How to get Wales Football tickets

How to buy Wales Football tickets (official route)

Red Wall membership

The Red Wall membership for 2026-28 is the FAW's supporters' scheme. Members get priority access to Wales men's home tickets and exclusive access to Campaign Tickets, so it is the first step for anyone planning to follow Wales at home over the next two years.

Campaign Tickets

A Campaign Ticket covers a run of home games rather than a single match. The current one took in the three autumn 2026 Nations League home games and the EURO 2028 qualifiers, from £198 for adults and £55 for juniors. Red Wall members could buy or renew their seats from 12pm on 5 August until 2 September, and the remaining Campaign Tickets went to 2026-28 Red Wall members from 3 to 10 September. Both windows have closed.

Single-match sales

Individual games then go on sale with Red Wall members first and the general public after them. For the Norway and Denmark home games, members could buy from 11 September and everyone else from 16 September, with adult tickets from £30 and juniors from £9.50. The FAW publishes no A, B or C price categories, so each game's prices are set out when it goes on sale.

Portugal: sold out

For Wales v Portugal on Tuesday 17 November, the FAW said on 16 October that Cardiff City Stadium was sold out. It is one of the three Nations League home games covered by the Campaign Ticket, so Campaign Ticket holders already have their seat. For everyone else, with the official sale closed, resale is where seats for that game now appear.

Which route fits you

To see the whole run of Nations League and EURO 2028 qualifying home games, the Campaign Ticket is the route, but it is sold to Red Wall members and its windows ended on 10 September. For one game, watch for the members' window and the public sale that follows, as with Norway and Denmark. Once a game sells out, as Portugal has, the resale market is what is left.

Buying and entry

Every FAW sale runs through its ticketing website at eticketing.co.uk/fawtickets-english, and tickets are used through the Cymru Tickets app to get into the stadium.

Wales Football resale tickets: what to expect, stand by stand

With Portugal sold out at the FAW, resale is the remaining route for that game. Listings for it do not name a section: they are seller's choice, which leaves the seller to pick the block, so you will not know where in the ground you are sitting until the tickets reach you.

For a sense of scale, adult tickets for the Norway and Denmark games started at £30 at the FAW.

For Portugal, resale listings start from £429.

Sellers set their own prices, and the final price is shown before you pay. Hellotickets says: "Every ticket is authenticated. If there's ever an issue, you're protected by our refund policy."

Club tickets live in the Cymru Tickets app, so read a listing's delivery details before you buy.

The stadium

Wales v Portugal is played at Cardiff City Stadium in Cardiff, with a 7.45pm kick-off on a Tuesday evening in November. Entry is with the Cymru Tickets app, so make sure your ticket is on your phone and opens before you leave home.

The FAW lists Gate 12 as the accessible entrance for visiting supporters, but its pages do not name the away section itself, so Portugal fans should follow their own federation's travel and ticket instructions.

Because resale listings for this game come without a named block, a resale seat could be anywhere in the ground. Hellotickets sends tickets as soon as it receives them from the seller, sometimes up to 1–2 days before the event, so keep your order confirmation to hand on the way to Cardiff.

Frequently asked questions

How much are Wales Football tickets?

For single games, the FAW's adult prices started at £30 and junior prices at £9.50 for the Norway and Denmark home games. A Campaign Ticket, covering the three autumn Nations League home games and the EURO 2028 qualifiers, cost from £198 for adults and £55 for juniors. On the resale market, listings start from £429 (checked 5 Nov 2026).

Can I buy Wales Football tickets without a membership?

Often, yes. Red Wall members buy first, but single-match sales then open to the general public: for Norway and Denmark, members could buy from 11 September and everyone from 16 September. Campaign Tickets, however, are exclusive to Red Wall members, and Wales v Portugal on 17 November was described by the FAW as sold out on 16 October.

Is it hard to get Wales Football tickets?

It depends on the opponent. The Norway and Denmark games reached a public sale from 16 September, while Portugal at Cardiff City Stadium was sold out by 16 October. Red Wall members get priority access to home tickets and were the only buyers of Campaign Tickets, so membership gives the best chance of a seat for the biggest games.

When do Wales home tickets go on sale?

In stages. Campaign Tickets for Red Wall members went on sale from 12pm on 5 August until 2 September, with the remaining ones offered from 3 to 10 September. Single-match sales come later: for Norway and Denmark, Red Wall members could buy from 11 September and the general public from 16 September.

What time is Wales v Portugal?

Wales v Portugal kicks off at 7.45pm on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at Cardiff City Stadium in Cardiff, in the Nations League. The FAW described the game as sold out on 16 October, and entry is with the Cymru Tickets app, so have your ticket ready on your phone before you reach the stadium.
