London Stadium was built as the Olympic Stadium for London 2012, on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, and West Ham United have played there since 2016. It holds 62,500 in football mode and 80,000 for concerts using the field of play. In 2026/27 it stages Championship football, as West Ham play in the second tier this season.
The club sells each home game in stages. London Stadium Bondholders have first call on their own seats and then on guest seats; Claret & Blue Members get a discounted 24-hour window; season ticket holders can then add extra tickets between 11am and 3pm; and general sale opens at 3pm that day. For Preston North End and Stoke City, general sale has been open since 3pm on 7 October, with adult seats from £30 in Category B, Band 5-6 (£25 for members in their window).
Middlesbrough on Tuesday 8 December runs a fortnight later on the same pattern: the members' window opened at 11am on Tuesday 20 October and general sale was set for 3pm on Wednesday 21 October.
3 upcoming dates at the stadium are listed below. On Hellotickets, resale seats across them start from £62 (checked 5 Nov 2026).
The next one is West Ham v Preston North End on Saturday 21 November.

London Stadium guide: stands, bridges and Club London
Seating plan and stands
The stadium still has its athletics track, so seats sit further from the pitch than at a ground built for football. The lower tier is re-configurable seating that was moved forward over the track, and every stand has a lower and an upper tier:
- Bobby Moore Stand (North Stand): behind the north goal, with a big screen between its tiers and wheelchair spaces at the back of the lower tier.
- Sir Trevor Brooking Stand (South Stand): behind the south goal. Its lower tier is for home supporters, the away section takes the south-west part of the stand, and a second big screen sits between the tiers.
- Billy Bonds Stand (East Stand): along the east touchline, the largest stand, holding over 20,000.
- West Stand: along the west touchline, reconfigured for 2022/23 to bring its upper and lower tiers closer together, with the Club London hospitality areas.
Resale labels follow the usual pattern: “Shortside” is behind a goal, in the Bobby Moore or Sir Trevor Brooking Stand, “Longside” runs along the Billy Bonds Stand or the West Stand, and “Central” is near halfway. The zones listed for these games are mainly upper-tier ones, plus Longside Lower along the touchline. Home fans should steer clear of Shortside seats at the south-west end, next to the visitors. The London Stadium seating plan shows where each block sits.
Visiting supporters enter at Turnstile D, nearest Bridge 4, which has lift access from Marshgate Lane on the route from Pudding Mill Lane, with an information point opposite. Their section, in both tiers of the south-west of the Sir Trevor Brooking Stand, holds just under 3,000 for league games. After the match they are kept apart outside Turnstile D and walked a separate route back towards Stratford.
Getting there
The ground sits on its own island in the Olympic Park, reached by bridges, and on event days nobody gets onto the island without a ticket. It is a public transport destination with no public car park, and roads close from three hours before kick-off.
- Stratford: Central and Jubilee lines, DLR, Elizabeth line, London Overground, Greater Anglia and c2c. The stadium puts the walk at about 15 minutes and West Ham at 20; cross by Bridge 1 or Bridge 5.
- Pudding Mill Lane (DLR): one stop from Stratford, south of the stadium, about 10 minutes' walk via Bridge 4, on the away fans' side.
- Stratford International: DLR and Southeastern high-speed trains, 15-20 minutes on foot via Bridge 1 or Bridge 2.
- Hackney Wick (Overground): north-west of the stadium, via Bridge 3.
- Car: chargeable parking may be available at Westfield Stratford City.
Every bag is searched on the bridges, bags larger than A4 are refused and there is no left luggage. General admission turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off. Digital tickets are scanned by NFC, printed tickets are accepted too, and you must use the turnstile shown on yours. Food outlets and programme kiosks are cashless, and there are no shops inside: the Stadium Store is outside, between turnstiles E and F.
Hospitality
Hospitality at the stadium is sold as Club London. Its lounges and executive boxes hold about 3,600 guests in total, and the Club London areas are in the West Stand, along the west touchline, the side reconfigured for 2022/23.
