How tickets are sold (official route) and resale
For 2026/27 the PDC allocated tickets through two ballots for the first time, run by See Tickets. Both are closed:
- PDCTV Annual Members' ballot. A priority draw from midday on 1 September to 11.59pm on 7 September 2026, for members who had joined by 30 August.
- General Ballot. Open to all from 8 to 14 September. Each applicant could ask for up to six tickets for each of two sessions, in Table or Tier seating; winners were charged from 14 to 18 September (members) and 21 to 25 September (general).
- No general sale. The PDC states that no tickets were held back, so the first-hand sale is over.
Ballot prices included booking fees, plus £1.50 per order. A Tier seat at a first-round afternoon session cost £62; for the Final, Tier seats cost £103 and Table seats £119.
Two official routes remain. Ticket holders who cannot attend may resell only through the See Tickets Fan-to-Fan platform, at face value plus a maximum of 12.5%. Hospitality is sold separately by Pitch Experiences: Silver from £399, Gold from £599 and Platinum from £699 per person, before VAT.
Seats listed on Hellotickets are outside the PDC's Fan-to-Fan platform. Sellers set their own prices, which can be above face value, and the final price is shown before you pay.
Good to know
- Look at Fan-to-Fan firstThe PDC's own resale runs on See Tickets' Fan-to-Fan platform and is capped at face value plus 12.5%, so check it before paying a resale price elsewhere.
- Train or TubeAlexandra Palace station, served by Great Northern trains from Moorgate via Highbury & Islington, is at the park's Wood Green entrance; Wood Green, on the Piccadilly line, is the nearest Tube.
- Use the Palm Court entranceGreat Hall events are entered through Palm Court on the west side. The step-free entrance is to the far left of the main doors, and the W3 bus stops at Palm Court.
- Cards and phones onlyAlexandra Palace is cashless, taking bank cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and tickets are scanned from phones, so charge yours before the session.
Where to sit
The Great Hall is the main hall of the Victorian palace, and each darts session there holds more than 5,000 people. The PDC sells three categories:
- Table: table seating on the arena floor.
- Tier: tiered seating with a view over the whole arena, with wider seats, more legroom and cup holders.
- 501 Club: the hospitality option.
On Hellotickets, listings named "Table" or "Tables" refer to the floor tables. For "Block" and "Tribune" listings, read the seat details on the listing to see where you will be. An accessible viewing platform sits stage right and is booked with an accessible ticket, with one companion going free.
