sale comes, Eintracht's usual order applies, and the Bayern game shows how fast it can move: that members' presale lasted a single day in August.
Before the page appears
Take out Eintracht membership and link it to your Eintracht account, whose mainaqila wallet in the app holds the mobile tickets. The club creates a "Tickets: Heimspiel gegen ..." page for each home game only when its sale is near, so there is nothing to bookmark yet.
The presale
Members buy first, first come, first served, with up to two mobile tickets each. A sale open to everyone follows only rarely.
After a sell-out
The page then reads "Aktuell sind keine Tickets verfügbar", and the official Ticketbörse takes over: tickets handed back by holders can reappear on the seat map at any time. Club tickets can be forwarded to other Eintracht account holders.
A presale or Ticketbörse seat costs the club price, usually cheaper than resale. Without membership, resale is the route: sellers set their own prices, and the final price is shown before you pay. Our Eintracht Frankfurt tickets guide has the details, and Borussia Dortmund tickets the visitors' fixtures.
Good to know before you go
- Allow for the forest walkDeutsche Bank Park stands in Frankfurt's city forest, the Stadtwald: count on 10-15 minutes on foot from the S-Bahn or tram stop after a midweek commute.
- Tram for the main and east standsTram 21 from outside the Hauptbahnhof, plus extra line 20 trams every 3 minutes on matchdays, suits holders of main and east stand tickets.
- Check what is on your ticketThe stadium says event tickets usually include the RMV KombiTicket for public transport, so look for it before buying a separate fare.
- Membership before the pageEintracht's presale moves fast and is members-only, so set up membership and the mainaqila wallet well before the Dortmund page goes live.
Where to sit at Deutsche Bank Park
Dortmund's supporters will be in the Ostkurve, in blocks 19 to 21, standing in block 20 and seated in 19 and 21, according to Hoffenheim's away guide; the stadium plan puts those blocks next to the Jürgen-Grabowski-Tribüne. Eintracht's own terrace, the Nordwestkurve, fills the opposite end.
Along the touchlines are the Bernd-Hölzenbein-Tribüne, the main stand, and the Jürgen-Grabowski-Tribüne facing it. Of the 60,100 places, 20,000 are standing.
Hellotickets uses older names. "Haupttribüne" is the main stand and "Gegentribüne" the opposite stand; "Kurve OST" is the end that holds the away blocks, so a home fan should check the block number first, and "Kurve West" is the Nordwestkurve side. Category 1 and Category 2 are price bands without a named stand.
