Dates and venues
The 2027 Carabao Cup final is at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 21 March 2027; the kick-off time has yet to be announced. It is not on sale yet at the official seller: the final's tickets are allocated to the two finalist clubs, which sell them to their own members and season ticket holders, by ballot or loyalty points, once the semi-finals have been played.
The semi-finals are played in the weeks of 11 January and 1 February 2027, so the official sale cannot start before February: until then, nobody knows which two clubs will be at Wembley.

How tickets are sold (official route) and resale
For this final, tickets go out through the finalists in three steps:
- The semi-finals settle the finalists. They are played in the weeks of 11 January and 1 February 2027. Until then, no club can sell a seat at Wembley.
- Each finalist sells its allocation. The clubs sell to their own members and season ticket holders, by ballot or by loyalty points, and each sets its own rules. For its final against Newcastle, Liverpool received 32,210 tickets and sold them through an independently managed ballot.
- Wembley's members. Club Wembley's three-season memberships include a fixed seat at cup finals, with lounges such as One Twenty and Number 9.
So the official route runs through your club's membership. If your club does not reach Wembley, or the ballot goes against you, resale listings on Hellotickets are the remaining route: sellers choose their prices, which can be higher than face value, and the total is shown before you pay. Clubs' terms can restrict the transfer of final tickets, so check the delivery details carefully.
Good to know
- Sort out your membership nowFinal tickets go to members and season ticket holders of the two clubs, so if yours is still in the competition, check its membership and loyalty-point rules before the January semi-finals.
- Read your club's ballot rulesClubs choose their own method: Liverpool ran an independently managed ballot for its final against Newcastle. Your club's instructions will say who can apply and how.
- Coaches from around the countryNational Express, Wembley's official coach provider, runs event services from more than 55 UK locations, a practical option for supporters travelling down for the day.
- Level 2 has its own facilitiesLevel 2 is Club Wembley, with concourse bars and restaurants reserved for Level 2 tickets, so a seat on another level of the bowl does not get you in.
Where to sit
Wembley's seating is arranged in levels rather than stands. A block's first digit tells you where it is: 1 for the lower tier, 2 for Club Wembley's middle tier, 3 and 4 for the private boxes and 5 for the upper tier, which the stadium describes as steep and possibly unsuitable for vertigo sufferers. Behind the goals are the East End and the West End, each under part of the retractable roof.
Each finalist sells the seats in its own allocation, so where you sit depends on your club's share. Hellotickets labels areas by position and tier: 'Shortside' behind a goal, 'Longside' along a touchline, with 'Lower Tier' meaning Level 1 and 'Upper Tier' Level 5.
