Upper-tier seats behind a goal are usually listed below Level 1 and touchline areas. Club Wembley seats on Level 2 and any hospitality listings sit apart from the general areas, and the block number tells you the level before you pay.
Lowest resale listings by area on Hellotickets, checked regularly. Sellers set their own prices, which can be above face value; the block, row and final price are shown before you pay. Roar Tickets does not sell tickets.
Dates and venues
The 2026/27 FA Cup final will be played at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 22 May 2027, as scheduled by the FA. From the semi-finals onwards the FA hosts the matches and controls the ticketing, deciding how many seats each of the two finalists receives.
So for most fans the sale only starts in the spring: you reach the final through a finalist's allocation, sold once the semi-finals have settled who is playing, or through Wembley's memberships, which include a seat at cup finals.

The final is at Wembley Stadium, England's home ground in north-west London, on Saturday 22 May 2027. The FA has not published the kick-off time or any ticket details yet, and the UK broadcasters announce their coverage closer to the final.
The two semi-finals, on Saturday 24 April 2027, are also staged at Wembley, so each finalist will have played there four weeks before the final. Every earlier round is played at one of the two clubs' grounds, which is why the ticket rules change at the last four.

How tickets are sold (official route) and resale
The FA's competition rules for 2026/27 set out how final tickets reach fans:
- Club allocations. The FA allocates tickets to the two finalists in the number, on the basis and at the price it considers appropriate. Each club then sells its share on the FA's behalf, to its own supporters and under its own priority rules.
- Face value only. Tickets for the semi-finals and the final must be sold separately and at face value, and cannot be bundled with hospitality unless the FA agrees.
- Wembley memberships. Wembley's three-season memberships come with a fixed seat for England home games and cup finals. Hospitality seats and lounges at finals are kept for members and their guests, and for the 2026 final no individual packages were sold.
There is no home or away side at Wembley: the FA's split between the two clubs replaces the away allocation of earlier rounds. If your club does not get there, or you are too far down its priority list, resale is the remaining route. On Hellotickets, each seller prices their own seats, sometimes above face value, and the full price appears before you commit. The face-value rule.
Good to know
- Check your club's rules earlyIf your club is still in the cup, find out now whether its final allocation goes by membership, season ticket or loyalty points, rather than after the semi-final.
- One small bagWembley allows one small bag per person, no larger than A4, checked at an outer cordon before the turnstiles. The stadium is cashless, so bring a card or phone.
- Take the trainWembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines), Wembley Stadium (Chiltern Railways from Marylebone) and Wembley Central all serve the ground. Drivers must book official parking in advance.
- Tickets live in your phoneWembley tickets are digital passes saved in your phone's wallet and scanned at the turnstile. Enter at the colour zone shown on your ticket.
Where to sit
Wembley has no named stands: seats are described by level and by end. Level 1 is the lower tier, Level 2 is Club Wembley with its premium seats and lounges, Levels 3 and 4 hold the private boxes, and Level 5 is the upper tier, which the stadium warns is steep and may not suit vertigo sufferers. The first digit of a block number gives its level, and the East End and West End sit behind the goals.
Which end you get depends on your club's share from the FA. On Hellotickets, 'Shortside' listings are behind a goal, 'Longside' listings run along a touchline, 'Central' means close to halfway, and 'Lower' or 'Upper' points to Level 1 or Level 5.
Frequently asked questions
Where is the FA Cup Final played?
At Wembley Stadium in north-west London. The FA's competition rules let it choose the venues for the semi-finals and the final, and it has scheduled the 2026/27 final at Wembley for Saturday 22 May 2027. The semi-finals are played there too, while every earlier round is staged at one of the two clubs' grounds.
What allocation do away fans get in the FA Cup?
In the rounds before the semi-finals, the FA Cup rules give the away club the right to claim a share of the tickets in a fully segregated area, if it asks within four days of the draw, at the same prices as the home club's tickets. At the semi-finals and the final there is no away side: the FA allocates tickets to both clubs at its discretion.
How much are FA Cup final tickets?
The FA sets the face value of final tickets and passes them to the finalists to sell, and prices for the 2027 final have not been published. Its rules require them to be sold at face value and separately from hospitality.
How do I get FA Cup final tickets?
Through one of the two finalists: the FA allocates tickets to each club, which sells them to its own supporters under its own priority rules once it has won its semi-final. Wembley's three-season memberships also include a seat at cup finals. Failing that, resale seats on Hellotickets are the other option, and the checkout shows the final price.
When do FA Cup final tickets go on sale?
Only once the finalists are known, and no ticket details have been published yet. The semi-finals at Wembley on Saturday 24 April 2027 decide who plays, and each club then sells its allocation from the FA to its supporters in the weeks before the final on Saturday 22 May 2027. Follow your club's ticket news from the semi-final onwards.
Can I buy hospitality for the FA Cup final?
Not as a one-off package if Wembley keeps its 2026 approach. For that final, hospitality seats and lounges were reserved for Wembley's members and their guests, and individual packages were not sold. Membership runs over three seasons and includes a fixed seat for England home games and cup finals.
