- Gold costs £60 and Adult costs £25 for 2026/27. Junior Gold is £60, Junior is £25 and International starts at £35. Every membership ends on 31 May 2027.
- Premier League home tickets are sold only to members and season ticket holders. Gold members buy 72 hours before Adult members.

- Crystal Palace v Manchester United has been on sale to Gold members since 10am on Monday 2 November. All members can buy from 10am on Thursday 5 November.
A Crystal Palace membership costs £25 for an Adult or £60 for Gold in 2026/27. You need one to buy a Premier League home ticket unless you hold a season ticket. Gold members can buy 72 hours before Adult members, who then buy one ticket each if seats remain.
To see what is on sale, start on the Crystal Palace tickets page, which lists each home game and its status.
What is a Crystal Palace membership?
A Crystal Palace membership is a yearly paid plan that gives you the right to buy tickets for home games. It is not a ticket, so you pay for each match on top.
Crystal Palace is a Premier League football club from south London. It plays at Selhurst Park in Selhurst, near Croydon. The Premier League Handbook for 2026/27 gives the ground 25,194 places.
All 2026/27 memberships run out on 31 May 2027, however late you join. The other way in is a season ticket, your own seat at all 19 home league games, but new ones go through a waiting list. The Crystal Palace season ticket guide has the details.
How much is Crystal Palace membership?
Crystal Palace membership costs £60 for Gold, £25 for Adult, £60 for Junior Gold, £25 for Junior and from £35 for International in 2026/27. Each type also gives you Loyalty Points, the points that decide who buys away tickets first.
| Membership | Price | Home league tickets | Loyalty Points | Also included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gold | £60 | 72-hour priority window | 250 | Away ballots, Palace TV+ and 10% off in the Club Shop |
| Adult | £25 | All-member sale, one ticket | 100 | Ticket Resale, after Gold members |
| Junior Gold | £60 | 72-hour priority window | 250 | A 2026/27 shirt voucher, Palace TV+ and matchday mascot ballots |
| Junior | £25 | All-member sale | 100 | Member events, and 10% off in the Club Shop and on Stadium Tours |
| International | From £35 | A booking form for one home game before it goes on sale | 200 | Palace TV+. A welcome pack costs £10 more |
Palace TV+ is the club’s paid video service. Season ticket holders have their own option, Season Ticket+, a £50 add-on that shares the Gold window.
Is there a free Crystal Palace membership?
Crystal Palace has a free membership too, with a drawstring bag, competitions to win match tickets and birthday wishes from players. The club’s page does not say it lets you buy tickets. Treat it as a fan club, not a route to a seat.
Is Gold membership worth it at Crystal Palace?
Gold membership is worth it at Crystal Palace if you want one of the biggest games, because you buy 72 hours before Adult members. For smaller games, the £25 Adult membership usually does the job.
Hull City shows the gap. Gold members could buy from Monday 28 September and Adult members from Thursday 1 October, yet that sale was still open a month later. Category A, the top price band, is where the head start counts.
- Buy Gold if: you want Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Liverpool or Leeds at home, or you want away ballots.
- Buy Adult if: you want a few Category C games, such as Hull City or Bournemouth.
- Buy International if: you live overseas and want to reserve one game early.
- Skip both if: you only want a European night and can wait for a general sale, should the club hold one.
How do Crystal Palace home ticket sales work?
Crystal Palace home ticket sales run in four steps, and the club publishes the dates for the whole season in advance. There is no ballot, or prize draw, for home league games. So being online when your step opens is the one thing you control.
These are the real dates for Crystal Palace v Manchester United:
| Step | Who can buy | Opens | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Gold, Junior Gold and Season Ticket+ holders | 10am, Monday 2 November | One ticket each |
| 2 | Adult, Junior and International members, and season ticket holders | 10am, Thursday 5 November | One ticket each |
| 3 | Guest tickets, bought by a member or season ticket holder | 10am, Tuesday 10 November | One per member |
| 4 | Ticket Resale, if the game has sold out | Monday 7 December for Gold, Tuesday 8 December for all members | Set by the club |
The rhythm rarely changes: Gold on a Monday, all members on the Thursday, and guests on the next Tuesday. Ticket Resale is how season ticket holders pass on seats they cannot use, through the club.
Buying for friends? One booking can cover several people, but each person must hold the membership that step calls for. A friend without one waits for step 3, and needs a client reference number, the personal ID number the club gives each supporter.
Can you buy Crystal Palace tickets without a membership?
You cannot buy a Crystal Palace Premier League home ticket without a membership or season ticket, unless a member buys you a guest ticket. A general sale, meaning a sale open to anyone, is rare at Selhurst Park.
European games have been more open. Earlier Europa League home games went to season ticket holders and members first, then ended with a general sale for registered supporters. Adults paid £40 for Lech Poznan and Hoffenheim.
Do not count on the same for every game. As of 31 October 2026, the club had given no ticket details for Crystal Palace v Real Sociedad on Thursday 26 November at 8pm.
How much are Crystal Palace match tickets?
In 2026/27, an adult Crystal Palace match ticket starts at £65 in Category A, £58 in Category B and £47 in Category C. These are Zone 5 prices, for the lowest-priced area of the ground, and you pay them on top of your membership.
| Category | Adults from | Home games |
|---|---|---|
| A | £65 | Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Leeds |
| B | £58 | Newcastle, Fulham, Everton, Aston Villa, Brighton |
| C | £47 | Hull City, Bournemouth, Coventry, Brentford, Sunderland |
| Europa League so far | £40 | Lech Poznan, Hoffenheim |
Zones are the club’s price areas. The Selhurst Park seating plan guide shows which stand is in which zone.
How do Crystal Palace away tickets work for members?
Crystal Palace away tickets are sold through Loyalty Points, and the limit changes from game to game. An away ticket is your seat in the visiting fans’ section at another ground. Your membership sets your opening balance, from 100 points for Adult to 250 for Gold.
Gold also opens the away ballots. You sign up once before a game goes on sale, and names are drawn at random with Ticketmaster’s ballot tool.
A winner may buy one ticket in the first sales window, but does not have to. Entering alongside friends does not link your entries.
Junior members have a ballot of their own. A winner can buy two tickets, one for themselves and one for an adult, by phone or in person only. That adult must be a paid 2026/27 member or season ticket holder.
How do you join Crystal Palace as a member?
You join Crystal Palace as a member online, using a Palace account linked to the club’s ticket site. Allow a day or two before your first sale.
- Log in to your Palace account, or create one. The same login works for the app, the ticket site, the Club Shop and Palace TV.
- Get your client reference number. You are given one when you log in to the ticket site. Link it to your account so that your tickets and benefits appear.
- Pick your membership on the club’s memberships page.
- Wait for your pass. The NFC pass, a digital card for your phone, takes 24-48 hours to arrive. You scan it in the Club Shop for your discount.
- Sort your welcome pack, if your type has one. You can collect it free at Selhurst Park, or pay £3 for UK delivery or £7.50 for international delivery.
- Put the next sale in your diary, and be logged in when it opens.
If your reference number does not appear, contact the Box Office at boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk or on 0333 360 1861.
How many games can a Crystal Palace member see?
A Crystal Palace member can try for every home league game, but the club does not promise a ticket, even on Gold. Its FAQ says Gold gives 72-hour priority for every home league match, and that tickets still cannot be promised.
- One big game a season: take Gold and be online for its Monday window.
- Three or four smaller games: take Adult and buy in the Thursday step.
- Not worth it if: you cannot be online at 10am on a weekday, because that is when the biggest sales open.
- Bringing children? A child needs a Junior or Junior Gold membership to get a seat in a members’ step. Otherwise they wait for the guest step. Under-2s need written permission from the club.
- Disabled fans? Register as a disabled supporter with the club before you buy. You pay the price for your age, and your personal assistant gets in free. Email dlo@cpfc.co.uk to start.
- Coming from abroad? International lets you reserve a game through a form in the Member Hub. Dates can change at short notice, so book travel you can move.
What mistakes should you avoid with a Crystal Palace membership?
The main Crystal Palace membership mistakes are joining too late, booking travel on the wrong date and expecting to buy for friends in your own step.
- Joining on the day. The pass takes 24-48 hours, so join well before your window opens.
- Trusting the sale calendar for travel. The club’s calendar lists Manchester United on 12 December, but the Premier League has the game on Sunday 13 December at 7pm.
- Booking seats for a friend with no membership. They have to wait for the guest step.
- Forgetting your shirt voucher. On Junior Gold it must be used before 31 May 2027, and it cannot roll over.
- Expecting a refund on the voucher. The club says shirt vouchers are non-refundable.
What is matchday like at Selhurst Park?
Matchday at Selhurst Park begins at the turnstiles, the entry gates, which open two hours before kick-off. Your ticket is an NFC pass on your phone, and the ground is cashless. Kick-off times are UK time.
- Getting there: take a train to Norwood Junction, Selhurst or Thornton Heath. Crystal Palace station is two miles away, so do not use it.
- Coming from outside London? From London Bridge, allow about 30 minutes in total by train to Norwood Junction and then on foot.
- Driving? There is no parking at the stadium.
- Bags: bring one small enough to fit under your seat. It will be searched.
