AEK Athens tickets 2026/27

1. Go to the club first

The official channel for AEK Athens tickets is the club site, aekfc.gr, with English pages at aekfc.gr/en. Look there for each home match's sale details: when it opens, who can buy and at what price. Our Champions League tickets page covers the other European fixtures.

2. What could not be confirmed

For the visits of Galatasaray and Roma, AEK's ticket pages could not be checked, so the order of sale is not confirmed: whether season ticket holders or members buy first, whether a general sale follows, and when it would open. That is why the status beside each fixture asks you to check the official seller. Treat sale dates quoted elsewhere with caution until they appear on aekfc.gr.

3. Buying from the UK

Athens is two hours ahead of the UK. Both kick-offs are at 10pm local time, which is 8pm in the UK, and the late finish matters when you plan the evening: sort out the journey back to your hotel before you travel. Before paying at the club, read how tickets are delivered and what you need to show at the gate, as those details belong to each sale.

4. If the club route is closed

If AEK's sale is not open to you, or the game sells out, the resale market is the remaining route, and the next section explains how prices compare between the two matches. Whenever the club's own sale is open to you, it is usually the cheaper option.

The two European nights sit at different levels. AEK Athens v Galatasaray tickets start clearly higher on Hellotickets, while AEK Athens v Roma tickets open lower and mark the bottom of the range.

Across both games, resale listings start from £593.

Listings use two kinds of labels. Some describe a position: Shortside Upper Level and Shortside Lower Level are behind a goal, high up or nearer the pitch, and for Galatasaray the upper one is where listings start for now. Others give only a category, written Category 1, 2 or 3 by some sellers and Cat 1, Cat 2 or Cat 3 by others, and the two spellings of the same category can sit far apart in price. Read the seat details rather than the label alone.

Hospitality packages are listed apart and start well above standard seats for both matches. Sellers set their own prices, which can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay.

AEK Athens play their home matches at the OPAP Arena in Athens. On resale listings, the ground is described by position and by category rather than by named stand:

• Shortside seats are behind a goal, at either end.
• Upper Level and Lower Level separate the higher part of a stand from the part nearer the pitch.
• Category listings, from 1 to 3, are price bands and do not say on their own which stand you will be in.

If the stand matters to you, check the block or area shown on the listing before you pay.

Both Champions League games fall on Tuesday evenings in winter, with a 10pm kick-off in Athens, so you will leave the ground late at night. Plan the journey back before matchday and arrive early enough to find your entrance.

Hellotickets works "with official channels and a network of secure, fully verified partners", and sends tickets as soon as it receives them from the seller, sometimes up to 1–2 days before the event. If you fly out before then, make sure you can open the order on your phone while you travel.

AEK's arrangements for their own travelling supporters could not be checked, so wait for the club's announcement before booking a European away trip. Their Champions League away games include Como on Tuesday 24 November 2026 and Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday 27 January 2027.

At Signal Iduna Park, Dortmund say the North Stand blocks and the north-east corner suit visiting supporters. Away colours are banned in BVB's standing blocks and in the south-east and south-west corners, so if you end up with a home-section ticket there, leave the AEK colours at home.
