Chelsea are one of five Category A visitors, so adult prices at the club start at £71, and the game will be sold to members in Window 7 from 8 March.

The derby is pencilled in for Saturday 8 May 2027 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London; the date is provisional and the kick-off TBC. The UK blackout covers Premier League matches kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday, so if it stays in that slot there will be no live coverage here. A television pick would come with a confirmed time and channel, and could move it to another day.

Tottenham sell their home fixtures in seven windows fixed at the start of the season, and this one closes the cycle. One Hotspur+ Members, whose adult membership costs from £60 a season, have priority from 10am on Monday 8 March for 24 hours; One Hotspur Members, from £45, can buy from 10am on Tuesday 9 March. Each membership normally covers one ticket, and adult seats start at £71 in blocks 109-110. The same window sells Tottenham v Manchester United.
Ticket Exchange
If the window sells out, the club decides when to open its Ticket Exchange. Season ticket holders and Premium members list their seats there at face value for One Hotspur Members, and listed seats may later be released to guests or on general sale.

Where to sit at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
At a derby, sit with your own supporters. Tottenham's home end is the South Stand, a single tier of about 17,500 seats behind the south goal and the loudest part of the stadium. Chelsea's supporters will be in the north-east corner, Blocks 114-118, in the lower tier of the three-tier North Stand, entering through Entrances 11 and 12 from Worcester Avenue.
Along the touchlines are the West Stand, the main stand facing the High Road, and the East Stand on Worcester Avenue, both of four tiers with two premium levels. On Hellotickets, Shortside listings are behind a goal, Longside listings along a touchline and Central ones near halfway; home fans should check that a listing is not in or next to the away corner on the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seating plan.
