UK tour dates 2026/27
This is a single weekend at one arena, with two shows on both the Saturday and the Sunday. The matinées, at 2.30pm on Saturday and 1.30pm on Sunday, suit families and anyone coming into London for the day, while the evening shows are at 7.30pm on Friday and Saturday and 6.30pm on Sunday. Arrive well ahead of the listed time so you are through the bag checks before the start.
At the arena
The O2 is cashless. Each person may bring one bag, A4 size or smaller or a standard handbag; backpacks, laptop bags and large totes are turned away, and paid storage sits just outside the main entrance. Pushchairs cannot be taken into the arena bowl, which matters for families at the matinées. Tickets have to be shown in The O2 venue app rather than as screenshots, and some events ask for photo ID matching the name on the ticket. For the evening shows, The O2 says most of its events end between 10.30pm and 11pm.
Accessibility and getting there
Accessible tickets are booked with a Nimbus Access card. The viewing platforms for wheelchair users vary with each event's layout, and the step-free rows, Level 1 Row Z and Level 4 Row C, are for guests who can transfer from a wheelchair. North Greenwich, on the Jubilee line, is the closest station; the Uber Boat to North Greenwich Pier and the IFS Cloud Cable Car are the alternatives, and on-site parking must be booked ahead on event days. More on the venue is on our The O2 tickets page.
Prices by venue and section
On the resale market, the daytime and Saturday shows have started lowest. At the last check, the Sunday matinée had the lowest starting price of the weekend, with both Saturday performances close behind, while the Friday evening and Sunday evening shows started highest.
The tier that opens the market depends on the show. For the two Saturday performances and the Sunday matinée, the upper tier comes first and the lower tier costs more. For the Friday and Sunday evenings the order flips, with the lower tier starting lowest and upper-tier listings priced well above it.
When you book with the official seller, seats with obstructed views are flagged, which is worth checking before you choose a block. Resale prices on Hellotickets are set by sellers and can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay; with all five performances on sale at Ticketmaster UK at the last check, compare there first.
How tickets are sold
Ticketmaster UK is the official seller for the Live Tour 2027 performances at The O2. The sale opened in two steps:
- 24 September: the Strictly Come Dancing Fan Presale and the Ticketmaster Presale.
- 25 September 2026, from 9am UK time: the general sale.
On 20 October, all five performances were on sale. If one sells out, Ticketmaster's own resale becomes the only official route, and only when tickets are listed there.
The live tour, not the TV studio
These tickets are for the arena tour. Our listings show no Blackpool date for the live tour, and they do not cover audience places for the television series.
Resale
If the performance you want has gone, seats listed on Hellotickets are another way in. Hellotickets works with official channels and a network of secure, fully verified partners. In its words: “Every ticket is authenticated. If there's ever an issue, you're protected by our refund policy.” Tickets are sent as soon as Hellotickets receives them from the seller, sometimes up to 1–2 days before the event.
