The O2 arena sits inside The O2, the former Millennium Dome on the Greenwich Peninsula in south-east London. It opened in 2007 and holds up to 20,000, depending on how the stage and the floor are set out for each show.
The calendar is built on multi-night runs. Olivia Rodrigo has eleven dates between April and May 2027, sombr five in June and Teddy Swims and Gracie Abrams four each, while Strictly Come Dancing plays five shows from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 February 2027, afternoons included, and Disney On Ice fills the Christmas holidays with several shows a day.
The official seller depends on the promoter: most dates here are sold through Ticketmaster UK or Live Nation UK, and AXS is the arena's own ticketing partner. On 20 and 21 October, several dates were already sold out at those sellers, among them both Phoebe Bridgers nights, Noah Kahan on 13 and 14 November and four of sombr's five.
Resale seats on Hellotickets across the arena's dates start from £41 (checked 5 Nov 2026).
Next up: Suede & Manic Street Preachers on Friday 6 November.

The O2 guide: floor, tiers, travel and suites
Seating plan and stands
The arena is a bowl of seating around a flat floor, and the plan changes with every show:
- Floor: at ground level in front of the stage. At standing shows it is general admission; at seated shows the chairs stand on a flat surface, and the venue says most people stand during events.
- Level 1: the lower tier, with blocks numbered from 101. The Deck, rows of premium bar stools, and the OVO Lounges at blocks 111 and 112 are on this level, and a customer service desk is outside block 101.
- Levels 2 and 3: private suites, sold as Premium at The O2.
- Level 4: the upper and highest tier, with blocks in the 400s and a customer service desk by block 410. The venue does not recommend it for anyone with a fear of heights.
Resale listings mostly follow the same split. "Lower Tier" means Level 1 and "Upper Tier" means Level 4, and a listing that gives only a number, such as 118 or 405, names the block: the 100s are on Level 1, the 400s on Level 4. "Floor Standing" or "GA Floor" is the standing area, and some tours add their own names, such as Golden Circle or Front Porch, so check what the listing describes. At the official seller, seats with an obstructed view are flagged when you book.
Viewing platforms at W101, W105, W108, W113 and W118 have space for wheelchairs and fold-down seats, though not every platform is open at every show, and Level 1 Row Z and Level 4 Row C are step-free for guests who can transfer from a wheelchair. Accessible tickets are booked with a Nimbus Access card. Our seating plan for The O2 shows where the blocks sit.
Getting there
The arena's address is Peninsula Square, SE10 0DX, and North Greenwich is the nearest station:
- Underground: North Greenwich is on the Jubilee line, with step-free access.
- Bus: several routes stop at North Greenwich station.
- River: Thames Clippers, the Uber Boat service, call at North Greenwich Pier.
- Cable car: the IFS Cloud Cable Car is another way in.
- Car: on-site parking has to be booked ahead on event days, and Car Park 1 has a free drop-off and pick-up point.
Doors usually open at 6.30pm, and most events finish between 10.30pm and 11pm. For standing shows the queue usually forms at Entrance E; the venue asks fans not to arrive before 9am and does not allow overnight queuing. Once your ticket has been scanned there is no re-admission.
The venue says tickets must be shown in The O2 venue app and that screenshots are not accepted, and some events ask for photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Bring one bag at most, A4 size or a standard handbag: backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags, camera bags and large totes are refused, with paid storage just outside the main entrance. The arena is cashless, merchandise included, and pushchairs are not allowed in the bowl.
Hospitality
Premium at The O2 covers the private suites on Levels 2 and 3, lounges and single-event experiences. On Level 1, the OVO Lounges sit at blocks 111 and 112, and The Deck offers rows of premium bar stools. Under-18s in the suites must be with an adult aged 18 or over.
Frequently asked questions
How much is an O2 Arena ticket?
It depends on the show: face values are set for each event and sold through the promoter's channel, usually Ticketmaster UK, Live Nation UK or AXS. On the resale market, seats listed on Hellotickets start from £41 across the arena's dates (checked 5 Nov 2026). Sellers set their own prices, which can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay.
What concerts are happening in London in 2026?
At The O2 alone, Stevie Wonder played on 3 and 5 November, and the rest of 2026 brings Noah Kahan on 13, 14 and 17 November, Muse on 15 and 16 November, Mariah Carey on Monday 30 November, Phoebe Bridgers on 1 and 2 December and Kasabian on Friday 18 December, before Disney On Ice takes over at Christmas. The table on this page has every date.
Where are the best seats to sit in O2 Arena?
For a closer view, Level 1, the lower tier with blocks numbered from 101, is nearest the floor, while Level 4 is the highest tier and the venue does not recommend it for anyone with a fear of heights. At seated shows the floor is flat and most people stand, and seats with an obstructed view are flagged when you book at the official seller.
How do I get to The O2?
Take the Jubilee line to North Greenwich, the nearest station, which has step-free access; several bus routes stop there too. You can also arrive by Thames Clippers river bus at North Greenwich Pier or on the IFS Cloud Cable Car. Drivers must pre-book on-site parking on event days, and Car Park 1 has a free drop-off and pick-up point.
Can I use a screenshot of my ticket at The O2?
No. The venue says tickets must be shown in The O2 venue app and does not accept screenshots, and some events also ask for photo ID matching the name on the ticket. There is no re-admission once your ticket has been scanned, so keep your phone charged and the app ready before you reach the doors.
