How to get West Ham v Preston North End tickets
West Ham sell Championship home games in stages, and for Preston every stage up to general sale has now run:
- Bondholders. London Stadium Bondholders have first call on their own seats, then guest seats, from 11am on Tuesday 6 October to 11am on Monday 9 November.
- Claret & Blue Members. From 11am on 6 October, members had 24 hours to buy with £5 off, which made a Category B adult seat £25.
- Season ticket holders. Between 11am and 3pm on Wednesday 7 October they could add extra tickets.
- General sale. Open to everyone since 3pm on 7 October, from £30 for an adult plus a £1 booking fee.
While general sale is open you do not need a membership for this match, but it helps for later ones. Claret & Blue Membership costs £35 for adults and £15 for under-18s, is valid from 23 July 2026 to 31 May 2027 and covers one ticket per membership; our West Ham Membership guide sets out the windows.
The club's Ticket Exchange, where season ticket holders list their seats, opens to the public only once 85% of general match tickets have been sold. For a specific block, resale on Hellotickets is the alternative: sellers set their own prices, sometimes above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay.

Where to sit at London Stadium
The London Stadium was built for the London 2012 Olympics and keeps its athletics track, so seats are further from the pitch than at a purpose-built football ground; the lower tier was moved forward over the track to close the gap. Behind the goals stand the Bobby Moore Stand (north) and the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand (south). Along the touchlines are the Billy Bonds Stand (east), the largest at over 20,000 seats, and the West Stand, home of Club London hospitality.
West Ham send away fans to Turnstile D without naming their stand; Football Ground Guide puts the section in the south-west of the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand, across both tiers, which is where Preston's supporters should expect to be. On Hellotickets, "Shortside" listings are behind a goal, "Longside" along a touchline and "Central" near halfway, with Upper and Lower giving the tier. The London Stadium seating plan shows every block.
