Arsenal v Real Madrid: date, kick-off and how to watch
Arsenal host Real Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday 9 December 2026, an 8pm kick-off at the Emirates Stadium. With one of the most famous names in European football in town, the club placed the game in Category A, from £78 for an adult member, and sold it in October: Gold season ticket holders claimed their own seats first, then members applied in a ballot that closed on 12 October.
The tie is sold out at the official seller, and the Ticket Exchange now serves only members who missed out in that ballot. Seats listed on Hellotickets start at £595 in the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026).

Wednesday 9 December 2026 is the date, with kick-off at 8pm UK time at the Emirates Stadium in Holloway, north London. UEFA refers to the ground as Arsenal Stadium in its competitions, which is why European listings can carry a different name.
Which UK channel shows the match is decided by the Champions League broadcasters, who confirm their selections nearer the time. Check the TV guide and the Arsenal App in the week of the tie for the final details.

How to get Arsenal v Real Madrid tickets
Arsenal never put men's home games on general sale, and a visit from Real Madrid is no exception. The sale ran in three steps.
Season ticket holders first. Holders of 19-game Gold season tickets could buy their own seat for the tie between 12pm on 7 October and 12pm on 8 October.
Then the members' ballot. Silver, Red and Disability Access members entered from 9 October until 12pm on 12 October. Silver Members are drawn ahead of Red, and the club charges successful applicants automatically at the member price.
Now the Ticket Exchange. Members who were not drawn can pick up full-price tickets put back by season ticket holders and other members, until 5pm on matchday.
Every one of those steps needs membership. Red costs £38 a season for adults, and the club's published success rates for 2026/27 so far are 5% to 12% for Red Members against 24% to 58% for Silver. The How To Get Arsenal Tickets guide explains the tiers.
Beyond the club, there is resale. On Hellotickets, sellers choose their own prices, which are often above face value, and the full cost is displayed before payment.

Where to sit at Emirates Stadium
The North Bank, behind the north goal, is the home end. The Clock End, named after the clock above it, closes the south side, and its lower tier has licensed standing rails from 2026/27. Along the touchlines, the West Stand is the main side, with the Directors' Box and the Diamond Club, and the East Stand sits opposite. The premium Club Level band and the executive boxes ring the ground between the lower and upper tiers.
Real Madrid's supporters take the away section in the south-east corner, next to the Clock End, so those seats do not give a home-end view. On Hellotickets, Shortside listings are behind a goal, Longside listings along a touchline and Central listings near the halfway line, each split by tier. Frequently asked questions
How hard is it to get a Real Madrid ticket?
For this game in London, the tickets are Arsenal's to sell, and the club route was narrow: Gold season ticket holders bought first, then members entered a ballot that closed on 12 October. The club's published 2026/27 success rates so far run from 5% to 12% for Red Members. The match is sold out at the official seller, so resale is the realistic route for most fans.
How much are Arsenal tickets for one game?
Arsenal's adult member prices for 2026/27 depend on the match category: Category A games, including this one, start at £78 and B+ games at £61.20, while B and C games cost less. A+ pricing, from £90, applies only to a Champions League quarter-final or semi-final. All of these prices require membership, as there is no general sale.
How much are Arsenal v Real Madrid tickets?
At the club, adult members paid from £78 in Category A, but the tie is sold out at the official seller. Resale seats listed on Hellotickets start at £595 in the Shortside Upper Tier (checked 5 Nov 2026). Seats along the touchline, near halfway and in the lower tier cost more, and sellers set their own prices.
Can I buy Arsenal v Real Madrid tickets without being a member?
Not from Arsenal. The ballot and the Ticket Exchange are both members-only, and the club does not hold a general sale for men's home matches; Red Membership costs £38 a season for adults. Without membership you would need the resale market, where the final price is shown before you pay.
Is Arsenal v Real Madrid sold out?
The match is sold out at the official seller (last checked 5 Nov 2026). The members' ballot closed on 12 October, and the Ticket Exchange stays open to unsuccessful members until 5pm on matchday. Seats are still listed for resale on Hellotickets, where sellers set their own prices and the final price is shown before you pay.
