The London run is spread over five weeks and mostly keeps to weeknights. In April the shows come in three clusters: Monday 5, Tuesday 6, Thursday 8 and Friday 9 April; then Monday 12, Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 April; then Monday 19 and Tuesday 20 April. Sunday 9 and Monday 10 May close the run. Friday 9 April and Sunday 9 May are the only weekend nights, and there is no Saturday show and no matinée.

Every date is listed at 6pm. The O2 says most of its events end between 10.30pm and 11pm, so plan the journey home around a late finish, and note that there is no re-admission once your ticket has been scanned.

Standing on the floor

Standing tickets are on the main floor, listed as GA Floor. The O2 says the standing queue usually forms at Entrance E, asks fans not to arrive before 9am and does not allow overnight queuing. Pushchairs are not allowed in the arena bowl. Bags must be A4 size or smaller, or a standard handbag; backpacks are refused, and paid bag storage is just outside the main entrance.

Getting to North Greenwich

The nearest station is North Greenwich on the Jubilee line, which the venue lists as step-free. You can also arrive by Uber Boat to North Greenwich Pier or on the IFS Cloud Cable Car. Parking on site has to be pre-booked on event days, with a free drop-off and pick-up point in Car Park 1.

With one venue and one layout, the night you pick and the tier you sit in decide the price. At the last check, Tuesday 20 April, Wednesday 14 April, Monday 19 April and Monday 10 May started lowest, while Friday 9 April and Thursday 15 April started highest.

Inside the arena:

• Level 4, the upper tier, is where most nights begin. Hellotickets lists blocks such as 401 and 422 on their own, and The O2 warns that Level 4 is not recommended for anyone with a fear of heights.
• Level 1 blocks such as 113 and 118, nearer the floor, start above the upper tier.
• GA Floor standing usually sits above the upper tier too, although on Thursday 15 April it was the lowest section listed.
• Lower Tier listings vary the most from one night to the next.

Sunday 9 May, sold out at Ticketmaster, still had upper-tier seats listed on Hellotickets at the last check. Resale prices are set by sellers and can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay. If you buy from the official seller instead, The O2 flags seats with obstructed views at the time of booking.

Ticketmaster UK is the official seller for all eleven O2 dates. The sale opened in two steps in May 2026:

• 5 May: the Album Presale and the American Express Presale.
• 7 May, from midday UK time: the general sale.

On 20 October, ten dates were still available at Ticketmaster UK and Sunday 9 May was sold out. When a date sells out, Ticketmaster's own resale is the only official route, and only when tickets are listed there.

The O2's entry rules

Tickets must be shown in The O2 venue app, and screenshots are not accepted. Some events also require photo ID matching the name on the ticket. Accessible tickets are booked with a Nimbus Access card, and the arena's accessible viewing platforms depend on the stage layout, so not every platform is available at every show.

Buying resale

If your night is sold out, or the official seller has nothing left in the section you want, seats listed on Hellotickets are another option. Hellotickets says: “Every ticket is authenticated. If there's ever an issue, you're protected by our refund policy.” Tickets are sent as soon as Hellotickets receives them from the seller, sometimes up to 1–2 days before the event.
