Bournemouth v Crystal Palace: date, kick-off and how to watch

Bournemouth host Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday 20 February 2027, a provisional date with kick-off still to be confirmed, at the Vitality Stadium. The club lists the match as not on sale yet at the official seller (checked 5 Nov 2026); its plan is a first release on Tuesday 12 January for supporters holding 31+ home points.

In the smallest ground in the Premier League, with no adult membership to buy, the points threshold is what decides whether you can get in through the club.

The Premier League has the game down for the weekend of Saturday 20 February 2027 at the Vitality Stadium in Boscombe, Bournemouth, but both the date and the kick-off are provisional. The final day and time follow the broadcasters' selections, so the match can still move within that weekend.

If it stays at 3pm on the Saturday, the blackout means no live UK coverage. Any other slot will be on whichever channel picks it; the Premier League publishes those choices when they are made.

How to get Bournemouth v Crystal Palace tickets

The Cherries sell their league home games by points, not by membership. You build home points by attending, and each release goes to those above a threshold. For this fixture, the first window is provisionally Tuesday 12 January for holders of 31 or more home points; the club calls those criteria provisional.

In the same week, lower thresholds follow on the Thursday and the Sunday if seats remain. Then comes Cherry Tuesday, a release of held-back seats open to anyone with one home point. Once those are gone, seats reappear through the official Ticket Exchange, where season ticket holders list their unused tickets in the app or online account for supporters with 1+ home point, and through returns released on the weekday before the match.

Bournemouth rarely hold a general sale for league games. The only paid schemes are Global Cherries, for supporters living outside the UK (£45 including P&P in 2026/27), and Junior Cherries for under-16s.

For fans without points, the resale market fills the gap. Sellers on Hellotickets set their own prices, which can be above face value; you see the final price before paying, and club terms can restrict the transfer of a ticket. Our Bournemouth tickets hub lists the other home dates, and Crystal Palace tickets covers the Eagles' fixtures.

Good to know before you go

  • Wait for the confirmed dateThe Saturday is provisional and can move for television. If you book travel or a hotel early, choose options you can change.
  • Diary the TuesdayThe provisional first drop is 12 January for 31+ points; Cherry Tuesday, open to anyone with one point, comes after the Thursday and Sunday releases.
  • Park away from Kings ParkGeneral parking at the stadium ended in 2026/27. Avonbourne Academy is about 10 minutes' walk, the Sovereign Centre about 15, with event-day restrictions on nearby streets.
  • Hold your ticket in the appEntry is digital through the AFC Bournemouth app with Apple or Google Wallet. Resale tickets can arrive late: Hellotickets sends them once the seller does, sometimes 1–2 days before.

Where to sit at Vitality Stadium

The current listings are labelled "West Stand" and "Longside Section". On the VIP West car park side of Dean Court stands the Vitality Main Stand, with the main reception and players' entrance. Across the pitch is the Vitality East Stand, which catches the afternoon sun.

Palace supporters are housed in the East Stand, in blocks 21-24 at its south end, and use Gate D. That makes the Main Stand the clearer choice for a neutral or home seat along the touchline.

Behind the goals, the Vitality Steve Fletcher North Stand is all safe standing for home fans; the South Stand is at the opposite end. Hellotickets has no listings behind either goal for this game at the moment.
