At a glance
- The Tottenham Ticket Exchange is the club's own resale platform. Seats sell at face value, with the booking fee included in the price.
- For most games you need a One Hotspur membership, from £45 a season, to buy. If a game reaches General Sale, any supporter can.
- Buying opens after the members' sale, once the club's own tickets have sold out. Holders can list until four hours before kick-off.
- Exchange tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and child and senior prices do not apply.
- Sellers get 1/19 of their season ticket's value as account credit. The next cashback deadline is 9.45am on Friday 13 November 2026.
The Tottenham Ticket Exchange is the club’s own online resale platform, where season ticket holders and Premium members sell seats they cannot use. One Hotspur members can buy those seats at face value once a home Premier League game has sold out. Seats keep appearing until matchday, so a sold-out game is not always a closed door.
Fixture dates and each game’s current status are on the Tottenham tickets page.
What is the Tottenham Ticket Exchange?
The Tottenham Ticket Exchange is a website service, run by Tottenham Hotspur, that passes unused seats from one fan to another at the normal price. Spurs play at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in north London, and most home games go to members alone. So the Exchange is the second chance for a game that has gone.
Four terms explain how it works:
- Face value: what the club charges for that seat at that game.
- Season ticket holder: a fan who has bought one seat for the whole home league season.
- Premium member: a fan with a seasonal hospitality package, meaning a seat with lounges and food.
- One Hotspur: the club’s paid yearly membership, from £45 for adults and £20 for juniors. It gives you access to members’ sales and to the Exchange.
The Exchange is for selling a seat. To give one to a friend for free, a season ticket holder uses Ticket Share, the club’s separate gifting service. The Tottenham season ticket guide explains that route.
Who can use the Tottenham Ticket Exchange?
Season ticket holders, including 1882 season ticket holders, and Premium members can sell on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange. One Hotspur and One Hotspur+ members can buy. The club opens it in phases, and for most games it stays members only:
| Phase | Who can buy | How the ticket reaches you |
|---|---|---|
| Members’ priority | One Hotspur and One Hotspur+ members | Loaded onto your Digital Pass, the ticket on your phone |
| Guest Sale | Season ticket holders and members, buying extra seats for friends and family | Print at Home ticket |
| General Sale | Any supporter | Print at Home ticket |
So without a membership the Exchange is usually closed to you. To pick a tier, read the Tottenham membership guide.
When does the Tottenham Ticket Exchange open?
The Tottenham Ticket Exchange opens for buyers at the club’s discretion, once the members’ sale has finished and the club’s own tickets have sold out. Holders can list from the start of the season, so seats are often waiting. The club announces each opening through its usual channels.
After that, seats keep arriving until matchday. Holders can list until four hours before kick-off, and the platform stays open until two hours before. For cup games, the club says game by game whether the Exchange will run.
Tips for getting a seat
- Go on your own if you can. The club says listings include a number of single seats.
- Check again on matchday morning. Late listings arrive before the four-hour cut-off.
- Watch TV changes. When a sold-out game moves for television, members who bought in the first sale get a 48-hour window to list.
- Look at Premium seats. These come with access to that seat’s lounge and free food.
How do you buy a seat on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange?
You buy a seat on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange through your eTicketing account, the club’s ticket website, using the normal stadium map. The order matters:
- Join first. Buy a One Hotspur membership if you do not have one.
- Log in to your eTicketing account.
- Click the game you want.
- Look for pink seats. Exchange seats are highlighted in pink on the map and show the Ticket Exchange logo when you select one.
- Add the seat to your basket and pay.
- Check your ticket. In the members’ phase it loads onto your Digital Pass. In a Guest Sale or General Sale it comes as a Print at Home ticket.
How much do Ticket Exchange seats cost?
Ticket Exchange seats at Tottenham cost the current face value for that seat and game, and the booking fee is included in the price. The club describes this as face value plus a small administration fee. Sellers cannot change the price.
Spurs price league games in three categories, set by the opponent. These are adult prices for two parts of the ground:
| Category | Opponents | Blocks 109, 110 | Blocks 104, 105 |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United | £71 | £109 |
| B | Including Fulham, Leeds and Sunderland | £49 | £96 |
| C | Bournemouth, Coventry, Hull City, Ipswich | £38 | £81 |
Blocks 109 and 110 cost least, in the north-west corner. Blocks 104 and 105 are near the halfway line. Concession prices, the lower prices for children and older fans, do not apply on the Exchange, so everyone pays the adult price. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium seating plan guide shows where each block is.
How do you sell a seat on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange?
You sell a seat on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange through your Spurs account, and only season ticket holders and Premium members can list. The steps are short:
- Log in to your Spurs account.
- Click Manage Tickets in the left-hand menu.
- Select Manage next to the game you cannot attend.
- Choose your seat, then click List On Ticket Exchange.
- Accept the terms and click Yes, List On The Exchange.
You can also list through eTicketing, and the club emails you if your seat sells. You can cancel a listing until it sells. A seat that does not sell stays on your pass as normal.
A listed seat counts as used under the rule that a seat must be used for 15 of the 19 home league games. If you sell and then find you can go, you can buy a different seat for that game on the Exchange.
Can One Hotspur members put tickets on the Exchange?
One Hotspur members can list a ticket only in one case: when a sold-out game’s date or kick-off moves for television, and they bought in the first sale. They then get a 48-hour window. Otherwise, a normal purchase can be cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the game, without the booking fee being refunded.
When are the Tottenham cashback dates?
The Tottenham cashback dates let season ticket holders turn Exchange credit into money. When a holder’s seat sells, the club credits their e-ticketing account with 1/19 of the season ticket’s value. Holders can keep that credit for their renewal or claim it on these remaining 2026/27 dates:
| Request deadline, before 9.45am | Payment date |
|---|---|
| Friday 13 November 2026 | Friday 20 November 2026 |
| Monday 14 December 2026 | Monday 21 December 2026 |
| Wednesday 13 January 2027 | Wednesday 20 January 2027 |
| Monday 15 February 2027 | Monday 22 February 2027 |
To claim, log in to eTicketing and go to My Account, Account Cashback, Submit Your Nominated Bank Details. You need a UK bank account, and anyone without one fills in a form on the same club page. Any credit left after the last date goes towards your renewal automatically. Credit cannot pay for a membership renewal or a match ticket.
What mistakes should you avoid on the Ticket Exchange?
The main mistakes on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange are expecting a child’s price, assuming you can get a refund and leaving a listing too late. Check these before you pay:
- Expecting a junior price. A child’s Exchange seat costs the full adult price.
- Buying on a maybe. The seller is credited straight away, so your purchase is final even if your plans change.
- Passing the ticket on. Exchange tickets are non-transferable and cannot be listed again.
- Waiting for pairs. Listings include a number of single seats, so two friends may not sit together.
- Listing too late. A holder inside the last four hours before kick-off is too late, and an empty seat counts against the 15 games.
Who is the Ticket Exchange right for?
The Tottenham Ticket Exchange is best for members who missed out on a sold-out league game and can pay the adult price. It is not worth joining for if your game is already on general sale, because you can buy direct from the club.
- First-timers: start with a game on general sale, or a members’ sale, before you rely on the Exchange.
- Families: each adult and child needs their own membership in the members’ phase, and everyone pays adult prices. A normal members’ sale is usually better value.
- Disabled fans: speak to the Access Team on 0344 844 0102 before buying. Members of the Disability Access Scheme still need a membership for priority sales.
- Coming from abroad or far away: do not book travel around a seat you do not yet hold, because listings can appear very late.
What is matchday like with an Exchange ticket?
Matchday with a Tottenham Ticket Exchange seat works like any other ticket, because the stadium opens two hours before kick-off and entry is digital or by your printed ticket. Entry for members is by the Digital Pass in your phone’s Apple or Google Wallet.
- Getting there: White Hart Lane station is about five minutes’ walk, and Northumberland Park about 10. Leave the car at home, as normal ticket holders get no parking.
- Bags: A4 is the limit, and the club would rather you brought none.
- Paying: the stadium takes cards and mobile payments only.
What to do now (as of 31 October 2026)
As of 31 October 2026, the next home games are still in club sales, so most buyers do not need the Exchange yet. It usually opens only once a game sells out. Do this first: join One Hotspur if you want to be ready.
| Date | Game | Status at the club |
|---|---|---|
| Saturday 21 November 2026, 3pm | Tottenham v Ipswich | Members’ sale open, up to four seats, so the Exchange waits for a sell-out |
| Thursday 3 December 2026, 8pm | Tottenham v Fulham | On general sale, so buy direct from the club |
| Sunday 6 December 2026, 4.30pm | Tottenham v Arsenal | Members’ sale open |
| Saturday 26 December 2026, 3pm | Tottenham v Bournemouth | Members’ sale open |
| Saturday 16 January 2027, kick-off to be confirmed | Tottenham v Leeds | Members’ sale opens at 10am on Monday 16 November for One Hotspur+ and Tuesday 17 November for One Hotspur |
If the Exchange is empty for your game, the fixture pages show resale seats at live prices, starting from the Tottenham tickets page.
Frequently asked questions
How does the Tottenham Ticket Exchange work?
Season ticket holders and Premium members list seats they cannot use for home Premier League games. Once the club's own tickets have sold out, One Hotspur members can buy those seats at face value on the eTicketing website, where they show in pink on the stadium map. The seller then receives account credit from the club.
Who can buy on the Tottenham Ticket Exchange?
One Hotspur and One Hotspur+ members can buy in the members' phase that follows a sell-out. The club sometimes opens Exchange seats to a Guest Sale, where members and season ticket holders buy for friends and family, or a General Sale for every supporter. For most games, you need an active membership.
When does the Tottenham Ticket Exchange open?
The Tottenham Ticket Exchange opens at the club's discretion, once the members' sale has finished and the club has sold its own tickets. Season ticket holders can list from the start of the season. The club announces openings on its channels, listings continue until four hours before kick-off, and the platform closes two hours before.
Are Spurs Ticket Exchange tickets sold at face value?
Yes. The price is the current face value for that seat and game, with a small administration or booking fee included, and the seller cannot change it. Concession prices do not apply, so juniors and seniors pay the adult rate. Category B seats, for example, cost adults £49 in blocks 109 and 110.
Can I get a refund on a Tottenham Ticket Exchange ticket?
No. The seat holder's account is credited as soon as you complete the purchase, so Exchange tickets are strictly non-refundable. They also cannot be transferred to someone else or listed again. A ticket bought in a normal members' sale is different: you can ask to cancel it in writing at least 7 days before the game.
Can One Hotspur members put tickets on the exchange?
Only in one case. When a sold-out game's date or kick-off moves for television, One Hotspur members who bought in the first sale get a 48-hour window to list their ticket. Otherwise only season ticket holders and Premium members can list. Tickets bought on the Exchange can never be listed again.
How much does a season ticket holder get back for a sold seat?
A Spurs season ticket holder gets one nineteenth of the season ticket's value, credited to their e-ticketing account. It can be kept towards a future renewal or withdrawn to a UK bank account on the club's cashback dates. The credit cannot be spent on memberships or match tickets, and an unsold seat stays on the holder's pass.
When are the Tottenham cashback dates?
The remaining 2026/27 Tottenham cashback deadlines are 13 November, 14 December, 13 January and 15 February, with requests due before 9.45am. Payments follow a week later, on 20 November, 21 December, 20 January and 22 February. Credit left after the last date goes towards your renewal automatically.
Are there any tips for getting tickets through the Tottenham Ticket Exchange?
Yes. Go alone if you can, because listings include single seats. Check again on matchday morning, before the four-hour listing cut-off. Watch for television changes, which give members a 48-hour window to list. And look at any Premium seats that appear, as they come with access to that seat's lounge and free food.
How do I transfer a Tottenham ticket to a non-member?
Only season ticket holders can do this, through Ticket Share rather than the Ticket Exchange. They can gift a seat to up to three nominated non-members a season, and each non-member must be added to the holder's network first. Tickets bought in a members' sale or on the Exchange are registered to the buyer.
