How to get Burnley v Sheffield United tickets
Burnley sell Championship home tickets in batches timed around the EFL's TV announcements. Sheffield United sat in the TV-selected group with Blackburn, Preston and Lincoln, and on 2 November the club put that batch on sale, online, by phone or at the Turf Moor ticket office. Burnley ask for a purchase history only for Blackburn and Preston, not for this game. Earlier batches ran in three steps, each at 10am, with one ticket per Clarets Number:
- BFC Premium Members (£150 for 2026/27) bought first.
- BFC Extra (£35), Junior (£25) and Season Ticket Plus (£50) members followed the next day.
- General sale came about a week after the Premium window, open to holders of the free Essential membership.
For scale, the first batch of the season ran on 27 July, 28 July and 3 August. The game's price category (A*, A or B) has not been published, but adult tickets start at £30 in the home area of the Barnfield Construction Stand in all three, and from £31 in the other stands.
If the match sells out, season ticket holders' seats are released on the official Ticket Exchange. Turf Moor seats 21,944 in four stands. The Barnfield Construction Stand, still widely called the Cricket Field Stand, is the single-tier west end, shared by home fans and visitors; Sheffield United's supporters will be in its away blocks and use the Ormerod Yard entrance. For 2026/27 the home half was enlarged by 600 seats.
Along the north touchline is the two-tier James Hargreaves Stand, with the TV gantry; along the south is the single-tier Bob Lord Stand, home of the main ticket office. The Jimmy McIlroy Stand closes the east end, its upper tier the family area.
On Hellotickets, "Longside Lower" and "Longside Lower Tier" are lower seats along a touchline, "Shortside Lower" is behind a goal, and "Category 1 Gold" is a price band with no stand named.
