Jorja Smith tickets

Jorja Smith's 10 Years show at The O2, Saturday 17 July 2027: who sells it and what resale costs.

Updated 5 Nov 2026

Jorja Smith has a single UK date on our list: Saturday 17 July 2027 at The O2 in London, a show billed as 10 Years of Jorja Smith - All the Hits. The arena lists it as on sale through AXS, its official ticketing partner, and the night was still available on 21 October 2026. With no UK arena dates for her on Live Nation UK, the July 2027 night in Greenwich is the one to plan around.

Resale seats for the night are listed on Hellotickets from £99.

How to get Jorja Smith tickets

UK tour dates 2026/27

The listing gives 6.30pm, and it is an evening show, not a matinée. At The O2, 6.30pm is when the doors usually open, and most events there finish between 10.30pm and 11pm, so expect a late journey home rather than an early one. Once your ticket has been scanned there is no re-admission.

Getting to The O2

Built within the old Millennium Dome on the Greenwich Peninsula, the arena can be reached several ways:

  • Jubilee line to North Greenwich, the nearest station, with step-free access.
  • Bus: several routes stop at North Greenwich station.
  • River: the Thames Clippers river bus, Uber Boat, runs to North Greenwich Pier.
  • Cable car: the IFS Cloud Cable Car crosses to the peninsula.
  • Car: on-site parking has to be pre-booked on event days, and Car Park 1 has a free drop-off and pick-up point.

Before you set off

The O2 is cashless, merchandise included. One bag per person is allowed, no bigger than A4 or a standard handbag, and backpacks, laptop bags and large totes are turned away; paid bag storage sits just outside the main entrance. Pushchairs are not allowed in the arena bowl. If you hold a standing ticket, the queue usually forms at Entrance E, and the venue asks fans not to arrive before 9am or to queue overnight.

Prices by venue and section

The O2 has four areas that matter for this show. The floor, in front of the stage, is standing or seated depending on the production. Level 1 is the lower tier of seats around it, Levels 2 and 3 hold the private suites, and Level 4 is the upper tier, which the venue does not recommend for anyone with a fear of heights.

Resale listings use their own labels for those areas. “Upper Tier” and “Upper” mean Level 4, “Lower Tier” and “Lower” mean Level 1, and “Floor” or “Floor Standing” is the area in front of the stage. In October's listings:

  • upper-tier seats opened the market;
  • the standing and seated floor came next, priced close together;
  • the lower tier sat just above the floor, apart from listings labelled only “Lower”, which were the dearest standard seats of the night.

On the official sale, seated tickets with obstructed views are flagged at booking, a check worth repeating on any resale listing. A resale price on Hellotickets is whatever the seller asks, which can be more than face value, and you see the final figure before paying.

How tickets are sold

The O2 sells this show through AXS, its official ticketing partner, with Ticketmaster UK also named as a seller. Buying from either means paying face value, and the date was still available on 21 October 2026. The venue's own label does not show how close a show is to selling out, so open the AXS event page to see which sections remain.

Your ticket on the night

Tickets have to be shown in The O2 venue app, and screenshots are refused at the door. Some events also ask for photo ID matching the name on the ticket.

Accessible seats

Wheelchair users have dedicated viewing platforms with wheelchair spaces and fold-down seats, though not every platform is available at every show because the stage layout varies. Level 1 Row Z and Level 4 Row C are step-free for guests who can transfer from a wheelchair.

If AXS has nothing left

Resale is then the way in. Hellotickets says: “Every ticket is authenticated. If there's ever an issue, you're protected by our refund policy.” Its tickets are sent as soon as it receives them from the seller, sometimes up to 1–2 days before the event, so keep the order confirmation handy until they arrive.

Frequently asked questions

How much are Jorja Smith tickets?

For the O2 date, seats listed on Hellotickets begin at £99. In October's listings the upper tier, Level 4, was where prices began, with the floor and the lower tier above it. Sellers set their own prices, sometimes above face value, while AXS, The O2's ticketing partner, still had the show on sale when last checked.

When do tickets go on sale?

They are on sale now. On 21 October 2026, The O2 listed the Saturday 17 July 2027 show as on sale through AXS, its official ticketing partner, with Ticketmaster UK also named as a seller. Buying from the official sellers means paying face value, usually less than resale.

Is it sold out?

No. The O2 still showed the date on sale through AXS on 21 October 2026, but the venue's label does not reveal how close a show is to selling out, so check AXS for the section you want. Should it sell out, Hellotickets resale is the other route, and the total price appears before you pay.

Where is Jorja Smith playing in the UK?

Only in London on our list: The O2 on Saturday 17 July 2027, listed at 6.30pm, for the 10 Years of Jorja Smith - All the Hits show. Live Nation UK shows no UK arena dates for her. North Greenwich, on the Jubilee line and with step-free access, is the nearest station.

What time does the Jorja Smith show start?

The listing gives 6.30pm on Saturday 17 July 2027, which is when doors usually open at The O2 rather than when the show itself begins. Most events there finish between 10.30pm and 11pm, so plan your journey home from North Greenwich, and remember there is no re-admission once your ticket has been scanned.
