The Rod Stewart tour 2027, called The Final Encore, plays eight UK arena nights, from Belfast on Tuesday 27 April to The O2 in London on Friday 14 May. As of 31 October 2026, Ticketmaster still has tickets for Belfast, Glasgow and Manchester. Birmingham and both London nights are sold out there, so check AXS next.

The Rod Stewart tickets page keeps all eight nights in one place.

What are the Rod Stewart tour 2027 dates in the UK?

The Rod Stewart UK tour dates for 2027 are eight arena shows in five cities: Belfast, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and London. The status column is what Ticketmaster showed on 31 October 2026. “Low availability” is its label for a show that is nearly sold out.

Date Venue Doors and start Ticketmaster status
Tuesday 27 April 2027 The O2 Belfast 7pm listed Low availability
Thursday 29 April 2027 OVO Hydro, Glasgow Doors 6.30pm, start 7.30pm Low availability
Saturday 1 May 2027 OVO Hydro, Glasgow Doors 6.30pm, start 7.30pm On sale
Tuesday 4 May 2027 Utilita Arena Birmingham Doors 6pm, start 7.30pm Sold out
Thursday 6 May 2027 Co-op Live, Manchester Doors 6pm, start 7.30pm Low availability
Saturday 8 May 2027 Co-op Live, Manchester Doors 6pm, start 7.30pm On sale
Tuesday 11 May 2027 The O2, London Doors 6.30pm, start 7.30pm Sold out
Friday 14 May 2027 The O2, London Doors 6.30pm, start 7.30pm Sold out

All eight shows were listed as scheduled, with none cancelled or moved. Doors and start times come from Live Nation, the promoter, which is the company putting on the tour. Belfast is not on Live Nation’s list, so its 7pm comes from Ticketmaster.

Sellers do not always agree. Live Nation still showed “Get tickets” for Birmingham and the second O2 night, and both venues’ own pages said “on sale now”. Both venues sell through AXS, so look there before you give up on either date.

Is The Final Encore really Rod Stewart’s last tour?

The Final Encore is Rod Stewart’s final tour, and he says he means it. In the statement on Ticketmaster and The O2’s website, he says the time has come “to say farewell to life on the road”. He adds that this tour “will most definitely be my last”.

Sir Rod Stewart is a British rock singer who has been on stage for more than six decades. Ticketmaster says he has sold more than 250 million records and singles.

The UK nights come early in his 2027 world tour. Ticketmaster lists shows in the United States and Canada in March 2027. The Final Encore then opens at the 3Arena in Dublin on 23 April and ends at the ZAG Arena in Hannover, Germany, on 24 July. No Rod Stewart concert is listed in the UK for the rest of 2026.

What is a Rod Stewart concert like?

A Rod Stewart concert on this tour starts with a support act, the artist who plays first. Howard Jones takes that slot on every UK and Irish date, with hits such as “What Is Love?” and “Things Can Only Get Better”.

The Final Encore set list has not been published. His concert in Bridgeport, Connecticut, in August 2026 included “Maggie May”, “Forever Young” and “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?”, according to Ticketmaster.

How do you buy Rod Stewart tickets?

You buy Rod Stewart tickets through the link on each venue’s own event page. Ticketmaster sells Belfast, Glasgow and Manchester. AXS, the ticket partner of The O2 and Utilita Arena Birmingham, sells London and Birmingham. Ticketmaster sold those two cities as well, but has none left.

  1. Choose your night from the table, and pick a second choice.
  2. Open the venue’s event page and follow its buy link. Belfast is sold on Ticketmaster’s Irish website.
  3. Make a free account with that seller and save a payment card.
  4. Check the ticket limit and age rule. The OVO Hydro allows six tickets per person.
  5. Compare the total with all fees before you pay.
  6. Keep your confirmation. It tells you which app will hold your ticket.

You do not need a presale code now. A presale is an early sale for a smaller group, and these ended in early October. General sale, which is open to everyone, began on Friday 2 October 2026 at 10am. The three added nights, one each in Glasgow, Manchester and London, followed on Tuesday 6 October.

How much are Rod Stewart tickets?

Rod Stewart tickets at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow start from £78.30. That price includes the admin fee, the seller’s booking charge. Fulfilment, the charge for delivering your ticket, comes on top. On 31 October, the event pages for The O2 and Utilita Arena Birmingham showed no prices, so you see those at checkout.

Ticket at the OVO Hydro From What it includes
Standard £78.30 A place at the show and the admin fee. Fulfilment is extra
Venue Premium £278.80 Fast-track entry, a reserved seat on Level 2 or Level 3 and the admin fee. Fulfilment is extra

Venue Premium is a better seat sold as a separate listing. It is best for a special occasion, and not worth it if you only want to see the show. Stairs lead to these seats, so they may not suit fans with access needs.

Birmingham and The O2 sell premium seats too. In Belfast, the Share a Suite option has sold out.

Which Rod Stewart date is easiest to get into?

The easiest Rod Stewart dates to get into are the two Saturday nights: Glasgow on 1 May and Manchester on 8 May. Both were on sale at Ticketmaster on 31 October, and the show is the same as on the sold-out nights.

  • First arena concert? Pick a Saturday, when you can compare seats calmly.
  • Bringing children? The OVO Hydro is over-8s only, and under-16s need an adult aged 18 or over. At Utilita Arena Birmingham, under-14s need an adult with a ticket. At Co-op Live, anyone aged 14 or under needs an adult.
  • Disabled fan? Book the OVO Hydro online, or call 0141 576 3230, Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. In Birmingham, use the Accessible Tickets tile when booking. The O2 uses the Access Card from Nimbus Disability, which records your access needs.
  • Coming as a group? Buy in one order so you sit together.

How do you get to each Rod Stewart venue?

You get to every Rod Stewart venue by public transport, and each arena has its own rules on bags and phones. Other shows are on the OVO Hydro tickets and Utilita Arena Birmingham tickets pages.

Venue Getting there Bags Your ticket
OVO Hydro, Glasgow Train from Glasgow Central’s low-level platforms to Exhibition Centre, three minutes Handbags and small carrier bags only. Nothing A3 or larger On your phone. Screenshots refused
Utilita Arena Birmingham Short walk from New Street, Moor Street, Snow Hill and Five Ways stations Ideally none. A4 at most In the app you bought through. Printing at the box office costs £2
Co-op Live, Manchester Metrolink tram to Etihad Campus, beside the arena One bag, A4 at most. Paid bag drop for backpacks Scanned from the Co-op Live app
The O2, London North Greenwich on the Jubilee line, or the Uber Boat to North Greenwich Pier One bag, A4 or a standard handbag. Paid storage outside for backpacks In The O2 app. Screenshots refused
The O2 Belfast Walk from the city centre over the Queen Elizabeth Bridge, or take a Translink Glider bus See the venue’s website See your confirmation

Going to Manchester? The Velopark and Holt Town tram stops shut after shows, so use Etihad Campus. Trams run until 1am on Saturdays. You can also walk the CityLink route to Piccadilly, which follows blue lampposts and takes about 25 minutes.

What time does a Rod Stewart concert finish?

A Rod Stewart concert on the British dates must finish by 11pm. Live Nation sets that time as the curfew, the latest the music can play. For Belfast, Ticketmaster lists 7pm and no curfew is published.

The OVO Hydro says it usually confirms timings 2-3 days before an event, so look again that week.

Travelling from outside the city? Check your last train home before you buy. If nothing runs after 11pm, book a hotel or pick a nearer city.

What mistakes should you avoid with Rod Stewart tickets?

The main mistakes with Rod Stewart tickets are choosing the wrong venue, trusting one seller’s status and arriving unprepared.

  • Mixing up the two O2s. The O2 Belfast is the former SSE Arena, in the Titanic Quarter. It is not The O2 in London.
  • Stopping at one website. “Sold out” at Ticketmaster does not tell you what AXS has left.
  • Bringing a rucksack. None of the four British arenas lets one in.
  • Arriving at 7.30pm. That is when the show starts, so allow time for bag checks.

What can you do if your Rod Stewart date is sold out?

If your Rod Stewart date is sold out at Ticketmaster, try AXS for London and Birmingham, then look at another night. AXS Official Resale lets AXS buyers who cannot go sell their tickets on, so returned seats for those cities turn up there first.

Glasgow and Manchester each have a second night. If you still have nothing, the Rod Stewart tickets page shows resale listings for each date, priced by their sellers.

What to do now (as of 31 October 2026)

As of 31 October 2026, the Rod Stewart tour has tickets at Ticketmaster for five of its eight UK nights. The next date to watch is the first show, Belfast on Tuesday 27 April 2027.

  1. Free on a Saturday? Buy at Ticketmaster for Glasgow on 1 May or Manchester on 8 May.
  2. Want Belfast or a Thursday? Go straight to Ticketmaster, as those three nights have low availability.
  3. Need London or Birmingham? Open AXS first.
  4. Nothing fits? Look at other arena tours in 2027, such as Andrea Bocelli, Deacon Blue, James Blunt and Teddy Swims.
