At a glance

  • Rangers season tickets for 2026/27 are sold out. More than 98% of holders renewed, and the club confirmed on 9 July 2026 that all new ones had gone.
  • The waiting list is open only to MyGers members and runs on points, not time. This summer the last seats went to members with 425 points or more.
  • Rangers added 6.5% to adult and concession prices for 2026/27 and froze every juvenile price. Your seat's cost appears when you renew or get an offer.
  • SeatSub is the club's own resale service. If your seat sells, you get 75% of its per-game cost back as club credit.
  • The MyGers sale for Rangers v Aberdeen opened at 10am on Monday 2 November 2026, with a general sale on 17 November if seats remain. Falkirk's opens on 9 November.

A Rangers season ticket cannot be bought for 2026/27, because they all sold out in July 2026 after more than 98% of holders renewed. Rangers added 6.5% to adult prices and shows each seat’s cost in your club account. The next seats go to members of MyGers, the club’s paid membership, on the waiting list, highest points first.

Only after one game? The Rangers tickets page lists every fixture with its sale dates and status.

What is a Rangers season ticket?

A Rangers season ticket is one payment for your own seat at every Scottish Premiership home game at Ibrox for a whole season. In its 2025/26 sale, the club described that as all 19 home league matches.

Rangers Football Club plays in the Scottish Premiership, the top division in Scotland. Its home is Ibrox Stadium, at 150 Edmiston Drive in Glasgow, on the south side of the River Clyde. The club has put its capacity at more than 51,500 people.

MyGers is the club’s paid yearly membership. It gives you first access to single match tickets and a place in the queue for season tickets, known as the waiting list. A general sale is open to anyone, and it happens only if members leave seats unsold.

Question Season ticket MyGers membership General sale

How much is a Rangers season ticket?

A Rangers season ticket has no single price, because the cost depends on your age and your part of Ibrox. For 2026/27 the club added 6.5% to adult and concession prices and froze every juvenile price, according to its renewal announcement. A concession is a lower price for certain ages, and a juvenile ticket is for a child.

As of 31 October 2026, the club’s season ticket articles give no price in pounds for any area. The cost of each area appears on the club’s ticketing site when you renew or are offered a seat. Price lists shared on fan pages may be out of date, so go by your own offer.

Rangers sets your age group by your age on 1 July:

Age group Age on 1 July Change for 2026/27
Juvenile 0-15 Price frozen
Young Adult Concession 16 and 17 6.5% added
Adult 18 and over 6.5% added
Concession Over 65 6.5% added

The club does publish a few smaller prices:

Item Price What it covers
Replacement smartcard £5 A new card if you lose yours, ordered online
Rangers Women season ticket, 2025/26 £115, plus a £3 booking fee A separate product: league home games at Broadwood and Ibrox, with 20 MyGers points. Prices changed for 2026/27, so check the club’s site

How can you pay for a Rangers season ticket?

Rangers holders had four ways to pay for 2026/27:

  • In full, when you buy.
  • Four instalments, on 1 May, 1 June, 1 July and 3 August, by Direct Debit or a payment plan.
  • Ten months through V12 Finance, for UK residents only. You must finish the application within 60 minutes.
  • Club credit. Money on your Rangers account, including SeatSub credit, can pay for all or part of a renewal.

Can you still buy a Rangers season ticket for 2026/27?

No, you cannot still buy a Rangers season ticket for 2026/27, because the club said on 9 July 2026 that all new ones had been sold. Seats are offered in a set order, and this summer it ran like this:

  1. Renewals. Holders kept their seats first, from Thursday 26 March to Wednesday 22 April.
  2. Seat moves. More than 1,600 holders moved to a different seat.
  3. Juvenile window. Young MyGers members with the most points went next. The club planned around 40-50 places, and 140 juniors secured a seat.
  4. Waiting list. The remaining seats went to MyGers members with 425 points or more.

That brought in more than 700 new holders. New sales began in June in both 2025 and 2026, so watch that month.

How does the Rangers season ticket waiting list work?

The Rangers season ticket waiting list ranks MyGers members by points, not by the date they joined. When seats come free after renewals, the club invites the highest points totals first and works down until the seats have gone.

The sale runs in windows, which are set times when your points total lets you buy. In June 2025 the first window opened for 711 points or more at midday on Friday 20 June. The next came on Saturday 21 June for 450 or more, then on Sunday 22 June for 335 or more. Once your window opens, you see every seat left and choose one, first come, first served.

The number of seats changes from year to year, as these club figures show:

New season ticket sale Summer 2025 Summer 2026
Holders who renewed More than 98% More than 98%
Seats the club expected to offer Around 1,000 Around 450-500
Lowest points level the club named 335 425

How long is the Rangers season ticket waiting list?

Rangers gives no length and no waiting time for its season ticket waiting list in its 2026/27 articles. Points are the better guide. A total of 425 was enough this summer, but the level moves each year with the number of seats that come free.

How do you get a Rangers season ticket?

You get a Rangers season ticket by joining MyGers, adding your name to the waiting list and building points until your total is high enough. Do these things in order:

  1. Buy a MyGers membership on the club’s ticketing site, which shows the price. It runs until 31 May 2027, whenever you buy it. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, less any benefits used.
  2. Join the waiting list through your online account. Only MyGers members can join.
  3. Check your email address. The club contacts eligible supporters directly, so an old address could cost you your window.
  4. Buy and attend games. Start with the next members’ sale, such as Rangers v Falkirk on Saturday 28 November at 3pm.
  5. Link up with friends. To buy seats together, you must be registered in a friendship, the club’s word for linked accounts. Each of you must meet the points level.
  6. Keep MyGers active every year. Only active members already on the list could buy this summer. It renews automatically if a card is saved.

In 2026 the club promised sale details at least 24 hours before wider sales began.

How do you earn MyGers points for the waiting list?

You earn MyGers points mainly by buying and attending Rangers games, at home and away. Points are added at scheduled updates, twice a season, so recent games appear in batches. These are the club’s published values:

Activity MyGers points
MyGers membership 30
Early bird purchase 10
Men’s season ticket 120
Buying a home match ticket (league, cup, friendly or European) 5
Attending a home match 5
Domestic away match 5 for registering, 10 for attending
European away match 5-15
Annual RangersTV subscription 25 standard, 40 unlimited
Match programme subscription 20
Stadium or museum tour 2 per season

Points also set your tier, which feeds into domestic away tickets. The tiers are Gold at 1,928 or more, Silver from 1,594 to 1,927 and Bronze from 30 to 1,593, adjusted at each update. This summer’s 425-point level sat well inside Bronze, so you do not need a top tier to be offered a seat.

What does a Rangers season ticket include?

A Rangers season ticket includes your seat at all Scottish Premiership home games, unless your ticket says otherwise, plus priority for other games. The club lists four things:

  • Your seat for every home league game, on a smartcard you keep from season to season. A smartcard is a personal card that gets you through the turnstile, the entry gate.
  • Priority for cup and European games played at Ibrox.
  • Priority for away tickets, based on MyGers points and eligibility, so it is not automatic.
  • SeatSub, for games you cannot attend.

Cup, European and friendly games are not part of the price. You get priority for them through continuous credit card schemes, which you add yourself under “Ticket Scheme” in your Rangers account. These games use e-tickets, which are digital tickets with a QR code, instead of the smartcard.

Holders do not need MyGers to renew, but buying it earns a season ticket holder discount.

Can you share, transfer or resell a Rangers season ticket?

You can release a Rangers season ticket seat for one game through SeatSub, but you cannot hand the season ticket itself to someone else.

How does SeatSub work?

SeatSub is Rangers’ own resale service, for season ticket holders who cannot go to a Scottish Premiership home game. The club sells your seat only after every seat that is not a season ticket has gone, at a price level it sets.

  1. Release your seat as soon as the match goes on sale, because early listings sell more often.
  2. List it at least 24 hours before kick-off. MyGers members earn three points for this.
  3. If it sells, you get 75% of your season ticket’s cost per game as credit, added 24 to 48 hours after the match.
  4. Spend the credit on match tickets, MyGers, Soccer Academies or programmes, or save it for your 2027/28 renewal.

Each holder must list their own seat.

Can you pass a Rangers season ticket to a family member?

Rangers allows a change of ownership only when a holder has died, with a death certificate. Any other seat that is given up goes back to the waiting list. The person who gave it up is not considered again for at least one full season if they rejoin.

Can you move to a different seat at Ibrox?

Existing holders can renew, then join the Seat Transfer Waiting List. Moves depend on what is free. The Copland Front singing section, where the loudest fans sit, had its own waiting list in 2025: email coplandmoves@rangers.co.uk.

Who should get a Rangers season ticket, and who should not?

A Rangers season ticket suits fans who live near Glasgow and go to most home games. For everyone else, MyGers and single games are the better route.

  • Not worth chasing if: you want one or two games a season. MyGers alone gives you first access to those.
  • Bringing children? Children have their own memberships: BornGers (0-4), FutureGers (5-11) and TrueGers (12-15). Young Adult covers 16-21. Rangers says juveniles have fallen from 13% to 7% of its holders, so it added the juvenile window.
  • Disabled fans? Wheelchair season tickets have a separate waiting list, and in 2025 they were offered in date order, not by points. Start with the Reasonable Adjustment Form, the club’s form for access needs, or email disabilitymatters@rangers.co.uk.
  • Living far away or abroad? V12 Finance is for UK residents only. SeatSub returns only part of your cost, and only if the seat sells, so MyGers alone may suit you better.
  • Want a seat with food and drink? That is hospitality, and seasonal packages are renewed separately, through an account manager.

What mistakes should you avoid with a Rangers season ticket?

The biggest Rangers season ticket mistakes are forgetting to join the list, letting MyGers lapse and giving up a seat too lightly.

  • Buying MyGers and stopping there. You must also register on the waiting list.
  • Letting your membership lapse. Save a card, or set a reminder for 31 May.
  • Giving up a seat for one season. You will not be considered again for at least a full season.

What is matchday at Ibrox like for a season ticket holder?

Matchday at Ibrox is simple for a Rangers season ticket holder: your smartcard gets you through the turnstile, and you walk to your own seat. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off, and all kick-off times are UK time.

  • By Subway: Ibrox station, on Copland Road, is the nearest stop on the Glasgow Subway. It closes at 6pm on Sundays, so check before a late game.
  • By bus: First Glasgow services 9 and 9A run from the city centre to Paisley Road West, a short walk away, in about 13 minutes. Fares start at £2.65.
  • Travelling from elsewhere in the UK? Take a train to Glasgow, then the Subway or a bus.
  • Driving? The club sells no general parking on matchdays, and Glasgow City Council fines drivers who park on the pavement.
  • On the day: Ibrox is cashless, so bring a card. Bags are searched, and there is no bag storage.

The Ibrox seating plan guide explains each stand, which helps when your window opens.

What to do now (as of 31 October 2026)

As of 31 October 2026, Rangers season tickets are sold out and the club has given no 2027/28 dates. If you do not hold one, join MyGers, sign up to the waiting list and use these sales.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a Rangers season ticket?

Rangers has no single season ticket price, because the cost depends on your age and your part of Ibrox. The club shows each area's price on its ticketing site when you renew or are offered a seat. For 2026/27 it added 6.5% to adult and concession prices and froze all juvenile prices.

How do I get a Rangers season ticket?

Buy a MyGers membership, join the season ticket waiting list through your online account and build points by buying and attending games. When seats come free after renewals, Rangers invites the highest points totals first. Keep your membership active and your email address up to date, because the club contacts eligible supporters directly.

How long is the Rangers season ticket waiting list?

Rangers gives no length or waiting time in its 2026/27 season ticket articles, and the list runs on points, not on how long you have waited. The better guide is the points level. It was 425 or more this summer, when more than 700 new holders got a seat.

How many points do you need for a Rangers season ticket?

For 2026/27, the seats left after the juvenile window went to waiting list members with 425 points or more. In June 2025 the lowest level named by the club was 335. The level changes each year with the number of seats that come free, so treat these totals as a guide only.

How many season ticket holders do Rangers have?

Rangers' 2026/27 season ticket articles give no total number of holders. They do say more than 98% of holders renewed, more than 1,600 moved seats and more than 700 new holders joined. The club also says juveniles have fallen from 13% to 7% of its season ticket holders in recent seasons.

What happens if I lose my Rangers season ticket?

Order a replacement smartcard online through the Rangers website, for £5. Keep the new card safe, because smartcards are not reissued each season. The same card is made active again when you renew, and a new one only comes if your age group changes or you move to a different seat.

What is SeatSub at Rangers?

SeatSub is Rangers' own resale service for season ticket holders who cannot go to a Scottish Premiership home game. Your seat is sold only after all other seats have gone. If it sells, you get 75% of your per-game cost as club credit, and listing 24 hours before kick-off earns three MyGers points.

Can I transfer my Rangers season ticket to a family member?

Only when a holder has died, with a death certificate from the register office. Rangers accepts no other change of ownership. A season ticket that is given up goes back to the waiting list, and the person who gave it up is not considered again for at least one full season if they rejoin.

How do I get on the Rangers season ticket waiting list?

Buy a MyGers membership, then join the list through your online account on the club's ticketing site. Only MyGers members can join, and you need an active membership to buy. Supporters who need a wheelchair space use a separate list, so email disabilitymatters@rangers.co.uk or complete the Reasonable Adjustment Form.

Does a Rangers season ticket include cup and European games?

No. A Rangers season ticket covers Scottish Premiership home games. For cup, European and friendly games at Ibrox, holders get priority by joining the continuous credit card schemes in their Rangers account. For this season those schemes were open until 31 October 2026, and these games use e-tickets instead of the smartcard.
