- Inter Club phase (closed). From midday on 8 October, active Inter Club members on Base and Plus memberships could buy up to 4 tickets each.
- General sale (open). Since Friday 16 October, the remaining seats have been on 'vendita libera per tutti', open sale for everyone, at tickets.inter.it and Vivaticket outlets. Full and Plus season-ticket holders and Inter Club members still pay a benefit price. Inter briefly paused sales for all its matches for a technical update in late October; on 5 November the general sale was open.
- Genoa-province rule. Buyers resident in the province of Genoa need a Siamo Noi card (€15, valid six years) to purchase.
Inter do not use price bands; each match has its own lowest full-price Base ticket, set when the sale opens. For Genoa, on 5 November it was €8 in the Terzo Blu Ovest, with the Terzo Verde at €12. Tickets are issued in the buyer's name, so enter each fan's details correctly; Inter offer a change of user for a fee.

Where to sit at Stadio San Siro
San Siro is divided by colour and by ring. Red is the west touchline (press box, Tribuna d'Onore, three rings), orange the east touchline (two rings), green the north end and blue the south end, each with three rings.
Inter's Curva Nord is the second green ring. Genoa's supporters go in the third blue ring at the south end, entering only through entrance 15 bis.
