Roma's usual model
The sale is online at asroma.com, open to every buyer at the same moment, with no ballot or members' window. You can buy up to four digital tickets per transaction, which arrive in the Il Mio Posto app and are checked with your identity document at the gate. Plus season-ticket holders have a dedicated price for extra tickets, and VIP hospitality has been released ahead of ordinary seats.
Timing
League sales this season opened about four weeks before kick-off: Cagliari on 25 September for 27 October, Sassuolo on 9 October for 7 November. For 18 April, that means around the third week of March, probably after the kick-off has been fixed. A derby release may carry its own conditions, so read the notice on asroma.com in full when it appears.
Resale
Season-ticket holders (Classic, Classic Extra and Plus) can resell through Il Mio Posto until 24 hours before kick-off. The club sale is usually cheaper than resale while it lasts. Resale listings on Hellotickets are set by sellers and can be above face value; the final price is shown before you pay. Lazio's own home games, including the reverse derby, are sold by Lazio and listed on Lazio tickets.

Where to sit at Stadio Olimpico
For a Roma home derby, the Curva Sud behind the south goal is the centre of the home support. The Curva Nord, Lazio's terrace when Lazio are at home, sits at the other end; at Roma games the away sector is instead the Distinti Nord Ovest, in the north-west corner. The other corners are the Distinti Nord Est, Sud Est and Sud Ovest.
Neutral visitors are better in the side stands: the Tribuna Tevere on the east, with Parterre and Top sections, or the Tribuna Monte Mario, the main stand on the west. On Hellotickets, "Longside Seating" and "Central" listings belong to those touchline stands. The entry listing is a plain "Distinti", which does not say which corner, and one of the four is the away sector, so ask before buying. Wear plain colours away from both ends.
