There is no club, membership or ballot to go through for a fight night: the promoters sell through one ticket agent, plus the stadium's hospitality.

- Five minutes from the stationThe stadium is a five-minute walk from Cardiff Central. A queuing system normally operates at the station after events, so allow time for the journey home.
- Leave the car behindThere is no dedicated spectator parking and roads close around the stadium on event days, so use a city-centre car park or the council's park and ride.
- Small bags onlyBags must be no larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm, or a standard handbag, and there is no bag storage at the stadium.
- Head for your gateEveryone is searched before the turnstiles, so go to the gate printed on your ticket and finish food and drink before you go in. Bars take card and phone payments.
Where to sit
The bowl has three tiers, lower, middle and upper, except the North Stand, which keeps two as the retained stand of the old National Stadium next to Cardiff Arms Park. The East Stand runs along Westgate Street and the West Stand along the River Taff, with the South Stand facing the North. Your ticket shows the block, aisle and entry gate.
The ring is set up on the pitch, so the lower tier is nearest the action and the upper tier, the largest of the three, is furthest away. On Hellotickets, upper-tier listings may be named 'Upper', 'Upper Tier' or by a block code starting with U.
