Roma's site shows "Sun 14 Feb, date and time TBC", so the fixture belongs to the weekend of 14 February 2027 without a fixed day or slot. Lega Serie A sets those details round by round, and Rome runs one hour ahead of the UK once the time is out.
The match is at the Stadio Olimpico in the Foro Italico, on the right bank of the Tiber in north-west Rome. On television, UK coverage of Serie A is confirmed by the broadcasters nearer the weekend; there is no channel for this game in our data.

How to get Roma v Parma tickets
Where to look. Roma's men's tickets page lists Parma with a "Notify Availability" button. That alert is the signal you are waiting for; no ticket can be bought before it.
When. This season Roma put league games on sale roughly four weeks ahead: Cagliari opened on 25 September for 27 October, Sassuolo on 9 October for 7 November. For a mid-February match, mid-January is the likely window, once the kick-off has been fixed.
How. One public sale on asroma.com, open to all buyers at the same moment. Up to four tickets per transaction, all digital, held in the Il Mio Posto app. No membership is required; the AS Roma Card exists for away tickets only. Plus season-ticket holders have a dedicated price for extras, and VIP hospitality is usually released before ordinary seats.
Later. Season-ticket holders who cannot attend can resell through Il Mio Posto; their seats are listed on asroma.com until 24 hours before kick-off, with the seller credited 51% of face value. On matchday a sales point opens at the stadium, Box 4 on Via Nigra. The club's own sale is usually cheaper than resale. Resale listings on Hellotickets come with prices set by sellers, and the final price is shown before you pay. Parma's home fixtures are on Parma tickets.

Where to sit at Stadio Olimpico
The stadium is a bowl around an athletics track. The two ends are the Curva Sud, Roma's home end behind the south goal, and the Curva Nord to the north. The Tribuna Tevere runs along the east touchline with Parterre and Top sections, and the Tribuna Monte Mario, the main stand, along the west. The corners are the Distinti.
Resale opens in the Distinti Nord Est corner, by the Tevere side. Parma's supporters are given the Distinti Nord Ovest away sector at the other north corner. For atmosphere, the Curva Sud is where Roma's organised fans stand; for a side-on view, go for Tevere or Monte Mario, with "Central" listings nearest halfway. "Tevere Famiglia" listings are family places in the east stand.
